Recently bought a double filet o fish. Never again. McDonald's has reduced the fish portion down to an absurdly insulting size. I don't even recall a double before this year. The filet was remarkably like a Krystal or White Castle meat patty. The "double" portion looked less than the single of a year ago. It is probably the reason for the double in the first place. Terrible, just terrible. read more

On the way to visit my grandma, that had earlier broken her hip, I decided to stop by McDonald's drive-thru, for a cheeseburger. Figured it would give me the energy to help take care of her and get her to bed. Well considering it is supposed to be a 24 hour McDonald's, you could understand my amazement at 11:05pm, I am told by the lady at the window, that they are closed. I was extremely hungry and had to help my grandma on an empty stomach. Not happy Ronald, not happy at all!! read more

Ordered thru Uber, placed order at 9 something at night, order wasn't received till 11:15, which is fine, but they could've remade my order instead of giving me 2 hours old food and cold ass fries. My drink literally evaporated before getting to me as my soda isn't even a full cup. Can't even call this place as it goes straight to voicemail. read more

The worst service everyone working was lazy and rude. If you want to place order use the kiosk. I don't get paid to place order.

Rude staff who don't pay attention food good as always but took us 15 mins to wait and I went in and I waited but they told me to wait and they will bring food to us but never did and 2 people got food before us I am done. Ronald your business sucks sometimes read more

Worst McDonald's ever, Lady Manager is EXTREMELY rude, while I was still ordering she proceeded to say "pull ahead to the first window" like I wasn't still talking then as I said I'm still ordering she gave a rude remark and continued to have attitude. Do not go to this restaurant unless you want to be rushed through ordering and end up not getting all your food or the wrong food completely. read more

Chicken McNuggets 6 piece today. Horrible. Very dry, super salty, and with a really weird Ultra processed taste. I guess all I can say is, what did I truly expect? read more

Went there about 9pm. Ordering was fine, but after getting the order and parking I the parking lot.. well the fries were hot .. nice, my quarter pounder with cheese was stone cold( actually cold as in from a fridge!) the bun was stale and it had clearly been sitting around for a while. The big Mac had more lettuce than a rabbit could eat ( more than the usual Macdonald's shredded lettuce fest they do) , but that was probably to hide the fact they had forgot to put one of the burgers in it! It was room temperature. staff where pleasant and smiling, but I suspect that's because they where busy laughing that anyone would eat the swill that they served . ate the fries dumped the rest. Discusting, would only recommend if you require about of food poisoning. read more

I would put zero stars but the system would not let me. This is the rudest McDonald's manager I have ever met. We were in the drive they at 8:30 pm on 3/29/21 and no one was talking to us. We backed up and noticed that it was still open so we went back to the drive through. We were just wondering if maybe their drive through wasn't working but instead as the drive through guy was about to let us know what was going on the manager ran and aggressively opened the window and my father said " hi so we were over at the speaker" when he was VERY rudely cut off by the manager with the brassy orange hair she YELLED at us that she was short staffed and was refusing to take any orders. Gee, Must be nice...but anyway, we're in the area often and stop for coffee often (which btw is all we wanted) and we will not return. Maybe you would not be short staffed if you changed your attitude and temper towards your staff because if you treat PAYING CUSTOMERS this way, I pity whoever has to work under her. read more

Destroying the McDonalds brand one wrong order at a time...or 50 at a time. I've never written a review for anything. And I've given this place chance after chance and they've never gotten our order correct...ever. That's not an exaggeration. Tonight was the worst. The manager took my order in drive through and he was obviously distracted on the other end. Missed 4 things I said and then not as much as a "sorry" or a "I'll take care of that...that's my fault" which is the customer service way. Just a terrible attitude about it. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. And obviously, I'm not alone in my thoughts...judging by the average of a 1 star rating... read more

Trash. Every time I go they never get my service. I swear I always have to drive away because of some reason. Cash only or oddly enough their 24 hour drive thru is closed. Hmmm interesting. Sounds like a very lazy night crew. I sometimes try to go after work. If you're considering going after 9 pm just go to Wendy's down the street. Their staff is nice and quick. read more

I wish McDonald's would stop hiring incompetent workers who can't read a ticket worth crap. Time and time again my SIMPLE order is given to me wrong. Not to mention that the fries are just hot raw potatoes, Nothing but oil and heat when you eat them. Absolutely disgusting. They continuously "forget" items in my orders all the time. Pretty sure they just don't feel like cooking it. I understand this is a minimum wage job but it is still a job. Do it, and do it right. Ridiculous service. read more

