We booked private experiences with the baby capybaras and then a separate private session with a couple of the adults -- and it exceeded every expectation. The babies were absolutely adorable, gentle, and so interactive. Getting that up-close time made it feel really special and personal. The adult capybaras were just as amazing. Calm, sweet, and fascinating to observe. The staff took the time to share so much educational information about the animals -- their behavior, care, and personalities -- which made the experience even more meaningful for my kids. It wasn't just cute photo moments (although there were plenty of those!). It was educational, hands-on, and thoughtfully organized. My kids were beyond excited and are still talking about it. We spent our first half hour in the kitty lounge petting many a friendly cat and were thrilled that a few were comfy enough to crawl into our laps. Our hearts melted! Cats are all healthy and well cared for, and the space is clean with LOTS of seating, cat towers, cat beds and play toys around. Of course, we fell head over heels in love with many of them. Afterwards we each enjoyed amazing desserts and beverages, served on an ultra-clean dining room with nice and comfortable chairs. The desserts were off-the-chart amazing! So were the coffee and other beverages. The kind gentleman who guided us and served our snacks during our visit was very gracious and friendly.
