We had a wonderful experience here! It was a cool day in Floida- it was great to see the burning fireplace! Jimmy was our server, and he was awesome! Really fun and charming! Our food was delivered hot and delicious! Everything was great! I would definitely visit the location again!!

Great experience at this location. Wait staff were super friendly, food was exceptional and prices met my expectations. I always enjoy visiting CB's looking at their unique style and country vibe.

We've been eating at this location for over 30 years. It used to be a training center location. It has always been outstanding, but the last few visits the food and the service were terrible. We decided to give it 1 more try today and it's back to the way it used to be. Food and service were excellent. Looks like they have new management. Thank goodness! We love their sweet tea too!

A most enjoyable time Right from the start our server made the visit fun. Quick with coffee, helpful suggestions, her ability and willingness to deal with our silliness and requests was appreciated. Cracker Barrel is sort of a unique place where you walk through their country store to get to the restaurant. The restaurant is large, the décor mostly old stuff on the walls, and there is a fireplace. Summer in Florida, the fireplace was not in use. For breakfast I had their Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast, a couple of eggs, a couple of large pancakes, sausage patty, slice of ham, and a strip of bacon. I thought the sausage patty wasn't the best but everything else was fine. I did end up leaving some of the pancakes, just too much. My dining companion had their Steak & Eggs and loved it. I could see the steak was cooked perfectly. She did not like the grits I made her try. We laughed.

Popped in again today. Same great service. Ordered the country boy breakfast today with steak tips and another with sweet ham steak. Both were good as usual...

Food was great as always. Plenty of parking, especially if you turn right when entering the parking lot.

Food is not up CB standards. Dressing was gritty and sweet pot casserole was cold. Biscuits were good so I am thankful for that.

Super experience at this charming Hungarian restaurant in Bradenton…read more We have never tried Hungarian food, so this sparked our attention. Walked in and let them know it was our first time and Alexa took care of us all the way through. We ordered mushroom crepe that was very tasty. It was called Bakonyi Palacsinta. We shared our entree which was a potato crusted chicken with salad. This is called Karpati Borzacska. Both were amazing and tasty. The cherry on top was our dessert which is a chocolate rum sponge cake with walnut and raisin with chocolate syrup. Sounds rich right? It was not. It was a perfect balance and not too sweet believe it or not. It is called Somloi. The restaurant is charming and shows its Hungarian culture with additional market items on sale and it also shows its family background with the pictures by the bathroom. Loved our experience here and our service. Def happy our first Hungarian experience was right here.

Our appetizer choice was potato pancakes (latte style) with sour cream. This was good start, nicely done brown but not dried & crunchy. The chicken paprikash was on spaetzle with nice sauce and dallop of sour cream. There was plenty of chicken, but a little more sauce would have helped. The service was excellent and very personal. We were happy with value and quality of meal. We will return to try more. The blended Eastern European food we grew up around was different. This is more traditional.

Second Visit I have been back two times since my original…read morereview. The second time was with a friend for her birthday her choice. On this visit, we sat out front, which was clean with beautiful weather. I ordered the breakfast tacos, which had no meat just scrambled eggs. I added chopped bacon which didn't help much. The eggs tasted watered down. I've never seen breakfast tacos with no meat unless they were vegetarian. The prices should be more in line with what you're getting IMO. Third Visit On my most recent visit, I took my kids. They ordered the brioche French toast, which comes with two slices of French toast a few strawberries and blueberries. I ordered them a side of eggs scrambled not pictured. I ordered myself à la carte potatoes, and two eggs. Not impressed at all the eggs were supposed to be over easy and they had crispiness on the sides. My children did not like their scrambled eggs $6.94 for 3 eggs and non of us liked them. They tasted very watered down. I will say they did refund me on my 2 crispy eggs. We will not be going back anytime soon. Which is very unfortunate because this is in a great location, clean and the staff is very friendly. Their pricing for the quality is just way off. If you're charging $14 for 2pcs French toast and $7 for three eggs it should be mouth watering.
