Calm, sweet, and fascinating to observe. The staff took the time to share so much educational information about the animals -- their behavior, care, and personalities -- which made the experience even more meaningful for my kids. They are much prettier if you get them for dine in - they come out on a big plate, vs a bag. You can also pick either chocolate or salted caramel dipping sauce. Honestly, you don't need a sauce, but it's worth trying. We went with the salted caramel, which was good. The beignets are HUGE and delicious! The best I've ever had. They are messy - lots of powdered sugar, but so worth it. We took advantage of the pretty walking trails along the water, after we ate, to work off some of that sugar and check out Riverside next door.
