Everything from having a gloves directly touching my food (thumbs in my food specifically) to rude and unsimpathetic management, to incorrect charges on my bill. The food is good. Best Mac and cheese ever. Unfortunately energy needs to shift. I'd start with a fresh manager and team and have an owner overseeing this facility more closely. It doesn't live up to the original location in Tampa. Update 6/3/26: came in to give another try. 3 fingers with gloves in my food as I was being served. I told the gentleman and he said "we have gloves on" as he was touching his screen for the order snd counter with the same gloves . Gloves mean nothing. I chose to leave and not eat here. Such a disappointment that they are so careless with cleanliness even after the issue has been ongoing and they have been made aware of it. Also if a customer is not happy with gloves I'm the food, you probably should just offer to replace the bowl and make it right but the employees don't care. *Owners take note* unfortunately your management doesn't care and you won't be aware of this ongoing issue.

We also observed bartenders interacting with the group and going back and forth between the restaurant and the gathering outside. As a customer, it raised concerns about professionalism and management oversight. Where was management during all of this? The food itself was fine--nothing extraordinary, but my kids enjoy the pizza. Unfortunately, after witnessing this behavior from staff, I no longer feel comfortable patronizing this location. When we asked the teachers what they would enjoy for a special snack during recess coverage, every single one said 3 Natives. Patrick, the owner, was wonderful to work with and made the entire process so easy. His team carefully prepared 7 beautiful acai bowls and 3 smoothies exactly to the teachers' requests, and everything was ready right on time when I arrived for pickup. They even added ice to my cooler to help keep everything fresh and cold for delivery, which was such a thoughtful touch. The acai bowls looked like edible art -- absolutely gorgeous and packed with fresh ingredients. While I was there, I grabbed myself a Pump smoothie, and it was delicious -- the perfect complement to my morning workout. I was especially impressed by how friendly and efficient the staff was. My smoothie was finished before I had even completed checking out for the teachers' order! The shop itself is spotless, welcoming, and has amazing AC, which is such a gift in the Florida heat.
