I'm so relieved something awesome like this opened up in Palmetto. I live on the southeast coast of Florida where culinary possibilities are endless. Not so much on this side of the swamp. So I was super pumped when I spotted this place. I got the mild and garlic parmesan (bone-in) and they were both fabulous. Hubs got the Spicy Korean Q (boneless) and was a bit caught off guard with just how spicy they were since he is never shy from some heat. It was one of those situations where his dining experience was like a car accident. I couldn't really tell how bad it was but couldn't look away. Overall, I would definitely recommend, but be wary of the spice levels - apparently they don't fool around! read more

I had HIGH expectations when I saw this place just opened recently. I placed an order online and it was ready in about 12 minutes . CONS: -this is a TAKEOUT only location (no seating areas for dine-in, bathrooms or self service drink fountain). -pricing have dramatically risen with inflation -NONE of the employees were wearing gloves (even the cook frying and bagging the chicken) . -Wings we're not coated well with seasoning (half assed tossed) PROS: -Fresh fries and wings Most likely won't be back to this location! read more

We ordered through Uber Eats. It came delivered in styrofoam containers and was hot and delicious. We had 4 flavors, all very good. Fries were also delicious. We'll definitely order from here when we want wings delivered. read more

The food is good but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered here today and they forgot my 2 5PC Lemon pepper wings! But here's the kicker, when we called to complain, the worker said all we need to do is bring the receipt and the worker on the phone PROMISED the food will be ready when we get there. After arriving I showed the lady at the counter the receipt and asked for the food to be picked up and it still wasn't ready... the worker said she'll have it out...30 minutes after waiting for the food later, another worker comes up to me and asks if I brought the bag. I told her I was advised from a worker that all I need to do is bring a receipt. The worker then says " since you didn't bring the bag we can't give you the food" , why couldn't I have been told this on the phone before I took a 20 minute drive!? Or when I arrived the store before waiting 30 minutes !?!? So I tried to explain the situation to the lady but then she starts saying " why are you getting so hostile " and then she starts giving me side eye and an attitude!? I couldn't believe it! Never in my life have I had customer service so horrible. She eventually got the GM to come out and he says " Ok Mr.Hostile what's going on" and I explained him the situation and he got me the wings... No stars! I only put one bc it won't let me put 0 stars.OMG! I don't even do reviews but I've never been to a place where the workers were so rude and I professional! I've been their twice and both times RUDE AND Unprofessional! One of them always has on a stank face on when speaking to you as if your presence has ruined her day and another girl there was so rude she would give anyone that walked in straight attitude for literally no reason! Only the men there were much nicer and approachable but I almost felt scared to even talk to or confirm orders as they would get mad if you even spoken to them! Unbelievable! I will never do an Uber eats order there AGAIN! Store owner must properly train workers on proper customer service for better business and the fact that most people that have left reviews have similar statements is all the more revealing that this is a problem.
