You can select your protein so choose your own adventure. Service is generally quick during the week but the weekend lunch rush is real so consider ordering ahead if you're low on time. The restaurant seating area is cosy and best for parties of two (a couple of 4-seat tables as well outside seating is also available). Parking spots are limited near the restaurant, so you may have a small walk from the larger parking lot. Overall, definitely worth checking out. read more

Went to this location for the first time to grab a quick dinner. Had the skinny bowl with tofu. The food was prepared quickly and service provide by the staff was very helpful in assisting me in deciding my final order based on my food preference. The place has a nice clean feel to it but not too many tables so it may be better to take out your food if it is a busy time. Since we had a breakfast of donuts, we tried to combat it with a healthier lunch. This was another one of my sister's recommendations. She had not yet been here, but she had heard that it offered salads, wraps, and bowls....so we decided to give it a try. We went there with our husbands and kids. The interior of SoFresh is a bit small and narrow, but it is clean and bright (and has a really cool green wall). You order at the counter and can either eat there (There were 2 tables for 4 people and about 6 tables for 2) or order to go. The staff here were patient and went out of their way to answer all of our different questions and make us feel welcome. They offer both hot and cold wraps/bowls and have options that are vegetarian and gluten free. They do have combinations that are already created or you can create your own. The guys ordered the "Rise and Shine Bowl". I ordered the "Cali Bowl". My sister created her own bowl. The kids ordered two kids meals - Quesadilla and Protein Bites (served with rice and beans) and shared them. The total for 4 bowls and 2 kids meals came to about $55. We were told it would take about 10 minutes and were given our cups so go get water/drinks. Most of us got water, but the kids' meals came with drinks. For those of you that are soft drink fans, you won't find them here. What you will find are different flavored teas which tasted great! After about 5 minutes, the first bowls came out. Three minutes later the others followed. Were they good? All I can say is everyone ate everything. The food was great and the Green Goddess dressing was awesome....like to the point that we asked how they made it so we could try to replicate it at home. Also impressive were the poached eggs that came on the Rise & Shine. They were cooked perfectly. My bother-in-law asked how they made them. He was wondering if they had some kind of short-cut gadget...but no -- they make them the same way my grandfather made them in his restaurant decades ago -- with boiling water and vinegar. I loved this place. If I lived in the area this would definitely be added to my list of places to go to when I needed a quick meal. Was looking for a place with fresh healthy food. PL and I decided to give this place a try. We found a winner! The inside is nothing fancy and you order at the counter. Your food is then brought to you. I had the salmon teriyaki bowl. It was so good. Really.. it was delicious. Everything was perfectly portioned and prepared. Food is ok, tables are clean most of the time. But walking in the the sight of the employees sitting on the counters where they prepare food is pretty repulsive. They're hanging out joking, and you feel like you're interrupting a group of high school kids in the yard. The kids take your order and then go right back to joking and snickering amongst themselves. Whoever manages this place needs to get their employees in order. Seems like there isn't any real adult supervision. read more

I was very excited to see a new food offering in this area with vegan options. Sadly, while I wanted this to blow me away, I probably won't be back. Pros: items are made to order and fresh, tofu is offered as a protein, if there's an issue the staff are eager to make it right and very willing to accommodate special requests. I also like that they use bowls and silverware that aren't disposable to minimize waste. Cons: As soon as you walk in you're hit with a strong grill, greasy, almost fast food smell. I assume this is from cooked to order proteins but little ventilation. If you're vegan, beware as the proteins are all cooked on the same grill top. There is definitely cross contamination between vegan items and non vegan items. Price: we got a bowl with a quinoa/rice blend, a few veggies, and tofu that was simple seared even though the menu said it had some sort of marinade and flavoring. (It didn't). This bowl cost $11.50. Frankly that's steep for a fast casual type of restaurant. The bowls are priced without protein so you're charged extra depending on the protein. read more

This review is related to service, not the food. I placed and paid for an order via the app to pick up in store. I arrived at the store and was told that their internet was down and they never received my order. Unfortunately, I could not wait the 10-15 mins to prepare my order and requested a refund. I was told there was no manager onsite but was given the email for the manager, Ryan Williams who will be able to take care of it when he returns. Over the next 3 weeks, I've sent 3 separate emails and left 2 messages at the restaurant. I have not heard from anyone from SoFresh with the refund. Disappointing as I was a regular customer. They clearly need to revise their approach to customer service as it's beyond lacking. read more

Very expensive for lettuce and a little bit of protein! Plus, the day I visited I ordered the salad with hard boiled eggs and couldn't get it because they were out of eggs! I also didn't like the arrangement of the dining area or the fact that the water station and drink machine were right outside the bathroom. They could do better for sure. read more

Unfortunately, all good food things seemingly come to an end. I have been here probably a dozen times and received great food. They recently revamped their menu with lower quality food and higher prices as well as removed their tea/juice services in the back- typically a clear indication of a failing store. Today the rice was undercooked, the chicken was tough and dry, and the overall quality was just not there. Such a sad situation. Apparently the fact that they were trying to prep to close was more important than a customers desire to purchase.
