The service was very good from start to finish. Just the right amount of checking in but not interfering. The restaurant has a great sports bar vibe. They also have a separate bar area, which has full meal service options. I got the fish and chips. A very generous portion of both fish and chips. At the end of the day it's a sports bar, tvs a great place to watch a game if that's your thing. It's very easy to find from the interstate, when you're trying to meet up and need to give directions, the staff is always friendly here food is average, for the area. Seating is ample and comfortable on the menu, I personally try to stick to a salad, typically bar food, for example a simple burger. Enjoy! Can we say 3.5 for this? I have been here a few times now. Nothing is awful, but nothing is great either. Service is mostly good, sometimes it feels as though we are an interruption to the conversations between staff. Food is good and comes out quickly which is nice. Us waiting in the parking lot for 15 minutes after eating and paying. And a lady came out to us saying we don't pay the full amount and we're stealing. Holding us an extra 20 minutes about us not paying and we ended up having to pay an extra $40 for nothing, just so we could get home by curfew. Scammed teenager by paying extra money. We showed all of our transactions which added up to the full amount, but they still wouldn't let us leave, telling us that we didn't pay the full amount. We ate at this location yesterday for the third time. I really wanted to try the restaurant a few times to give it a fair review. We went for an early dinner, because in the past it was a little difficult getting in with out a wait. The hostess got us in relatively fast, mind you it was about 4:45, and our waitress was decent. The food came out in a respectful amount of time. The ambiance was that of a clean sports bar/restaurant. We ordered the Cuban sandwich, big red chicken sandwich, chicken zingers, and a bowl of French onion soup. The soup was tasty and would order it again with out hesitation, the Cuban was ok a little different take on the pork (was a cutlet), the chicken sandwich was pretty good for your average buffalo type chicken sandwich, fries were average and the chicken zingers were my least favorite at the meal they were slightly chewy for some reason & not served with fries (flavor of sauce was pretty good). I order the Cobb Salad and some tenders with Thai sweet chili. I ordered a coffee which they made a fresh pot !! The tenders were hot and very good. The salad was massive, I wished they had offered crispy chicken and the waiter said I could get that next time. Just ask. I had blue cheese with honey mustard and both dressings were good. First of all, it took almost an hour from the time we ordered our food until we were finally served. My husband ordered a veggie burger and asked to be cooked medium to well done, which came out mushy. Also, I was so disappointed that the pork pot stickers no longer come as 'steamed', only come as fried, which is not as healthy. I did order the fried ones and was very disappointed as they were tough to chew. So disappointed. Not sure if we will go back. The Manager (I assumed) came to our table to ask how our meal was. Well this place is really new and since it's next to Costco so it's convenient after a shopping excursion. The place is nicely laid out with your choice of indoor or outdoor seating. Our server was very personable but you could tell kind of knew the game. Somewhat over eager but better that then being ignored. Nice menu with a wide array of food choices. The food was served fairly quickly and the chicken fajitas were good morning over the top but good. The tortillas somewhat stale and cold so that wasn't the best. The Mimis platter was a nice treat but it was at best served warm. Had it been served hot it would have been a bigger hit. Colossal waste of money. The food here sucks, period. I ordered a ribeye, expecting something edible. It was cooked to a good temp, but it was the toughest, crappiest quality ribeye I've ever had. Do NOT waste your money on a loaded baked potato either. They basically sprinkle some chive on top with a pinch of shredded cheese and throw a side of butter and sour cream on your plate. My wife's French dip looked like it was made last week and reheated. Bland, flavorless food. The fries were all unseasoned, and not cooked well. We had a pasta dish where the noodles were still raw in the middle. The sauce was separating. And service was meh. She was nice enough, attentive with refills, but no silverware on the table, no napkins. When the manager asked how things were going I said, "Meh" expecting an inquisitive response. Instead he said ok enjoy your evening and ran off. We weren't expecting anything spectacular, but I've had better beef from Burger King. Picture said get it... 27.95 What came, was a thin, 10-12oz NY steak, a little crab meat (no lump crab), barely enough hollandaise sauce to cover the crab meat, and one stalk of over cooked asparagus cut into 4 pieces and a perfect small scoop of mash potatoes with some brown