Just for the kitchen staff to stare at me as they make 5 different bags of food all at once instead of handing off as it's made as fast food service is supposed to be. I've worked drive thrus and fast food- but obviously whoever works here expects you to wait 20 minutes as if they're prepping a whole meal because they don't want to have to make food continuously. I stood at the drive thru delivery window for 10 minutes and rang the doorbell several times- just for the woman to stare at me and walk away... and put more food into 4 different bags. 20 minutes for a double cheeseburger and a large fry- that I never got because I had to leave for work to be there a couple minutes late. Came here specifically for the Disneyland 70th anniversary toys...and we had the option to pick that on the kiosk order, which we did. For two adults, we ordered three happy meals. The first thing I did was open the box: in three orders, three different HM promos, none which was the current Disneyland toys... Had to scream at the counter so one of the several employees came over from the kitchen... I explained the situation to the worker and she said we would have to return the happy meals. Fine, as we had already started with one we gave them back two. She walked away, didn't return...and no one appeared at the counter for almost 5 minutes. Pretty annoyed at this point, I had to scream back once again and maybe it was now a manager( better dressed, more professional -- but neither had name tags...is this a new policy??) who came asked me what I needed/wanted. She said they ran out of the Disneyland toys and would be restocked tomorrow. We had our money refunded. But then when we did try to eat our happy meal, there were no napkins anywhere.
