A couple times they've offered to remake the burger which is fine but after driving 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back only to find out the order was wrong is infuriating. If you check the order in the restaurant then you get everyone in there giving you attitude which is crazy when they charge $70 for a few burgers AND have the balls to ask for a tip.
