I have lots of respect for restaurant workers but the night crew as of May 2026 is the absolute WORST. They have lots of attitude especially the women with the big mouth and big dirty eyelashes. They yell at you like your in grade school to sit down because they have you waiting for over 30 minutes, I order no more then a 3 price tender combo this happens EVERY time I go. I have patronized this location several times and I believe that it must have either a new owner, manager, or both. The young lady taking the orders at the counter was friendly and courteous and the time between the order and delivery of the takeout was the fastest it has ever been. There is a new digital sign above the counter that indicates the order of service and they have a brand new soda machine having done away with the Coca Cola Freestyle. I ordered the 10-piece bone-in combo (Korean BBQ and Garlic Parm) and both were hot and tasty even after I got home. The fries were different from those being served in the past and I liked them much better. They still have really good Ranch dressing, as well. First time at this restaurant since they are under new management. I have been to several locations throughout the years and was very disappointed on this visit. I asked for extra crispy and they were served as usual. The home made fries were the biggest disappointment, hot so I knew they were recently taken out of the fryer but were way under cooked, so soggy they would bend and break upon picking them up. The 2 sauces were lacking flavor. Garlic parmigiana had no garlic flavor with a little parm. The original hot was too sweet. As with all restaurants pricing has gone up, I don't mind paying a little more but there was too many poor things wrong to give any praise. Literally the worst Wingstop experience I've ever had. Please do yourself a favor and go to the palmetto location if you want good food. The fries look like they were picked up out of the trash. They also have a Coke freestyle machine with the million different flavors. Well, the wings and fries are alright. But, I have ordered 3 times from my work for lunch and won't be anymore. Apparently their "blue cheese" is some sort of ranch mix. Being that I'm a Chicago native I've had the best of the best; Harold's Chicken Shack (many locations), Uncle Remus, Chicago Chicken & Waffles, my mama & aunts house (LOL), & of course Wingstop. So I was overly excited to drive down 1st to see this Wingstop sign. I said to myself, "Self? I hope it's just like Wingstop back home in Chicago." And I found out today that....it's absolutely is!!! YES! At last! (Hugging myself). As soon as I walked in the door I was impressed by the friendly and enthusiastic greeting from EVERYONE (including the cooks). The restaurant was clean & inviting. Wings were way greasier than optimal, they had been held way too long. Had 5 garlic Parmesan, 5 lemon pepper. Both were OK but I have no desire to return. Had such a great experience here. Came with a large group from work and they were so accommodating for us. Everyone loved their wings. Lots of different sauce flavors (I had mild and Louisiana) plus boneless or regular. Coke freestyle machine plus beer on top, bottles of beer and wine. The handcut fries are the best. Had a sweet flavor to them that I loved! Plus they have a delicious cheese sauce for the fries- my fav. The owner is great and made us feel welcomed which was so nice. I stopped in today at lunch for carry out. I ordered 10 Atomic, 10 Cajun and 5 Korean Q. The Cajun ones had been cooked quite a while ago and either refried or sitting under a heat lamp.. The sauce was ingrained in the meat by the time I got them. The wings were hard and dry. They were plain awful. The Atomic were slightly better, but only slightly. They also clearly had been cooked way before I ordered them. Now, the Korean Q, were piping hot and juicy. Just like they all should have been. I spent $25 bucks for lunch and I don't expect some nasty wings like this. I have been to this location before and I will say they are normally much better, so I don't know what happened today, but I'm not happy! Customer Service is always good here.
