The staff was friendly, and they brought our food right to our table. I ordered the Haystack Double with fries, described as two fresh 3-ounce beef patties with American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions, pickles, special sauce, and a toasted brioche bun. It arrived hot and fresh with perfectly crispy smashed patties and plenty of flavor. The fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. Great food, friendly service, and a convenient setup. Hands down one of the best smash burgers I have had in a minute!!!! It was cooked perfectly, the portion was generous and I absolutely enjoyed every bite! The menu was large and had a lot of options. Glorious! Was searching for best burgers in the Sarasota area and found this place at the top of Yelp. Made the drive from Sarasota to check it out for lunch and was not disappointed. Although I appreciate unique burger creations, I tend to stick with a bacon cheese. I don't care for sauces so I opted out for the special sauce, and it was perfection. I believe they say they are 3 oz patties. Not sure if it was my lucky day or if they just have a generous patty formation, but the double stack had to be a 1/2 lb if not more. Incredibly flavorful beef, but yet no greasy drippings. Bun stayed intact for the entire consumption - does that sound like a minor detail? No, that's insane. Double smash, American, bacon, LTOP - and not one casualty. Cooked to perfection - crispy edges, but tender. And the fries - 10 outta 10. Didn't need salt or pepper on either and usually I do. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. And I'll tell you what, you think you can name a better burger in the area, I'll join you at both places, and I'll pay if you can prove me wrong. read more

A super cute food truck that sits at SunLab Brewing. Food was absolutely amazing, coming from someone who doesn't often eat burgers and usually subs for chicken or turkey burgers. I got one of their specialty burgers, the caprese with lettuce added. It was light but still juicy and delicious. It wasn't heavy or greasy, which is why I usually don't like burgers, so I was very happy with this meal. 5 stars all around for me. My boyfriend got the cheesy double and he thoroughly enjoyed it! He is a picky eater though, so he subbed the special sauce for ketchup, got it with only American cheese, and took out the jalapeños. With all that being said, they customized his order for him with no issues and he loved every bite. Staff was a pleasure and even brought our food to us, which we weren't expecting, but obviously aren't complaining. We did forget to leave a tip though, we both have backgrounds in servicing and talked about it when food was brought, then completely forgot, so I think a tip jar could be helpful for them :)) read more
