You'll love their coleslaw too with a touch of pineapple. The music from the 70s 80s and 90s always adds to the comfortable and casual experience. But more so than almost anything else that brings us back is the friendly service. We had Amanda as our server again and even after we were gone for about 4 years she still recalled what items we liked. We stopped in for an early dinner. I was, of course, thinking burger, and they offer a nice list of burger choices. I generally like ordering food that is named after the restaurant, thinking it's an item they are particularly proud of. It wasn't hard for me to decide to select their The S.O.B., a smoked bacon and blue cheese sandwich. In under 10 minutes our food arrived, and it was super good. With a brioche bun and all the toppings this was a tall burger. While I tried their natural cut fries from another plate, very good, I had ordered their coleslaw. That was an outstanding side with red cabbage, a bit tropical, a bit sweet. Service was wonderful, she was friendly and willing to chat while it wasn't busy, and did an excellent job with drink refills and handling the check stuff. They do have a service charge for using a credit card but that was easily removed when I paid with cash. The décor was rich, in that the walls were covered with $1 bills. TLDR Food is on par with Wendy's with fries that are not as good and about twice the price. Amanda was our server and she was friendly; however never asked how the food tasted or if we liked our food. There are 3 kids menu items;however one would never know that because they aren't on the menu and there is no actual kids menu, she just happened to mention it to me because my child asked for a plain burger. I got the "bitchen". The patty had zero flavor and was slightly overcooked despite them stating it was seasoned with black pepper and garlic. The bacon on the burger was good and so were the 3 onion rings that came with it. The fries however tasted like old fry oil and salt. A jr bacon cheeseburger has more flavor than this burger. My son reported that the kids Mac and cheese was good. The table had an undersized base and fell over onto my child when he leaned on it dumping tons of water over the table. One of the guests saw this and nicely brought us napkins. When I mentioned this to our server she said "well you shouldn't be leaning on the table.". My son is a total of 40 lbs and was trying to play his iPad. I showed her how the base was clearly undersized for the table compared to the other tables and how it fell on my child and he could have gotten hurt and she stated she would tell the owner. After that I asked if the burger patties are seasoned and she said they are and wished I had told her it was bland and she would have remade it. Yeah maybe if you stopped by within 10 minutes of me getting my food to check on us. Honestly I have zero clue how they got awards multiple years in a row for best burger. The last one was two years ago so maybe it was good back then but isn't great now. The music is ok but the whole dollar bill thing is kinda tacky The tipping on the handheld device is out of control starting at 18% then 20 then 25 with someone having to manually override to put in a dollar amount. Much props for a clean restroom!. Parking lot is horrible to get in and out of if you park close to the front. Had a large truck behind me and barely got my sedan out without scraping it up on the concrete median. I won't be back. Refuse to pay this much for a bland burger. read more

If you want a burger and don't try SOB then you are making a mistake. The service was good considering they were very busy. They have a full service bar and lots of beers to choose from. I got the bitchen burger. It came with 3 onion rings on top, cheese and bacon. It was delicious. My wife got the SOB burger. It came with blue cheese chunks and bacon. She said it was fantastic. They have several side options, we both got the hand cut fries. There is a nice easy going vibe about this place. Between the food, the service and portions you won't be disappointed if you give SOB a go on your next burger outing. Underwhelmed! I was looking forward to trying this place for some time, even made multiple attempts to learn it was closed for either a holiday or just a random day, and finally got to go. While they have plenty of unique burgers, there is nothing special about them, and quite honestly a five guys or other similar burger joint simply has better meat and buns. Food: Average! I thought they had a smash burger, guess not. Not sure why I thought that. Service: was wonderful, very kind and sweet. Ambiance: It's a hole in the wall. Me and my wife, we was at a dealership close by and when we left, I was looking for a place to eat I was craving for burgers. When I search on Google, I saw this place called SOB burgers and we say you know what let's go... let me tell you something. This is not the best ever burger that I ever eat in my life, but he was a really good burger since we came to the place. It was only one waitress and she was really amazing with us. She went over the menu with us give us some recommendations my wife to the hangover burger with sweet potatoes. I have the bitchin burger. Our food came fast have a great presentation. It was fresh and very tasty. Honestly, I can't complain about my food and our waitress can't remember her name but she was very attentive, super friendly and make us feel very comfortable over there. It was my first time visiting this place and it was a disaster. I sat at the bar and ordered a drink as I placed my to-go order. The couples on both sides of me received their food as I continued to wait patiently. The onion rings were crispy and again the portion was generous even with the $3 up-charge. The menu also includes chicken, lamb, and plant burgers. There is a kid menu too. For an up charge you can change buns, get sweet potatoes, or onion rings. Side orders also included Cole slaw, baked beans, and chili. This burger joint is more on the dive spectrum, in a questionable tiny plaza. There are plenty of tables, but the seating is not for hanging out. There is a bar with the regular beer options, and Pepsi products. Seems like they have a steady flow of regular customers. The music and videos on this visit was fun 80's rock. The lone server was friendly but seemed a bit overwhelmed. She was attentive and overall did a great job with us. The burgers are prefixed and there doesn't seem to be any room for customizing or creating your own burger. Total shame and wasted opportunity for customers to create their own since they the menu already carries tons of ingredients. Part of the reason for the 4-star. The main reason for the 4-star was the menu itself. Some of descriptions included inappropriate words for school-aged kids to read. If you are going to include a kids menu, on the one menu, then make the menu appropriate for all to read, not just for adults. This was one of the best burgers I've ever had. I ordered the Voodoo burger, which is a blackened patty with cajun cream cheese, caramelized onion and bacon. The burger was juicy and the sauce complemented it so well. The fries were standard, but ask for their ranch for dipping! The other two people in my party got the S.O.B and the Border Patrol.
