5 Stars for fabulous coffee with plenty of seating options, including a cool courtyard, and some great locally-made treats. I've been wanting to check Concord out and finally got the chance on the way back from a trip. The parking was easy and led me right through a courtyard where I could see the roaster behind glass windows on one side and the retail coffee shop on the other. I got a perfect oat milk cortado and nearly walked out with some local rum cake. We sat out on the covered courtyard among the beautiful greenery and there happened to be a local market winding down in the courtyard, so I scored a sourdough loaf from a local baker! Bathroom was clean, coffee was perfect, and ambiance made me feel like staying. 10/10 read more

Very nice espresso shop with relaxing vibe and classy decor. The staff was immediately helpful in discussing available drinks. We chose an Americano to get a sense of the espresso flavor. ...an Americano is shots of espresso mixed with steamed water. I'm not sure the origins of the beans, but I hadn't had this flavor before. It isn't the bold flavor that we're use to from Starbucks, so I'd say it was good, and I could tell it was a good pull from the machine. Although it's not what I'm used to, this is a "Recommend" because, I liked it and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. And, the price was not bad at all. read more

I stumbled across this adorable little coffee shop and absolutely loved it! There's plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, making it perfect for working on your laptop or just relaxing with a coffee and a pastry. The shop has a hipster vibe that's super inviting and cozy. I ordered a Lavender Iced Latte, and it was delicious! I also got a very moist lemon cake with some purple frosting--it was soooo good! Great coffee and atmosphere- unfortunately the service was too slow. They have it set up so you wait in line to get your order taken but then you have to wait about the same amount of time for them to make it. They need an extra employee on busy mornings or make the coffee as soon as you take the order rather than putting the cup in another queue read more

This was my first time at this little coffee shop, and I don't think it'd be my last. Concord Coffee is a nice hidden little coffee shop. There's a large outside seating area if you don't want to sit inside, like us. Their coffee selection is vast, including the seasonal menu. We managed to go during the fall when they had the Captain's Cappuccino available that's flavored with a brown sugar spiced rum. A delicious hot drink for sipping. When you order a coffee to sit it's served in a mug. Although, I will say that their food selection isn't as vast as their drinks. There's still options though. Concord has a few sourdough toast options, bagels, pastries and other baked goods that are delicious as well. The service is fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here for a coffee and something to eat on the side. read more

Concord coffee is like a warm hug. Welcoming attentive staff who answered any question I had and had great recommendations. Service was fast and efficient. The ambiance is casual and well decorated with gold accents and concrete. Great seating to get some work done or catch up with a friend. They have tasty treats like bagels and pastries, but did not order any today. We had a cappuccino and iced coffees, both great flavor. This is a really cute place. I had seen this place feature on StufftodoinTampa. A group I follow on Instagram. They feature a couple of places in Lakeland. It's always been on my list to check out. Since I mostly work for home it hard for me to get out of the house. I just so happen to be near here and I went to check out today. Not bad. I order an avocado toast to go & a small mocha. They made a really cute design in my coffee & my toast was pretty good. They had macaroon which I ordered two. One for me and one for hubby. I haven't had a chance to try them but they stay nice I'm cozy in the box. I drop the box a few time & my macaroons stayed in tack! I can't to give them a try later in this evening. Update: The Macaroons we're pretty good. I got a vanilla and hubby tried the lemonade meringue. I didn't care for the vanilla but the Lemon meringue was delicious. read more

