Also if a customer is not happy with gloves I'm the food, you probably should just offer to replace the bowl and make it right but the employees don't care. *Owners take note* unfortunately your management doesn't care and you won't be aware of this ongoing issue.

What was especially concerning was that two female employees, identifiable by their Peecocco's tank tops, joined the group outside and appeared to participate while on duty and in full view of customers and families. We also observed bartenders interacting with the group and going back and forth between the restaurant and the gathering outside. As a customer, it raised concerns about professionalism and management oversight. Where was management during all of this? The food itself was fine--nothing extraordinary, but my kids enjoy the pizza. Unfortunately, after witnessing this behavior from staff, I no longer feel comfortable patronizing this location. When we asked the teachers what they would enjoy for a special snack during recess coverage, every single one said 3 Natives. Patrick, the owner, was wonderful to work with and made the entire process so easy. His team carefully prepared 7 beautiful acai bowls and 3 smoothies exactly to the teachers' requests, and everything was ready right on time when I arrived for pickup. They even added ice to my cooler to help keep everything fresh and cold for delivery, which was such a thoughtful touch. The acai bowls looked like edible art -- absolutely gorgeous and packed with fresh ingredients. While I was there, I grabbed myself a Pump smoothie, and it was delicious -- the perfect complement to my morning workout. I was especially impressed by how friendly and efficient the staff was. My smoothie was finished before I had even completed checking out for the teachers' order! The shop itself is spotless, welcoming, and has amazing AC, which is such a gift in the Florida heat. Every experience I've had at 3 Natives has been fantastic, and this one truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
