It seemed apparent she was annoyed that not everyone was using the toothpicks to pick up the bread to sample the olive oil. Yelling at everyone to use the toothpicks has to be frustrating. If it bothers you that much that some people don't see/use the toothpicks, maybe don't offer free samples? My entire family walked in and spent well over $100 each. Load up & take home for a dinner or party. Be sure to bring your cooler, they will give you ice.
