First time customer and oddly enough I had just read about this restaurant this morning. It is truly a sports bar. There are TV's everywhere and it's very loud. The bar is nice and there is inside and outside seating. Service was pretty good from the start. The menu is typical bar food, with quite a few choices. I settled on the meatball sliders. They arrived quickly and looked good. They were decent sliders but could have used more marinara sauce.

The Greyson is our favorite local spot! We live close by so stopping here for dinner was initially convenience since there aren't a lot of options in the area, but the food and atmosphere don't disappoint! The food is always flavorful and fresh - typical bar food but good options. Service is friendly and quick.

Great food and drinks--margaritas, wings, calamari, chicken sandwiches, and fries were all hot and tasty. However, the restaurant was uncomfortably hot (felt like the A/C wasn't working), and with the noise and crowd, it wasn't the most pleasant dining experience. 3 stars.

I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and have also been an Uber Eats driver for more than 2 years. Because of that, I know exactly how these situations are supposed to be handled, and this was one of the worst examples of management I've ever experienced. Our Uber Eats order was stolen. That alone is frustrating, but theft happens. The real problem was that the manager took absolutely no responsibility for preventing it or fixing it. After waiting over an hour, we learned from the FOURTH driver assigned to our order that the food had been taken by someone else. Multiple drivers came to pick up our order and were turned away because the manager refused to remake it. When we called, the manager (I believe he mentioned his name was Bryan) repeatedly claimed there was "nothing he could do." We asked a simple question: Did he verify that the original driver had actually confirmed pickup in the Uber system? His answer was no. Let that sink in. He admitted he never verified whether custody of the order had actually transferred to the driver, yet he was perfectly comfortable refusing to help the paying customer and insisting the problem wasn't his responsibility. If your restaurant allows someone to walk out with food without confirming pickup, that is a failure of your process. If four different drivers show up asking for the same order, that is a failure of your process. If a customer waits over an hour and you refuse to remake a burger, salad, and pretzel while admitting you never verified what happened to the original order, that is a failure of management. The most unbelievable part was that Uber eventually sent an actual representative to the restaurant. We were told the food would be remade. Thirty minutes later, after the representative had been standing there waiting, the manager changed his mind and again refused to remake the order. The order was ultimately canceled. We waited over two hours for food that never arrived and had to order from somewhere else. What stands out most isn't that the food was stolen. It's that the manager had multiple opportunities to investigate the issue, take ownership of the situation, and make it right for the customer. Instead, he chose to be defensive, argumentative, and completely unwilling to solve a problem that occurred under his watch. A stolen order is an inconvenience. A manager who refuses to take responsibility is a much bigger problem. Restaurant address and some pictures of conversations with uber drivers for the Palmetto location provided

Stopped in after an event for a late dinner. Nice selection on the menu. We ordered two margaritas and while they were good, they were a little more on the sour side, which I didn't mind but my partner didn't care for. The fajita bowl was tasty, and excellent with blackened chicken. Nice proportion of fresh peppers and chicken. My partner had the smash burger which wasn't really smashed like the traditional smash burger, but still said it was "ok." The fries were really good. The service was excellent, our waitress was friendly and checked on us frequently. It was late at night and was still pretty crowded, but nice overall atmosphere. The overall quality of ingredients and service was excellent, would recommend.

My husband had the wings and said they were very good. I had a smashburger. It was ok. To me it had a slight weird taste but it could have been the cheese they put on it. Not really sure. It sounds good via the menu description, but it wasn't. We also tried the C.B.R. Flatbread and were really disappointed. Bummer. Honestly, I didn't expect much, but overall, it turned out pretty good. Unlike a few weeks ago when we tried to go on a Friday night and left because of an hour+ wait, Tuesday night had plenty of tables available at 7pm and wasn't too loud. It took a few minutes for a server to get to our table (we sat off to the side of the main dining area, where it was quieter). They seemed to be running on minimal wait staff. My fiancé was upset that the service was a little slow, but I was okay with it. The server was friendly, and I'm guessing she just had her hands full. The Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls were quite good. Definitely consider requesting extra sauce when ordering because there wasn't much. Wings were next, and they also needed more sauce since half of them had none. The sauce, a sweet and spicy garlic sauce, was very good. They do a good job of offering well-priced specials several days a week. Their dinner bowls are $10 each on Tuesday, and they all sounded appealing. We got the Korean Salmon bowl with rice and vegetables. It had enough sauce on it! The sauce was tasty, too! It sounds like Tuesday nights will be bingo nights if that interests you. Just sit towards the back so you can hear. We sat towards the front and had a hard time hearing, even though we weren't playing, lol.

I wished the garlic knots would have been a little more garlicky but when we brought our leftovers home (because we had a ton), my parents ate them right up! I personally could only eat one piece of pizza after eating (almost) one garlic knot. My husband who usually eats a lot could only eat 1.5 pieces of pizza. The pizza reheats well on the stovetop and we even have enough for round three! Oh- and for you midwesterners out there- the ranch is tasty! Not much seating in the storefront but I will say I was impressed as we sat and ate and watched one of the staff members cleaning the windows.