This McDonalds needs help. Staff is not up to par. I was there for about an hour yesterday around 9am and I saw over a dozen people walk out unhappy. I ordered 3 hotcakes and a tea for here. The cashier Chelsea was unable to get me a receipt because she couldn't figure out how to print one. I also ordered my food for here, it was packaged to go and they forgot the syrup. I don't mind it being made to go but IF I had actually taken this to go and gotten in my car without syrup I would have been pretty pissed. Manager on staff was pretty friendly but she was getting frustrated with the staff which was being shown to the customers. This staff needs work. read more

Absolutely nasty food!! Cold, dry French fries.. The new third pounder burger looked as if it had been boiled. Nasty tasting... I don't want to go there ever again!! read more

I understand the focus on drive through but having to wait 5 minutes to get your order only to find out half of it is wrong when you get to your seat not the best. What is the worst is when I went to tell them about my wrong order I stood up there without anyone saying anything to me for another 5 minutes and it wasn't until I grabbed the attention of the only nice and attentive girl working there who just got to work but was nice enough to help the older guy ( standing there longer) get a refill of his coffee. I then had the privilege of watching the bacon egg and cheese biscuit ( paid for a bagwl) get unwrapped bacon taken off and put into a bagel for another customer who ordered after I. Not until I spoke up again did someone finally start to care about helping get me my correct order 10 minutes after I realized it was wrong. Oh and I also had the joy of watching another customer who had waited 35 min to get his order get rightfully upset. The last day of my vacation and I picked what I thought would be a quick meal to get me on the road and home just helped snap me out of vacation mode. read more

I will never go back to this McDonald's. Went there 3 times and that was too much. The food never taste right, the service is horrible and they always forget something in my order. I had to wait for fries in the drive thru for 8 mins and there was no line. I waited a total if 15 mins in drive thru for my order and no line. Didn't even get an apology. If I hadn't paid already I would have driven off! read more

I stopped there because I was short on time and we were hungry. What a mistake. We got home only to realize they didn't put any burgers in the happy meals and was short 1 order of fries and it was just a mess. I was mad but polite when I went back. I didn't receive any extras just what they didn't put in the first time. I was not compensated for my time or trouble. Nothing but a pain and a big hassle that I paid $30 for. Not worth it. read more

This review has been a long time coming. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back. I went thru the drive thru and once again the girl taking my order was very abrupt and rude and would not listen to my order and kept interrupting me! I listened to her so this to a few more customers not just myself. She is very young and has braces and super long fake fingernails ( which I thought was a no no in food service as she also fills orders as well at times) anyway I was told to pull into the drive thru parking lot which I did once I got my "Unsweet" iced tea to wait on the rest of my order. The manager came out and brought the order and was very nice and professional. As I started to leave I noticed my tea was sweetened with sugar and I am diabetic and cannot have sugar. As I pulled back around the drive thru became very busy. I politely put my blinker on and got in front of a car that had not yet even paid as there was a perfect space. When I got to the window this young girl left her post taking money and thru open the window and started bitching me out and point at me telling me to never do that again and I made that customer mad and she just went on and on and on! I finally said to her my tea was wrong and she told me that I was to get to the back of the line and wait! Like hell no! My hot food would be cold and "I" am not the one who messed up my order. I asked to speak to her manager and said now I am going to complain about YOU! She called her manager over and told her I was going to complain about her as she air quoted the word YOU. Then proceeded to speak Spanish and mouthing off to her manager who was totally mortified at her behavior and she ended up having to physically pull this young girl away from the window! I felt very threatened by this hot headed young girl who must be a total ranging bitch to her own parents. She has some bad hostility issues and should not be an employee of Mc Donald's and clearly needs to be in some kind of mental therapy. I do plan on going over as high up as I can to have this person removed from employment there. She does not represent the family values that Mc Donald's corporation is known to portray. If that had been my employee she would have been fired on the spot! read more

The last three times I have been there the shake machine is down. How pathetic is that? Buy a new machine or just take shakes off the menu.

I will NEVER go to that McDonalds again. The service is terrible and I was also sexually harassed by an African American Cross dresser who worked there. They said (in a sexual tone) "you should Blooowww those fries... they're fresh." Then continued to say "have a nice night and come see me soon." Not only am I disappointed with this McDonalds but I'm also genuinely freaked out. I could press charges for sexual harassment that's how bad it was. NEVER GO HERE. read more
