Texas Roadhouse was AMAZING. The vibe is fun and full of energy. Everyone was smiling, enjoying themselves, celebrating birthdays, or watching games on the big screen. The staff were polite and very friendly. The food was incredible. Paying $18.99 for a delicious steak is totally worth it. The bread and butter were so good we had to ask for a second round--perfect as an appetizer. We also tried the Texas-style chili, and wow... it was delicious. We were really hungry, so we enjoyed every single thing that came to the table. The manager even came by to check on us, which made the experience even better. Everything was great. It's amazing to me how some people come to Texas Roadhouse, a lower cost place, one that serves excellent food, generous portions, very good prices, and complains about the noise, or the fact that a waiter isn't "as attentive" as they expected. Come on! This isn't Ruth Chris, get real. The staff does an excellent job, working hard for not much money, all the while trying to make good tips. I do think they are a bit understaffed at times, but this is more than offset by the quality of the food, and the low prices. We have never had a bad experience at TR, Bradenton. Texas Roadhouse at this location really delivered. Everyone in our group ordered the sirloin with assorted sides, and every steak came out perfectly cooked--tender and juicy, honestly more like a filet mignon than a sirloin. We started with the loaded potato skins, which were excellent, and of course the famous warm bread that never disappoints. The corn was just okay, but everything else was solid and satisfying. Most times when I ask my child what he wants for dinner, he asks for a steak from Roadhouse. Rolls and steak? Yeah, okay. Let's go. Everyone is friendly so we like that, too. Food can be hit or miss. Sometimes the steaks are cold, the chili tastes old, or the cook temps on the steaks are wrong. That we can look past for the most part. What gets me more is when our server disappears. Most of the time when that happens it is close to us being finished. I blame the payment machines on the table. The server will come back for that two bite check in, but then doesn't come back for drink refills or to ask if we need anything else before cashing out. Sometimes we need boxes and have to flag down another server or staff member for assistance. When you are in the mood for a good tasting steak that you don't have to cash in a CD to pay for then Roadhouse is your place. The meal comes with 2 sides that you can pick and choose from. They have a bar that serves all sorts of drinks and their beer on tap is super cold. Best to get on their call ahead list when you can. Our server Gina was excellent and knowledgeable about the food and how you want to order your meal. The place is very casual and with plenty of TV screens near the bar area if you are into sports. First time here, and everything was five stars, except the hostess. She must have been having a bad day, because she sure had attitude. This was on 09/14/25 around noon. We were the only people waiting "on deck" to be seated, and stood there for over five minutes. Mgr. finally came out asking where another employee was; hostess said she didn't know. He apologized for wait, and promptly sat us in the bar. Chris (bartender) was fabulous. Very attentive in addition to serving and making drinks at the bar. BBQ chicken w/sweet, and sirloin (very tender) w/shrimp, veggies, and two salads completed our meals. Lived in LWR for over five years and never went here. Always saw the parking lot full, so we decided to try. Now we know why. We'll definitely be back we were so impressed. The establishment is also expanding their outdoor seating area. Interior was VERY clean, service throughout ran smoothly. BIG church crowd after noon, so get there early, or make a reservation. my wifes steak was very rare and after sending it back, she still had to take it home to cook it. I ordered a burger with cheddar and steak fries. What I got was an overcooked burger with no cheese and no fries. after waiting a long time somone came and took my burger to fix it. what I got back was an 8 ounce piece of charcoal with american cheese and soggy fries. Two visits within 2 months, service/food has gone from good to great. Ok this is not a pricey elegant place, but it does rate higher than most places in Bradenton, staff needs to be congratulated - quick service fast and hot food, steak cooked properly. Not 1 complaint. Even the manager was walking around asking how everything was. Compared to other TXRHs this is one of the best. The best part about this place that I think is not only the food but they have the best frozen margaritas out there. What a great way to spend my 57th birthday! First off, Lady, our server, was EXCELLENT! She was attentive, helpful, answered our questions since this was our first visit, and kind. Then, the manager, Tina, came and welcomed us and treated us with kindness and gave me an extra treat for my birthday! Afterwards, they brought a saddle and acknowledged my birthday. I got to ride the saddle and take a photo. It was a fantastic yummy well-made meal! Last Sunday, March 23, we were celebrating my daughter's 43rd birthday. We realize they don't take reservations, but we were told they could accommodate us. We had 19 folks. We arrived at 3pm spoke to the desk and they were making things happen. At 3:30 we inquired and an employee of color, (not being racist but we didn't get her name) said there was nothing they could do so we could be together. We had presents and all. This was only our second time at a Texas Roadhouse (the other was in Las Vegas) and it was so long ago I didn't know what to expect. All I remembered what something about the rolls. The first Texas Roadhouse was NOT in Texas but in Clarksville, Indiana, in 1993 and headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. They say they they are legendary and 'Legendary means Hand-Cut Steaks, Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs, Made-From-Scratch Sides, Ice-Cold Beer, and of course, our irresistible Fresh-Baked Bread'. Oh, and legendary margaritas! Sounds good so far. The place was packed. We had to park around the back so got worried there would be a wait but we were shown right to a table. The place is huge. Skye, our server, checked in to see what we wanted to drink. We placed our order when she brought drinks. We both ordered prime rib-me, the 10 oz. with house salad and mashed potatoes and the hubs, the 16 oz with a Caesar salad and baked potato). The salad was cold & crisp and tasty! The prime rib was tender and had good flavor. The mashed was so good-buttery and silky. The baked potato was baked with a salt crust and delicious. The only thing we didn't care about were the rolls. And I like rolls. I didn't care for these for some reason or the cinnamon butter. I recommend Texas Roadhouse and would definitely go back. They have so many things to try. read more

Our family of 6 ate there last night (Sunday) and I have to say I had the best sirloin steak ever from a restaurant. One member of our family had to sent their steak back because it was to rare and of course didn't get it back until the rest of us we done eating. The place was very busy and the servers constantly moving and hard to flag down. My real gripe is the noise level. Forget having a normal conversation without yelling at each other. It is so loud, I had to turn my hearing aid off. It was still so loud it makes you want to eat your meal quickly just so you can get out of there. Will try again when it's not so busy. read more

Our first time at your restaurant was Saturday evening. We were celebrating a birthday. The place was packed. Fortunately, we were on the waiting list for 5:00 pm, party of seven. My wife and I were early, arriving 4:30 pm. Folks wanting to get in were all over the place. While waiting outside, I thought the worst. However, at 5:00 pm, I was as texted for our party to come in. Immediately, we were served garlic buns and our server, Caleb took our drink order. Afterwards, Caleb took our meal order which was delivered in a timely manner. Caleb frequently checked on us, asking if we needed anything. He had a great sense of humor. All the meals were great!!! Additionally, every staff member was very friendly. There was a lot of staff singing, and of course birthday recognition. My grandsons, 11 and 6 had a blast. Texas Roadhouse is their new favorite restaurant.