Wow so I came across this neat little coffee shop that seems to be like a hidden gem. It's located in an outdoor indoor underground looking plaza. I believe I came in from the back. I was driving down what looked to be a side alley and then I pop into a parking area and thought, this can't be right. I then see it, the sign. Bright white looking at me with a smile. "Concord Coffee" I pull up to an open spot and get out. I'm directed with lovely little signs like I'm on a quest to find this place. I follow the signs around the corner down the stairs and to the left and there is it. The smell of roasted beans. The aroma pulling me in like Pepé Le Pew following the scent of love. So I'm here now what? Well I order the cortado, cold brew and Avo Egg toast with everything seasoning. I have to say I was extremely impressed. This place is quite, adorable and has a local vibe. Concord is probably my favorite coffee shop in Lakeland... to sit in and hang out. Their whole atmosphere, aesthetic, vibe, it's all there. I love that it's usually so quiet, and peaceful, so you can really get a lot of work done or enjoy some solitude while there. A favorite of mine is the homey & cinnamon coffee. They also used to have a bomb nutella toast with fruit but they discontinued it and that was a very sad day. They do have an almond butter toast but it's just not the same. Concord is in kind of a confusing place, as it's part of a sort of indoor/ outdoor strip mall so you have to drive around the back to park (if you saw it or have been there you'd understand exactly what I mean). But anywho, Concord is a gorgeous coffee shop and perfect if you want a quaint and calm place to chill. read more

I decided on a creation made by Kai, an iced latte with a mix of cardamom and brown sugar - sounds weird, but trust that it's good. He also was super creative and cut my bagel into bite sized pieces to make it easier to eat while driving back home! I also had a great talk about coffee with Nathan, the other barista working. Found myself in Lakeland, and decided to go on a coffee hunt. I found Concord Coffee on my maps. Parking is limited, also slightly confusing if you've never been-- I wasn't sure which side street to turn on but just followed the car in front of me. There is a cool looking sandwich spot across the street, if you want to stop and grab a coffee and then something to snack called Good Thyme. The cafe is in a shopping mall, so just follow the signs and you'll find their location. It's very minimal inside and yet very cute and chic. Staff wasn't the friendliest, they weren't rude but not very welcoming as a first visit and impression. They have a few seasonal syrups on their menu like Lavender which is what I got, traditional lattes, beers, other coffee options like cold brew, etc. They have board games, long table, couch, and bar sitting. **Be aware they do not accept cash! I am not from the area, but there must be a college near by-- she immediately asked if I were a student and I showed her my ID and got some $$ off. The coffee was good. Concord Coffee is hard to define: it's upscale, it's down-home, it's fancy and it's comfortable. Basically it's everything you want in a local coffee house. When I was there, there was a small business meeting of 3, a man working, a student studying, a few young ladies chatting, and a dad with a couple of kids. All ranges of customers. Everyone kept telling me I had to come here and it was a little hard to find, since it's "hidden" inside a small shopping mall called Dixieland Village. Your GPS will take you behind the mall, because the front borders South Florida Avenue and there is no parking. There is parking in the rear and on side streets, just be patient and take your time. Concord Coffee had plenty of seating outside, exposed on a large patio and in the covered breezeway, and in two rooms inside (one has a sliding wall for meetings, etc.). They have a large coffee menu and a small food menu. I ordered a cappuccino with a caramel shot and an avocado toast (comes with chips or fruit). The baristas were pleasant and personable and my coffee and food came out promptly. Beautifully poured and plated, definitely Instagram worthy. Of course, tastes and smells cannot be shared on the internet, so you'll have to take my word for it. The cappuccino was outstanding. Definitely one of the best ever. Temperature was perfect, the amount of caramel I asked for was just right and did not overpower the coffee taste. The avocado toast was also on point, served on delicious bread and a generous amount. I've been back a few more times, just to grab coffee to go, and have received excellent customer service and outstanding coffee every time. Today was our first experience at Concord Coffee. We've passed this place many times as it's easy to miss traveling down Florida Avenue. Parking is behind the building and the entrance is located off of the breezeway of the building and there tables in the covered breezeway as well as tables, bar seating an a couch area to sit in. The staff today was just two people and they were nice and provided good service. We ordered an iced coffee, cold brew with milk a couple of bagels with cream cheese and a tomato and feta cheese tart. Everything was really tasty. We usually prefer a fat free milk in our coffees but that was not an option (whole, oat & almond), so today we opted for whole. Both the latte and cold brew were very smooth, not bitter and really enjoyable. This is a nice place to stop in for a nice drink and is a nice place to stop in to hang out with friends or to bring your electronic device in to do some work or social networking. read more
