Somehow my wife found out about this food truck, currently located at the West Coast Church of the Cross on Tuttle just north of the Siesta Drive circle. We can be a little adventurous sometimes, so off we went. We got both the beef and chicken versions, they also offer pork. The operator, I assume Charlie from their facebook page, was super nice. He made sure we got just what we wanted, and we headed home. Opening the containers, it didn't look particularly appetizing. It did, however, taste very good. The marinated meats, both the beef and chicken, were very good. I like noodles and I also liked the ones in this dish. I felt like it was something I might find in a food court. Without really knowing what good Bul Go Gi is vs bad Bul Go Gi, I found no problems with either the food or the experience, so I'm rating them high.

So staff needs to pay attention. Also the Jananese wine we wanted was out of stock and so since this was my first time going, I didnt know they had a full bar, because they had no coctail menu and wasnt offered a coctail so I had iced tea- which was good.
