They have a good menu, lots of different options. If you've never tried an energized tea you are really are missing out. They have healthy caffeine, taste AMAZING, and are not really actually teas. They don't taste like an herbal tea, it's more a fruity drink. I got the blue razz peach, and though I don't think it tasted how it was named, it was super refreshing and the perfect pick-me-up after spending a few hours in the draining sun. The shakes are awesome. I got the mocha latte one and it's the best shake I've had from a nutrition place in a while. It was blended perfectly and just super chocolately and delicious. The owners were super friendly too. I had a great conversation with them. I will say, no nutrition place is cheap but it seemed like it was even a little spendier than other places I've been. But the product was at least worth it.

My kiddo got a Dr. Pepper with vanilla and cherry and my husband got some kind of a guava concoction and I of course had to try the pretzel bites which I said were for my kiddo but I ended up eating the majority of them lol! The sodas were sweet but tasty and the pretzel bites were so good I devoured half the container by the time we made it to The Fresh Market to pick up a salad for lunch (I tried to be good but I'm a foodie at heart!)
