9:15 pm on a Wednesday night I stopped by to grab a bite to take home. They must have been running out of ingredients and too lazy to replenish their supply. The Nachos BelleGrande consisted mainly of crushed chips, a lot of crumbs. Bean burritos which are my go to at Taco Bell were the size of what you may give to a toddler not an adult. Usually I do not get enough sauce when I just say give me mild sauce. This time I specifically asked for 13 mild sauces. This showed up on the order screen and my receipt. Unfortunately it's not possible to count to 13 at this location, I only got 8. I have visited this location only twice and no more. I see all the other terrible reviews. The first thing I think is: "What are they doing to correct all these problems?" The answer is: Nothing. Some supervisor is coming by to check on the store, probably jokes around with the employees, eats a taco while dummying up a report and leaves. My wife gets Taco Salad's on a regular basis from different Taco Bells, so she knows what to expect. Her Salad had almost no chicken in it. We took it back and the employee,(you at Taco Bell can see her name on the receipt, I covered it.) who took our order said there was chicken in it and she could see it. It was shredded. I was ready to get very "stern" with her but thought better of it and we went back to our dirty table. By the way, it wasn't very clean but it was the cleanest available. The others all had bits of food on them. And we were the only customers. Not like it was swamped. After a couple of minutes, I went back up. The manager was there, so I told her what was going on and let her know the employee said there was chicken in it; it was shredded. Well, sure there was a half teaspoon at most of chicken. The manager apologized and offered to add chicken. Well, by then it was to late. We had an appointment to keep, so she ate the lettuce and whatever else it includes besides a lack of the main ingredient. My point is, Someone is responsible for training these employees. Is that how you train them, to say there is chicken in there? And the manager, who was not more than 5 feet away and not wearing a name tag with "Manager" on it should have immediately intervened. Look at all your reviews and the pictures that go with them. Doesn't that tell you something???? The employee is a reflection of the manager's training; the manager is a reflection of his or her supervisor. Everyone is a reflection of TACO BELL! People must be accountable for their action. You need to do a better job of hiring and training. It's pathetic. We have IN and OUT Burger in California where I used to live. The kids there are the same age as the people you hire and always are polite, greet you with a smile when you come in, welcome you. You feel they really care. You should check their reviews. You are probably hiring good people, maybe not, but you will never know their potential without guidance, direction and accountability. The employee is only as good as the training received. If you properly train your employees, you will know who to keep and who needs to find a job more suited to their goals in life. Bottom line, to upper management; Its YOUR fault. The employee we dealt with was obviously under performing. Any employee and the manager who act like that need to review, on a consistent basis the supposedly proper training they were given. If nobody held me accountable when I was young, I'd probably be in big trouble now at 66 years old. I have been to this Taco Bell before and found the doors locked at 7:30 p.m. I went around to the drive through and was told they were out of ingredients. What??? Food comes out fine except they expect you to eat your Mexican pizza with your hands as they are sparing with forks. Make sure you have your jacket to wipe your face and the tbell sauce off your shirt as they apparently don't give out napkins unless asked. Forgot our chips. Never had an issue with this location until recently. But the last 2 or 3 months it has gone to shit. The drive through, at any time of day, takes far too long. I have sat in this drive through for 30 minutes before when I was only the 4th car in line. If you go at night, be prepared for your tacos to be practically empty and/or cold when you get them. Luckily they've only messed my order up twice, but both times have been in the last week. Today they ran out of cinnamon twists (in the middle of the day!!) and instead of telling me and asking me if I'd like a substitution or just a refund, they decided to substitute for two Cinnabon bites. Two. When I ordered cinnamon twists. Regardless of how comparable they are, that's not what I ordered and I wasn't consulted at all when they weren't able to fulfill my order. They decided for me. After pulling up, a woman answered the drive thru (all lights were on) and then proceeded to send me the automated message telling me they were closed. This location almost never opens when they say they do. Their signs on the windows and on google say they open at 7 am. I pass by here almost every morning at 7:15 and the store is completely dark. Sometimes there is someone parked out front and sometimes not but there is no one around to serve you.
