A pet peeve of mine is a server that leaves you high & dry with your drink being empty, but not Leticia - she was spot-on, making sure my glass was full. David, the nice bartender with an impeccable handlebar mustache, stepped in to give her some assistance with bagging up our remaining food and delivering us the check.
