This was my first Capriotti visit and this is one of their most popular sandwiches, even voted by someone as America's greatest sandwich. It was a dense and very good sandwich, like a Thanksgiving leftover meal. In fact, it was created as a Thanksgiving leftover meal by Aunt Bobbie, and featured in the first Capriotti restaurant in Wilmington, DE. This looks like a solid sandwich shop with subs, cheesesteaks, and salads. They have about a half dozen tables lined up inside, and more shared seating outside. The staff was helpful as we worked on what we should order. I liked the place, bright and clean, music, and one TV. They offer fries, including loaded fries called CAPastrami Fries. They sounded so good and I regret my decision not to try them, a good reason for a return visit.

It gave us a bad vibe and felt extremely rude especially because it was one of spots we wanted to try in the area. I believe this spot is also fairly new in my opinion this is not a good reflection or representation of new business! Terrible (see pictures of hours of operation on door, along with advertising sandwiches and pastries on menu which they didn't have). Also please see owners response below. Going back and forth on yelp proves true unprofessionalism and the apology was not sincere at all, before stepping out to use the restroom that could of been stated that the establishment was about to close local or not TERRIBLE!
