I work in retail & don't sit for a second,& it's really terrible behavior for someone claiming to be their store manager,& before she was there i never had an issue in the 2 years I've been going there. When I arrived to pickup my dog the additional service was charged. I told the groomer that's not what I ordered or what we discussed. The grooming mgr said it must have picked up from the last time I was here but I signed the contract and had to pay. I purchased my puppy from a reputable breeder (the same as Petland is supposed to do) for less than half of what Petland was asking. And that included a $575 delivery fee to have my puppy driven from 10 hours away and hand-delivered to my home. Also, the puppies that I looked at and played with at Petland left me with quite a bit of odor on my clothing, so much that I actually had to wash my jacket the next day. My puppy arrived perfectly clean and groomed.