gravy in its center. No mix veggies. The Bartender took the holiday menu back to the kitchen and came back with a bowl of veggies. Barely hot and over cooked. The steak was medium well (ordered medium rare), tough with a lot of gristle. Awful experience. Went in for a late lunch and sat at the bar. The bartender took our drink order then left us on our own for at least 10 minutes. We finally placed our order and waited and waited and waited. A couple sat next to us 15 minutes after we ordered and placed their order quickly. After about 35 minutes, we were getting really upset. Then the couple next to us, received their food, which was a very similar order to ours. We had waited over 45 minutes for food and finally had to walk out and go to the restaurant next to Miller's to get food. This was not a situation of a busy restaurant or short staffed- the staff was abundant. It was pure neglect. I cannot say enough how disappointed we were in not only with the bar staff, but the entire management staff. There were so many managers there and their only concern was testing the beers. We were so excited to hear a Miller's was opening in Bradenton! We decided to place a mobile order to go after calling and being told it was a 1 hour wait. We arrived to pick up our moblie to go order, and the front door hostesses were super nice, and directed to the to-go pick up counter. The to-go hostess was eating with her hands, no silverware, behind the to-go counter, and asked me to hold on, and took another bite of whatever she was eating. Then she proceeded to get up and she said, "your order isn't ready yet", and went to the back. She came back empty handed and then realized my order was already there sitting on the lower shelf in an open bag. It was already paid and she handed it to me with the kids drink and ice cream separately which I appreciated. We were all so excited to eat, and opened the bag and my youngest said "yucky" after trying the chicken tenders and I tried them and they were truly disgusting, no seasoning at all, not even salt. Then I gave her the mash potatoes and gravy and they were ice cold, I mean it was bad. The adults got the Chicken Nachos to start, and they were great, flavorful, all the toppings, not soggy, and some of the chicken was overcooked and in large chunks, so we tossed that part but the rest of the nachos was good. The surf and turf dinner entree had fried shrimp and a steak med rare w a loaded baked potato. The shrimp were good, it came with cocktail sauce, the baked potato wasn't loaded it only had cheese, scallions and bacon, no butter or sour cream, nowhere in the bag either. The steak was atrocious. It was leathery, hard, had a large tendon going through it, could not even cut it with a serrated steak knife and no seasoning at all, again, not even salt. Steak was stone cold as well. The other side was broccoli and it cooked very obviously in a microwave, it had brown burns all over and was like eating old grass, fiber and I couldn't even chew it. Nasty. So very disappointing. The other entree was the Big Red Chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwich was good, pretty small though, not what you would expect. The fries were cold, and you already know, no seasoning whatsoever. At all. Not even salt. Super gross. We called the restaurant to let them know, and we were on hold for about 20 min (we could've just driven back with the food, it would've been faster). A manager answered and we explained what was going on, and she was amazing, top notch customer service and sincerely apologized and refunded us immediately. We also received an email with an apology from the GM which we appreciated as well. Customer service A+. Food was subpar, disappointing, mediocre at best. No one in the family wants to go back. I had hyped it up and it was such a let down. * We ended up going to Dairy Queen on 64 for the youngest to get something edible, and they never dissappoint! I was sooo looking forward to it too....new here in Bradenton, about 3-weeks. I thought my food ( i ordered the " prime" burger and asked special for "extra crispy" fries) would be an easy fill. The food came to the table luke warm at best, the fries regular...not crispy at all....I sent my entire meal back...then waited forever to get its replacement - no, it wasnt busy...our server said it was kind of a slow day (1:30pm- ish). Others at the table had nearly finished. No "rave" reviews there on the entree salads either. This 2nd round came warmer but "not" hot...fries were a bit better this time too...The fountain diet coke was excellent. ( this is an ale house mind you...with "bar cuisine their specialty) They charged me twice...then reworked the bill...but the suggested tip reflected the original bill of both meals... I ate half...very disappointing. Too many other places to try for me to go back...and/or recommend. Lots of free parking. read more

