My goodness! This adorable little cafe is SUCH a spot to visit! I am so lucky it was open while I was here on vacation. First the staff is very very helpful and super friendly. The young ladies behind the counter knew what they were talking about, and picked out the perfect drink for me when I had questions! My chi was SO GOOD!!! They added brown sugar syrup and it felt like I was drinking a cozy evening! I highly highly recommend this cafe! Very cool and unique interior/decor concept and it can be updated or tweaked with ease keeping the concept consistent but fresh by adding touches of color from time to time while keeping the integrity of a great art installation. We stopped in today for a certain coffee off of their Valentine's Day special menu. The girl behind the counter asked a bunch of questions but still failed to provide the coffee we ordered... we were the only ones in line / in the place yet she made the complete wrong order and served a cherry and vanilla iced coffee- charged us extra for ice. The place inside is cool- maybe just for pictures. The coffee was okay but it would have been better had it been the right one ordered. read more

Arrived around 11am on a Sunday and there was a group waiting to order ahead of us and only one person working. The barista didn't even acknowledge us in the five minutes we were there. Music was low and an inviting. The pastry window was pretty bare and the food menu was minimal and undesirable. We ended up walking out since the vibes were just off. read more

I've been to 2D cafe a few times but I only got their drinks not food so can't say much about that. However, it is a super cute cafe and everything is 2D! In terms of drinks, I've ordered an iced matcha latte and iced black tea. Service was quick and easy. Next time I visit, I'll try out the food and will let you know! read more

I must say the decor here is really interesting, but I was very disappointed when I went to place an order because though the young lady at the register was very kind and welcoming. I tried to order at least two things that were not available to include Fiji water and a beef empanada so I was very disappointed. I tried the chicken and banana, and I wasn't impressed as it was bland, and the crust was not of the traditional empanada style... not flaky. And I ordered the Verde sauce, which was OK I guess. and though this place doesn't work for me, I cannot say that it may not work for someone else. Aesthetically It is really cool. What a fun artsy little Cafe! Great photo ops for IG. Fascinating to compare the real life furniture with the wall graffiti!! Loved it! We ordered the Red Velvet cookies, which were on the dry side and not the best we have ever tasted but took them back to the hotel and microwaved them back to softness and tastier. I love the atmosphere, so unique, artistic and just such a cool fun experience. The coffee was without a doubt amazing and absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic and friendly too! The only challenge I see is the food. The quiche I ordered had a burnt crust around the edges that was rock hard. The inside of the quiche was delicious but beneath it, the crust was ever so slightly under cooked. I noticed my husband's cheese and apple Danish pastry had a bottom slightly undercooked as well and even though they had warmed it up, it was cold. Either their heating device is not working properly or they need to get a connection based device or figure out the right cooking Temps. I really love this Cafe and love the coffee here and with st pete being an extremely competitive market, I do not want them to miss out on being a major success because of the food Temps and cook times being off. Are You looking for an IG worthy establishment in Downtown St. Pete? This is that. I've been to a 2d cafe type model in Orlando when it first opened earlier this year. It's pretty popular in Asia actually so I'm happy it's come to Florida and I could experience it first hand. Their menu is quite simple Coffees, teas, drinks, pastries, & empanadas. We ordered an ice tea, iced matcha, tiramisu, and cruffin. They were all okay. Service is ok, but still a bit if disarray. i say come here, wear your brightest outfit, maybe even your biggest most colorful Kentucky Derby hat and snap snap your pics! Enjoy!! read more

I really wanted to like this place. They seem to mainly be focused on the gimmicks of being a 2D cafe but forgot to focus on the quality of their food. Even with that said they have art work on the wall that is for sale but did not match up with the whole theme of the cafe. My wife had an iced coffee and it would best be described as meh. We had two sandwiches, the Italian and the turkey. Neither of us was impressed by them and swapped between each other. My wife only ended up eating half of hers. I will say that the service was pretty good. The people were friendly and did a good job of bringing our food out quick. read more

Skip this place on your St. Pete's journey, it was overpriced and underwhelming. The staff doesn't welcome you or offer help. It was not busy until after we sat down and the food and drinks took forever. They have you bus your own tables but do not provide anything to wipe it down, so tables just stay dirty. The avocado toast was sad, egg bites looked like they were microwaved, sandwiches had some of the toughest bread. Your side of chips is just a Lays bag. Drinks are too sweet, definitely skip the matcha latte- it was terrible. The art is cool but overhyped since the shop is a lot smaller that the pictures make it out to seem. The look/set up is pretty unique (2d and all). It's on the smaller side but still has seating and good for the area. I tried a cheeseburger empanada - $5 before tax & tip. While the outside was crispy and not too thick or thin, the inside left a bit to be desired. Options to dine in or take out. Sandwiches, snacks, coffee, & other drink options. Coffee is REALLY good. I had a caramel iced latte and my boyfriend had a cold brew, we really liked both. I'm a sweet coffee person and the caramel latte had the right amount of sweet and was so smooth and yummy. Decor and design is SO cute, smaller location and was super busy when we went. One thing that was a little awkward is you don't really have a designated spot to stand and wait for your order (if you're sitting and eating there, someone brings your stuff to you) if you order to go. So we had to move a few different times as there's really not much room to stand and wait. The lady who took our order was impressive, she had so much going on.. taking orders, calling out orders and did it with such a cool, calm grace. At one point People seemed to congregate toward the register as that's where she was calling out orders but this just made it feel cluttered and awkward, trying to move in between people to grab your order. There was also an empty table that someone left their trash and plates at, kind of a bummer as no one ever moved to clean it off so someone else could sit there. Like I mentioned tho, they were really busy. All in all, they are a new spot and they will probably work out these kinks, but it's a great place to try if you want some really good coffee and a yummy treat to go. read more

What a fun brunch spot for photos! It felt like I was inside my very own cartoon and I was the star! Super cool and unique! The food was delicious! I just... ... I came in to get a salad because I was short on time. Decor, okay fine. The struggles of a white floor are pretty evident. Salad was $14 and advertised prosciutto, "imported feta" and artisan red wine vinegar. Well this thing that took like 10 minutes to make looked like someone threw handfuls of ingredients into the container with not much actual thought for proportions. Lettuce tasted...weird. There was no feta. Not vinegar, just a little tub of straight up olive oil. All in all, this place seems like a photo op and not actually somewhere you would go for sustenance. Nice Little Bakery/Coffee Shop 2D is an attractive little café on Central. The servers are nice. Our lattes were very good. The stars of the show were the baked goods. The croisinnamon roll (yes, that's how they spell it) and the chocolate croissant were delicious. The prices are a bit high. Two coffees and two bakery items cost $25 out the door, but the quality was good. I'll return. read more

This is a cute trendy cafe in St. Pete where it differs from the other coffee shops. It's quite small and pretty busy when I went with my friend so it was hard to find a table. The workers were helpful answering questions and super friendly. Came out for opening weekend and so glad we did! Everyone was so nice and the place is really neat! The line was out the door but they did a great job keeping it moving. This is such a fun place! My husband and I came here on a weekend trip in St. Pete's. If you're looking for a fun place with a cool vibe, this is a great place to stop. The food was decent but a little pricey, I would stay to just come for a cup of coffee and stay for the vibes. But we loved it! There were numerous other people here who came in and appeared to be first timers, so it's not weird to be taking a bunch of photos of the place. Very Instagram-able! read more
