I came in the other day a little after 7:00 pm & she said it was closed so now I went at 6:44 pm & the store doesn't close till 8 pm & she said it closes at 6:40 pm SHOCKER! It takes more effort to be nasty than not,but she was so busy leaning on the counter talking to someone,& doing nothing,so I'm assuming she's EXTREMELY LAZY & just doesn't wanna clean the dog baths. I work in retail & don't sit for a second,& it's really terrible behavior for someone claiming to be their store manager,& before she was there i never had an issue in the 2 years I've been going there. What can improve is the girls behavior at night claiming to be the store manager,& going outta her way not to let me wash my dog.

Did some research and…read morefound that they were almost 3 times the average price of the same breed of puppy, Cavapoo, that you could purchase elsewhere. I purchased my puppy from a reputable breeder (the same as Petland is supposed to do) for less than half of what Petland was asking. And that included a $575 delivery fee to have my puppy driven from 10 hours away and hand-delivered to my home. Also, the puppies that I looked at and played with at Petland left me with quite a bit of odor on my clothing, so much that I actually had to wash my jacket the next day. My puppy arrived perfectly clean and groomed.