They really have a LOOOOONG way to go to be a functional restaurant. I can see it possibly coming someday since they are a chain but nothing seemed to have gone right with this dinner. I have never gotten home so fast to write a review on a place... Mind you, I am writing this review as I eat my dinner AT HOME after Miller's! I will start with the 3 positives I have for this place: 1. The burger came out cooked well, flavorful and hot with hot fries 2. The 2 hottest hot sauces for the zingers were tasty and had a nice spice (Mt St Helen & 5 Pepper) but I couldn't tell you which is which because no one told me the difference and the server didn't know either 3. The server was sweet and tried Ok, for the terrible experience at this newly opened restaurant that needs to work out a lot of kinks: - Walking into the restaurant an employee walked across the front of us while we were in front of the hostess stand and talking with them. She could have walked behind the hostess stand or behind us - While walking through to our table, the hostess had to stop for a second so she can make a little joking comment to a table instead of doing it after sitting us. Tables were in close proximity and the comment could have waited until we were sat - Asked about any Happy Hour Specials... no one knew if there was one when asked. Server did ask and came back saying they don't. I think they will once more places open around and have competition - Went to the bathroom and came back to see our napkins crumbled up and silverware taken away and never replaced. We didn't say anything since we had mainly finger eating foods - Asked for Tabasco because I like it with snow crab legs and they did not have it. What bar/restaurant chain doesn't have Tabasco on hand?!? Disturbing - Got the zingers/chicken tenders and it did not come tossed like we asked then told the server and agreed it wasn't. She tried to correct the issue by offering us new ones and get them with the sauce on it but we were starving since we waited about 5 times longer than a normal fried food would have taken. So we just asked for the sauce that was supposed to come tossed with. It did come with the other sauces I asked to try the server said she only tried one of the 2 hottest sauces and couldn't differentiate between the 2. Also waited a very long time to see our server to tell her the zingers were off - While waiting for our main entree our server came by and asked if we wanted dessert, we said we didn't even receive our dinners yet. Another long wait for that - Asked if they do any birthday dessert and seeing the 1st review on here just got a free dessert just for showing up and having nothing wrong with their visit, I thought I might be able to get a free birthday dessert like more chain restaurants... Wrong. She came back saying the manager can only give me a discount on their most popular dessert that I wanted to try - Did see the table next to us looking around for the server and heard her apologizing as much as she did at our table during our visit so we weren't the only ones having a not so fabulous time here - Another server came by and dropped off a drink which they probably thought was water but it wasn't and had to ask for a refill - Flies swarming in from outside and around our food but I get it... This is the land of many flying bugs and they have open garage doors with no outdoor seating - 1/2 lb snow crab came out super cold. They were supposed to be server hot or warm would have been acceptable but these were disgraceful sad cold crab that I wouldn't touch. The shrunken meat and the strong unpleasant fishy odor was not even close to how I usually would have them elsewhere. Sent that back and server said she would take that off the bill but DIDN'T! She mentioned to comp off half our bill for the hiccups but it wasn't. A small amount was comped but not the complete amount for the cold sad crab legs that was sent back and/or the zingers that was improperly made. That free birthday dessert would have came in handy at this point to give this place another star but nope, nothing I don't see a reason to come back here unless you want to get cheap drinks and watch one of their many TVs here. If you live nearby, I guess you could get drunk and drive the back ways of Costco and avoid any cops on the main roads. They are lucky to be the first restaurant open in Costco land and to be busy for now. Hopefully they can work out the kinks and run smoother in the near future. But for me, this just reminded me why I've only been to a Miller's maybe a handful of times many years ago and why I have had zero desire of ever going back. read more

Positives: Christian and Erin were really great bartenders. The beer was nice and cold. Negatives: Mickey was the third bartender. She was complaining the entire time. She shouldn't be behind the bar. The wings came out extremely soggy because as you can see in the photo it was like a bowl of soup. They were gross. Also, the manager that wore the dark blue fleece was literally just standing watching tv the entire time. He wasn't helping his team out at all when the entire restaurant was busy. He was a bump on the log. There was also another manager dark hair, beard, skinny, that every time he went behind the bar he would make animal noises to his bar staff. He did it several times.
