Hello, My husband and I dined in for breakfast on 3/29 at 1:31pm finished our meal at 2:06pm and it was the BEST thing I ate in 4 days (I have been ill). Lexi was our server she was professional, quick, knew exactly how to put our order together and she was super nice and Jordan waited for my husband to pull the car around before he pulled the umbrella down so that I would not have to stand in the rain (a true gentlemen) . I was taken here by my girlfriends for my birthday. It's weird that disabled parking is on the backside of the restaurant and you have to pass 3 doors that say "use other door" before getting to the front. Cute on the inside. Servers were confused about who had the table at first. I think we got the least efficient server of the 2. I got the Frisco Benedict with loaded breakfast potatoes (upgrade). Everything was cold when I got it (see picture that cheese isn't even melted) and there was no avocado on the Frisco. The potatoes were plain, not loaded. I told the server and she took the bowl of potatoes from my plate and must have had them topped and microwaved to melt the cheese because it came out so hot, I burned my mouth and had to wait to eat it. My friend asked for her eggs (supposed to be a scramble) to be cut into small bites. It came omelet style, the eggs were browned (should never be like that for a scramble), and nothing was cut. My server all asked if I would like avocado to take home. No, I wanted it on my bene. They gave me a free mini birthday cinnamon roll that was heated in the microwave, tough, and dry. I love supporting small business. I don't know if I'll be back here, though, sadly. read more

Our food came out quickly which was nice. Almost everything else was not so good. We ordered water from the beginning and had to remind our server we did not get it when he brought our coffee. The waters came out after we had had our food for a bit. I ordered iced coffee which was just coffee with ice cubes that had mostly melted within a few minutes. I was thirsty having no water so I just drank it. It was mediocre. And this was after my first iced coffee had to be replaced because something orange was in an ice cube. My partner's eggs came with unexpectedly onions, which he hates, but the server did not come back to check on us for awhile so at that point too late to remake them. The manager did take off $2.50 which I felt was not enough. I think an apology from someone might have been nice. Putting onion in eggs, particularly when someone could be allergic and just that my partner hates them made for a less than pleasant experience. The mocha crunch latte was good. My eggs could have been less runny. They were supposed to be over medium. But again the server took too long to check on us so I just ate them. But the food itself was pretty good. When I paid, I gave a thumbs up on the handheld as I did not want to deal with the server seeing it as he was there. I regret doing that and not speaking up. read more

Recent visit to BC for breakfast. Got a great seat outside while the weather was cool. Ordered the same thing I always order, which is the eggs, sausage and the Florida French toast. But this time the FL French toast was just regular French toast with fruit on top. I was so disappointed. It's supposed to have a crunchy coconut crispy coating on the outside. When I asked the server he looked at me like I was crazy. He went to ask and they said they "changed suppliers". How do you change suppliers on something you make in house? Ridiculous! Why change a delicious thing?! They took the up charge off my bill, big deal. I knew once they added more locations it was going to change. They have a whole new menu too. Food is consistent and creative. The Florida French Toast or the Sweet Potato Hash are delicious and beautifully served. Service is friendly and relaxed. The servers all help each other and food comes out of the kitchen quick. Coffee is hot and refills are steady. Great outdoor seating and plenty of parking too. Counter is tiny but, has the best service for all servers are passing by and friendly. The inside dining area can be loud and walking through the tables can become a tight jigsaw puzzle. I try for counter or along the walls so you get a bit a more relaxed meal. Not a cheap breakfast meal but worth the trip. read more

Excellent brunch on Sunday morning- eggs , pancakes , biscuits, bacon , sausage- good coffee & tea - good breakfast sandwiches!!

They were very busy today and our waitress may have been distracted. I requested scrambled with finely chopped spinach and I got an omelette with whole spinach. My friend ordered eggs Benedict and it didn't come with an avacado. Additionally the wrong potatoes were delivered but the waitress was able to send them back quickly for the correct ones. I love The Breakfast Company. Typically, the service and food is perfection. This time two out of the three orders had some kind of problem. One was missing avocado on the eggs Benedict and the other asked for spinach cut into small pieces in scrambled eggs. She was served an omelet with uncut spinach. The food was delicious though. I am sooo glad I found this spot. First I couldn't decide what to order because it all sounded delicious. I ended up getting the TIMES TWO so that I could sample a few things. The family that owns and runs the three (3) Breakfast Company locations took us in and delivered an outstanding food and drink experience! They took over the location from the Maple Biscuit folks, renovated and built a unique menu of "traditional " breakfast items with a twist. The space is bright and airy, with huge windows open to the patio. The staff was wonderful and our five course breakfast was truly amazing! We have been to another location and loved that, but getting to know the family and their story adds so much to the experience. The "Nest Egg", a poached egg nestled on top of sweet potato bacon hash was superb as a starter. They followed that up with "loaded potatoes", crispy yukon potatoes with applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, chives and the house sauce. Delish! Next came a trio of breakfast tacos; braised short rib, smoked chicken and mojo pork. I was full by then! The next course, of what should be illegal "Florida French Toast" was the star for me. Hand cut brioche, smothered in secret cereal crumble, fresh berries, toasted coconut and served with a citrus glaze. OMG. Sugar rush! Then came dessert - a cinnamon bun with cream cheese icing.
