The staff was friendly, and they brought our food right to our table. I ordered the Haystack Double with fries, described as two fresh 3-ounce beef patties with American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions, pickles, special sauce, and a toasted brioche bun. It arrived hot and fresh with perfectly crispy smashed patties and plenty of flavor. The fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. Great food, friendly service, and a convenient setup. We'll definitely be back.

Ambience is very nice. Tranquil quiet very humble. update soon to come. Update October 1st 2026 8:27 PM First visit, and I already feel like family. We'd heard so many good things about this place that we finally made the drive from Port Charlotte -- and let me tell you, it was worth every mile. From the moment we walked in, it felt like stepping into your grandmother's kitchen. All that was missing was the blessing on the forehead from Lola herself. The food? **Masarap!** (Delicious!) Made authentically by a Filipino cook who clearly did not skip on the ingredients or the side dishes -- every flavor was right on point. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere is tranquil, quiet, and humble, the kind of place where you can actually relax and enjoy your meal. We live in Port Charlotte, so it's a bit of a drive for us, but for food this good, we'll happily make it again. I'd also definitely ask them about special events -- a place like this knows how to take care of its guests. We'll be back. Count on it.

Nice setup, plenty of parking, picnic tables, even a cornhole game that was being used while we were there. I had looked over their menu items ahead of time and decided on their All American Taco and Fusion Taco, the first ground beef with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a small container of sour cream, the second made with chorizo and steak with Panela Cheese. My wife and I also shared an Esquites, a container of corn topped with mayo and Cotija cheese, like Mexican street corn without the cob. I liked all the food, as a burger lover I especially liked the All American Taco. Everything was quite flavorful. This was a quick and easy meal, the food was ready in about 5-6 minutes. I decided I wasn't in the area much so made a u-turn to check it out. Hours showed one thing and was informed 12-7 pm, Wednesday through Saturday. I usually get Jamaican food from a spot near the airport but figured why not. I ordered the pulled pork with Cuban rice and ribs with red beans and rice. They both came out aromatic. The Cuban rice had no flavor my spouse said having tried it for the first time. The ribs were about a 6-7 rating, as a lot of bone and I couldn't let my toddler eat them without pulling each piece apart. The red beans were sparse on top of the rice and nothing to get too excited about. The pulled pork was good and the little one enjoyed it. I would give this place another try, if I'm out that way and would get something different. I will say the food truck did look very clean.

Obviously reviewed here on Yelp and Google (I will cross post this review on both) this looked like it was going to be tasty and enjoyable "MAINE COURSE!!!" It was! I have no idea who many actual lobsters or tacos and sandwich or desserts we took down but it looks like most of the 30 plus at the meeting were eating and enjoying themselves. I got the signature Maine Lobster (Lobstah) Roll, with/cole slaw & bag of (of course) Cape Cod chips. The buttery bread/roll and the lobster were stunning!!!!! Not little lobster bisque scraps of lobster!!! This was tail and claw hunks o' meat!!! REALLY nice. Also I got the New England Clam Chowder (Chowdah) to make sure I tried their main items (and keep it under 6,000 calories for the meal!!!!) This was a GREAT chowder and so very authentic as you would expect! with "chunks of clam" and nice potato content, not a starchy potato mash soup. GREAT job. I am getting a big 16 OZ bowl next time! Finally (and I will admit here since I don't think any of the flotilla folks will see it) since I am the Commander of the base and host for this event, the owner threw in an authentic Steve's Snacks Bakery, Skowhegan ME cold and creamy Maine Whoopie Pie for dessert. (as if my uniform was not already bulging to capacity! WOW! Had not had a whoopie pie for DECADES!!!! This thing is a monster and meal all by itself, But great every bit!!! THANK YOU The Maine Line you really made out guests and members happy and we were so pleased you came out!!! We received many requests to make this an annual event or possibly a few times a year.
