This place has changed and not for the good, They don't let you walk with them while you get your food made, they have a bunch of cups in front of the toppings so you can hardly see if the toppings look fresh or not and you should go over to the drink area where the lids holder is for cups, it is filthy. If the holder is filthy, you wonder if the tea containers are cleaned on a daily basis and the lines for the fountain drinks, those nozzles have to be cleaned as well. If that is bad, makes you think twice about cleanliness of where they prepare food. read more

Simple Mexican is a quick service like a Chipotle, but so much better. Every aspect is better: service, prices, portions, and quality of the food. You don't get the fatty steak like Chipotle either. Portions are larger and they always get my order right. They allow you to add veggies to your dish even if you chose a meat dish. My favorite is the barbacoa burrito bowl. The young lady at the register was very rude and had a serious attitude. We are standing with 4 people and after making one order shes asks with a push away attitude "is that it?" If she dont want the job then dont work there. The salad was flat, the salsa was flat, food undersalted, kids meal was a joke, and the only thing saving the burrito was the steak. Smallest portions ever. A kids quesadilla meal came with about 7 chips. You can no longer order and select the ingredients for your bowel or burrito. All orders have to be placed at the register. The queso is usually on the runny side and tastes great but it is now about as thin as water. The chopped onion and cilantro were so hard. Yep, it's exactly what you're picturing in your mind, except they aren't pulling food from frozen, shrink-wrapped and preserved wrappers. This is all freshly made - even the nachos are made in house. I tried the hard shell & the soft shell taco meal - had steak and chicken in them respectively. They load them up with as little or as much as you'd like, and if you make them a meal you get rice & beans with it as well. Round it out with a drink and you're GOLDEN! Meals are all around $10 or under - have you been to a fast food place lately? Most meals are around that there, but this food is SOOO much fresher and healthier. There are lots of gluten free options here! Everything they make is fresh. Even the chips. I recommend the salad bowl. You get to choose anything you want to put on it, even rice and beans. The cheese dip is very good. Atmosphere is nice and the restrooms are clean. (This is always a sticking point for me in terms of liking restaurants.) I used to really enjoy this restaurant and to be honest I prefer their food over Chipotle but there prices have gotten out of control. My son got a steak quesadilla, I got a burrito (I did get double meat) and we both got chips and queso and sodas and it was over $50. Seems pretty expensive for what we got. read more

This place It's pretty good. They are in the style of a chipotle. I got burritos and quesadillas for my family everyone had good things to say about it. The only critique I have is with their packaging. First off the inner paper was attached to my burrito which caused me peeling paper off of my burrito the whole time I was eating it. I think the burrito tortilla was too hot when they placed it on there and it stuck to my burrito almost translucent like. That was annoying and also when they rolled the burrito a lot of cheese and sour cream was all over the paper so I had a Lotta cheese and sour cream was all over my table.
