I can't say enough good things about this place. These are the best tacos in Sarasota period and I've been to every taco place in this city. The employees are super friendly and the food always comes out quick. I wish I could give it 6 stars. read more

Had the food truck for my son's rehearsal wedding dinner and it was a huge hit!! Food was delicious, service fantastic, and very professional. Would highly recommend. read more

This was our first visit to the Taco Fusion Express food truck, currently located at the Troy's Tropics Garden Center on Proctor Rd just west of McIntosh Rd. Nice setup, plenty of parking, picnic tables, even a cornhole game that was being used while we were there. I had looked over their menu items ahead of time and decided on their All American Taco and Fusion Taco, the first ground beef with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a small container of sour cream, the second made with chorizo and steak with Panela Cheese. My wife and I also shared an Esquites, a container of corn topped with mayo and Cotija cheese, like Mexican street corn without the cob. I liked all the food, as a burger lover I especially liked the All American Taco. Everything was quite flavorful. This was a quick and easy meal, the food was ready in about 5-6 minutes. It was a good visit. read more

I frequent Taco Fusion on my way back home from the dog park (25 minutes). Unfortunately every order has been incorrect (only found out upon my arrival home and I'm not one to complain until now)! I ordered 12 tacos (some I give to the security at our complex); I asked for 4 tacos to be in a separate box). I also ordered corn, guacamole and chips and extra green and red salsa. I received 12 tacos, 10 of which were squished in boxes, and 2 alone! All taco shells were burnt, no extra sauces, no sour cream and no Guacamole and chips! The tacos tasted awful (all we could taste was the burnt tortillas), and the meat was dry! I never gave the tacos I ordered to the security guys who really look forward to them! Very disappointing as I have been a frequent customer but not one that typically complains! I have called on several occasions regarding my incorrect order but was never able to connect. This past order I was finally able to voice my disapproval but was not satisfied with the outcome other than we are sorry and we'll give you a couple tacos! I always give establishments the benefit of the doubt but this was the last time! read more

Wow! Probably the freshest and best tacos I've had in SRQ yet! We ordered the Fusion tacos, surf and turf and also the carnitas. We also had the street corn dip. This place is now in our rotation . Easy to order and has been consistency accurate. Lastly our family is Gluten Free due to allergy, think like epi pen. They were so accompanying and totally understood how to take care of us well. read more

Very welcoming food truck with plenty of parking and a couple of picnic tables. The menu includes tortas, tacos, and quesadillas. The array of tacos ranging from $3.00 to $4.50 are jammed packed with flavor and meat. The owner was super nice, and even had his teenage son learning the important lessons of work ethics. I loved the shrimp taco and the Tinga chicken taco. Both were delicious and full of an authentic flavor profiles. I enjoyed the Al Pastor but it wasn't my favorite since I don't really like red sauce. My only suggestion for these jammed packed tacos would be to double the tortillas on these to-go orders. My tacos all fell apart when I tried eating them and I live less than 5 minutes from the food truck. Yes, I will definitely go back and I'm eager to eat the quesadillas. There are so many filling options, with reasonable prices, and these flavors, oh Yes, I highly encourage you to try them. read more

I have passed this place 100 times and figured I would try it after a long bike ride. The location was perfectly thought out as trail riders use the church to park. Nothing like tacos or a quesadilla after a long ride. Did I mention they have Mexican Coke? Delicious!!! There is music playing which creates a nice ambiance while you eat. It subtly drowns out the sound of the cars but not loud enough to bother you while you eat. I ordered the Carne Asada tacos, Fusion tacos and quesadillas. The carne asada seemed to be prepared earlier in the day and just heated up upon request. It resembled a boiled texture and surprisingly didn't have a lot of seasoning. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla. This also wasn't very flavorful even though it was stewed chicken. The fusion tacos were very good and are probably the only thing I would reorder. I know they haven't been there long and I will give them a while before I return. read more

Amazing quality, great service and a hidden gem / can't wait for next opportunity to eat here .

Great food and we enjoyed the tacos / nachos and chips. We were able to sit outside and relax ! Highly recommend.

This was the first time I visited, they were very pleasant and the food was amazing! I plan on returning

Just tried the truck located on Main St. downtown Sarasota. What a great addition. Very conveniently located to our office building. 4 of us went and we all enjoyed our selections. I personally had the Fusion Torta, steak and chorizo, excellent! One had the Fusion quesadilla and 2 had tacos. We will all be back for more. Food came out very quick which is a major plus for us. The gentlemen working the window was very friendly and informative. Welcome to the neighborhood, see you again very soon! read more

I have been to this food truck multiple times. I love their quesadillas & chips and salsa so much! The staff is always friendly & welcoming. I have ordered food to go & have also enjoyed my food there. They have nice picnic tables set up next to the truck. The chips are so crispy and the salsa is so full of flavor. Whenever I order it to go it comes in a large container with a good amount of chips, so it's perfect for two people to share. My boyfriend usually orders the tacos & we both are always happy with our food! Highly recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner! read more

Ok. I don't know where to start. Being a So. Cal. Born and raised Californian of 54 years. This Taco Cart blows all Mexican Restaurants in So. Cal out of the water. Casa Vega, Earnies, El Coyote, Casita Del Campo, El Chavo and all the rest. Taco's were seasoned to perfection, Asada, Pork, and Pork & Chorizo. The chips and Guacamole were really flavorful. Better than I've had at table side in fancy Mexican Restaurants. The over the top was the Corn. We moved to Sarasota from Sedona AZ where there's a Mexican Restaurant called E'lote who put their Corn recipe in a cookbook. This Corn dish at this food truck is beyond tasteful and better than anything we've both ever had. Anyway, living down the street, we'll be back real soon..... you can bet on it ! read more

Freddy runs a clean and fresh food truck! Check out the fish tacos, especially, but all of the tacos I had were on time!

Deliciosa comida mexican!

Saw this little red taco truck from Legacy Trail and decided to give it a try. What a find! Yummy combos, fresh Ingrid, enthusiastic service and tacos are only $3/piece. I went back a second time for lunch and it was very busy with lunchtime regulars. The lot the truck is on is clean and pretty nice, although at noon my only critique is I was desperately searching for a shady spot. Overall, an excellent find!!! read more
