The staff was friendly, and they brought our food right to our table. I ordered the Haystack Double with fries, described as two fresh 3-ounce beef patties with American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions, pickles, special sauce, and a toasted brioche bun. It arrived hot and fresh with perfectly crispy smashed patties and plenty of flavor. The fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. Great food, friendly service, and a convenient setup. We'll definitely be back.

LOVED the fries - they are flat and wide, never had them like that before, but boy, were they great! The red beans and rice were also amazing - deep flavor to it and everything cooked great. The corn cake was a little mushier than we expected (thought it would be like a crab cake, but it was more like a corn pudding). It was perfect mixed into the beans and rice, but on its own, it was lacking. The 6-year-old with us is super picky, and they were gracious enough to make her a grilled cheese sandwich, which was a big hit! We ate at the Bradenton Truck Yard - and thankfully there were seating options, even with some umbrellas to keep us out of the sun.

I almost asked them to put the coleslaw on the side, but I entrusted chef JP to leave it on and was glad I did! Collard greens flavorful as well, and not overpowering as they sometimes can be. My husband ordered the 1/2 bbq chicken which was also delicious: tender, moist, fall off the bone with a perfect bbq sauce( not too sweet, no vinegar). Green beans were yummy, and he also had a side of coleslaw and a roll. Would have liked to try the Mac n cheese and baked beans, but will leave that to next time. Prices were reasonable as well. Owners JP and his wife Sherein were delightful and the kind of people you want to succeed.
