The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. They were quick to attend to us. My husband and I ordered the Turkey Protein Wrap and honestly, I wasn't expecting a ton of flavor since it was listed under the "healthy" options. I was pleasantly surprised, it was absolutely delicious! The wrap was packed with flavor and exceeded my expectations. I chose the home fries as my side, and they were the only letdown. When I think of home fries, I expect them to be seasoned and roasted with a crispy exterior. These were simply chopped potatoes that had been fried with virtually no seasoning, so they fell a bit flat. That said, I would absolutely come back just for the Turkey Protein Wrap. It was that good. read more

We always enjoy the food at toasted Mango and like visiting during the week when it's a little less busy. We love the mango butter and omelets. They seem to wait on tables as a group so no one really checks in during breakfast. One person seats you and gets drinks, one person takes your order and another person delivers food with the check... but no one typically checks if you need drinks, condiments, etc. we didn't have any refills on today's visit and the table next to us I guess didn't drop off the check with food so they waited 30'minutes before going up to the bar and finding someone to hunt down a check. read more

The Award Winning Toasted Mango Waffle and Three Cheese Omletet this morning at the Toasted Mango Cafe. Sausage patties and Home Fries as extras. We were in and out in no time, the Waffle was light and fluffy as it should be and the Mango added a nice touch along with the whip cream...did not need any heavy syrup at all. The Omletet was very cheesy and cooked perfectly as well....I'd have added ketchup but got the side-eye for suggesting it. Highly recommend making this a stop if you're in the area! We were in and out in no time as the service from Juana was excellent. The ambiance is bright and very much " mango-themed"...a fun spot for breakfast or lunch! read more

Came on a Sunday morning- had a group of 4. There was a short wait of about 15-20 minutes. Once we were seated, service was super fast. The waiter wasn't super personable but took orders in a timely fashion and had everything accurate. The menu had a good variety of options. Two of us had build-your-own omelettes and the other two had build-your-own wraps. There were a lot of options to choose from as far as ingredients. The omelettes came with a choice of side and bread. The wraps came with choice of side. All of us enjoyed our food. We would come back next time we're in town. read more

I only got a smoothie but I was so impressed with how they were handling such a busy Sunday morning brunch crowd. The smoothie was delicious- I just waited at the bar for it- and the mimosas were very tempting. All of the food looked great and I liked that they had some outdoor tables too. read more

Stopped in at Toasted Mango for coffee and a quick snack and it was such a pleasant surprise. The cappuccino was delicious and perfectly made. I also had the clam chowder--great consistency, lots of vegetables, and the bacon flavor was spot on. The toasted orange mango grilled muffin with sweet butter was absolutely delicious. Service was friendly and efficient, and the prices were very reasonable. We'll definitely be back. read more

Amazing service! The staff were very kind, warm and lighthearted. Spacious & bright room that accommodated our large group well. On top of that, the beautiful presentation of the food matched in deliciousness. (Mango butter...yum!) Also, a plus was their gluten-free options. They even asked if it was for Celiac or a gluten-allergy. Highly recommend! read more

This was definitely a great little find on our vacation to Siesta key. They have a cute little patio and the indoor space is adorable also. We were a party of six so we sat indoor at one of the longer tables. The food was absolutely amazing and the portions were large. Nice and friendly staff. Hopefully I will get back to Siesta key and we will definitely try it again. read more

Came here the 1st day we were in the area and the food was so excellent, outdoor service allowed us to bring our dog, and they were so knowledgeable about celiac disease and gluten-free that they really put my wife's mind at ease that we came back here 3 more times. We ordered different things on the menu each time and for me the Cuban sandwich was excellent. Next time we're back to visit our friends, we'll be coming back here another 4 times. read more

After a long absence from visiting the Siesta Key location, we recently returned for a delicious breakfast. From the excellent service to the well prepared food, this was an excellent experience. As being picky about preparation of my eggs, I was impressed that my" soft omelette" request was not only met, but the server asked if it was done correctly when she delivered the plate (not halfway or end of the meal) - kudos! read more

