My son turned me on to this chicken place. It was better than I expected. He's a huge Cane's fan and I'm not. This place is nice inside and service was adequate. I ordered their chicken sandwich meal and it came with fries. We were a party of 3 and all meals were delivered to our booth hot and fresh! The chicken is flavorful and crispy! This location has some of the worst staffing I've ever seen, I ask for plan sandwiches they put everything on it. Than I asked for Extra butter on the bread They burn the bread. So I had my girlfriend call the store to fix atleast the bread part well that was a waste of time because they again made the bread this time it was atleast umburnt and when asked before going back up there to replace the bread and asking for (extra butter) on the 3 extra boxes we paid for they make them with little to no butter. By far whoever the manager is on shift for 6/26/2024 needs to rethink there positioning if they can't meet a customers requirements or can't control there staff in providing excellent or even decent service. And I hate to say this but out of this year out of the 25 times I've went I've had to call on almost 20 of them and the other 5 was because the Male manager was actually a very great manager and who understood what a customer means and was very polite As a Fast Food chain I'd expect if your going to remake a product it should atleast be made how it was ordered and not out of spite that a customer called to complain about a product you did not complete to company standards. Our 1st time trying Zaxby's. We are from the Westcoast and wanted to check this place out. Clean facility and great fast service. We had the 4 piece chicken fingers each with different sauces. Fingers are small but great juice flavor. Fries cooked well and bread can't go wrong with toast. This is a great fast tasty meal. Recommend if you like fingers. They also have wings. If you're into eating fried food, then there fried chicken tenders are pretty fabulous and so are their french fries. And is cute inside as well if you want to go inside. But I'm doing keto and I don't eat fried food anymore and I don't eat starch so I did try their wings. Their wings are fried but at least it's some, not as breaded and fried as other items. But it really tasted like they don't thaw the meat all the way and then they fry it and becomes kind of dehydrated and tough so I won't be eating anymore. read more

Was really hoping I would find this food similar to canes bc canes is so good but it's not even comparable. Will never eat here again. Don't waste ur time or money. If u want chicken tenders go to kfc or something. Sauce tastes like plain ketchup. They also shorted each of us a tender. I ended up getting three and my boyfriend got 5. I wouldn't say it's the best meal in the world but maybe something for a quick bite, the bread was awful so I couldn't eat it. The boneless wings I had the insane sauce on it which wasn't bad. Went into the Drive through, Employees were very kind and understanding of our order but still not understanding enough clearly to get it right. I paid extra for extra tenders that I never even received and they were to lazy to dip the tenders so when I opened my bag, the sauce that they decided to put on the side instead of dipping the tenders in, spilled all over my food and all on the inside and outside of the bag. I wish I can give them 10 stars! To celebrate a victory basketball game my sister wanted Zaxbys. We came in, party of 6, 10 minutes before close. I was fearful we would have poor service because it was so late but it was the complete opposite. They welcomed us in and was extremely patient as we ordered. All of the staff and the manager were so nice to us, I was blown away. The food came out fresh and hot, my salad for cold, crisp and fresh, fries were hot and seasoned nicely. I mean perfect. Also, the place was spotless! One of the guys came over to make sure we didn't want anymore tea before he removed it for the night. Another one, once he saw we were finished came over, asked if we needed anything else and helped us clear the table. Not in a hurry up and get out kind of way but a genuine kindhearted way. I take customer service to heart and this place has perfected how to treat a customer. I wish I remembered names but truthfully the entire night staff was amazing. Zaxby's is consistently good fast food. When they first opened I was leary but they continue to provide hot and deliciously fresh fast food. The associates are awesome. My husband doesn't like the seasoning so we always ask for none on the fries and they oblige with no qualms. They know we split a meal so they ask if I would like some seasoning on the side. I think the problem was that the food here was too good and I kept coming back after I tried to stop. The food here is amazing. I often came here after school when I was hungry. The BBQ boneless chicken is good and the garlic bread is fantastic. I sometimes find the BBQ sauce spicy which sucks because it is like the lowest on the spiciness meter in the restaurant. I looked up the menu the other day and saw that most of their meals are over 1100 calories which explains my weight gain I had for a period of time earlier in the year.