Stopped in for brunch, had the breakfast special which is 2 eggs, bacon and substitute waffle for $2 extra. Perfect! Wife had the waffle. The waffles are their specialty and definitely a must have item here. We love waffles and these didn't disappoint. Bacon was good, scrambled eggs were as you would get anywhere else, ordinary... overall very good breakfast served quickly in a very crowded restaurant. Definitely recommend!! read more

The Toasted Mango Cafe was fine, we all thought the food had not a lot of flavor. Seemed to have no seasoning on anything. Had to put pepper and hot sauce to get something. The staff was friendly, definitely just trying to churn and burn you as quick as possible. Which is fine it's a busy place and the more tables the more money just could've used a little more personal touch. My wife did say her burrito was good. The omelettes were very bland. Potato cake was fine. Did enjoy the jam for the toast. Very sweet. We did get smoothies to go that were alright as well. I wouldn't go back but it's close to the beach and super busy for tourists. read more

Enjoyed a delicious meal here with my family. It was a very casual low key place with good food and nice people. I am a celiac and there were so many options - they were knowledgeable and even knew what was cross contaminated and what they could safely make. I had gluten free chocolate chip walnut pancakes and they were the best I've eaten! My kids enjoyed the mango waffle, and my little one got an egg with toast. My husband enjoyed eggs and toast as well. We will definitely return! read more

Whether you want sweet or savory for breakfast, this is your place. It's not mind blowing enough to write home about, but it's going to keep you satiated for awhile. Both the signature toasted mango waffle and French toast are worth trying if you have a tropical sweet tooth. I think the French toast is slightly better, but I'm a waffle snob. ‍ The Denver omelet was a solid keto option (if you don't eat the toast with it). Friendly and sassy servers, which I always appreciate. The decor isn't fancy, just simple and cozy. It doesn't change that this place fills up easily with tourists and locals alike. You can sit at the counter if you're solo, or outside on a nice day. You can order breakfast all day, but they do close at 2:30pm. I have been to the Sarasota location too and I always appreciate the sweet smelling salt scrubs they have in the ladies restroom. One of these days I'll just buy it. read more

We went to the location Downtown I had previously been to the one on 41 and that one was delicious. This location was (NOT) the waitstaff was attentive and I ordered a mango smoothie which was very good not overly sweet, scrambled eggs, bacon and gluten-free toast with a side of cheese grits. My husband ordered poached eggs Florentine. His eggs came out with the yolks hard and he ate it because he just flew in and hadn't eaten anything. The home fries were delicious. My breakfast came out without the GF toast. The waitstaff apologized and said it was coming. My scrambled eggs were way over cooked and dry, the bacon was perfectly cooked but the grits were absolutely disgusting. Definitely came from a box and not properly prepared. Inedible is the best description. I had finished 1/2 my breakfast when my GF toasted finally came out it was very dark and tasted burnt with an open flame (fuel tasting) I told the waitstaff about the grits and the toast and at first the waiter was kind and said he could get me different toast I declined as it turned my stomach from the taste. Once I declined he took the check and the plate and tossed the plate into a bus bucket with an attitude. They did adjust the check by a couple of dollars however, I never asked them to do it. I would not ever go back I have had much better breakfasts at Dennys. read more

Great no frills mom pop breakfast /lunch spot! Definitely not busy during the weekday morning and everyone is sweet! Many people hype this place but it is average. We tried several items off the menu and they were okay. The avocado toast didn't have any flavor. I am not sure what was the goal with that as they were random items put together that didn't see to add anything to each other. The eggs were okay. The mango butter was too sweet. The bacon was alright. The smoothie I tried was the mango madness and it was good. Service is alright as well. It's not fast and it's not slow. Just another great visit I stopped in this morning for breakfast and had their fan favorite Corned Beef Hash & Eggs again. Same as my previous review, you can get other things included in the hash, which I did. The eggs and hash were excellent. The Home Fries, basically fried potato cubes, were pretty standard. I'm trying to not load up on average potatoes, so I left most on my plate. All my interactions with the staff were great, from being greeted and getting that quick cup of coffee, to paying the bill while I finished up. Even though they were busy, my food took less than 10 minutes. Because the inside looked busy, I opted to sit outside in front of the restaurant on a raised walkway. It was a very nice spot. read more
