They made my smoothie incorrectly the first time. (Blueberry bliss and they forgot the blueberries). So I watched them make the 2nd smoothie and they halved the amount of fruit that's supposed to go into the smoothie. It tasted like bland, blended up ice. read more

This restaurant has been opened only about 1 week. We went in at about 1:45 pm. The restaurant was not busy, but there was no one at the ordering station. Apparently, the four workers were handling the drive through orders. We ordered after waiting about 5 minutes. I had the Mediterranean Grain bowl that was sized and seasoned just right. I also ordered the Paradise Point smoothie (strawberry, banana, and pineapple). My wife had the Jerk Chicken Wrap that was not very spicy until about the fifth bite which was where the seasoning had ended up. Our orders were up in just a few minutes, except for my smoothie. After eating my meal, we learned that they forgot my smoothie. We weren't in a hurry, so we waited. The smoothie tasted very fresh and flavorful. Refreshing. Although it was 24 oz, I didn't feel stuffed and was worth the wait. Surprisingly, while I was enjoying my smoothie, the manager introduced himself and apologized for our wait. He also let me sample an Island Green smoothie, which also tasted very good; normally I wouldn't drink a spinach beverage, but I might order it next time. I do enjoy the food especially the Cuban sandwich. Probably the only good sandwhich you can get at a drive through anywhere. I have to say that the service at the drive through could use some improvement. The people seem friendly but don't show up to the window until the food is done and I have to always remind them of what I am missing whether that be my drink or chips. I'm a huge fan of there chicken salad sandwich...honestly, the best I've ever had! I'll never order another smoothie from there, though...they're blah. The only reason I don't go to get a chicken salad sandwich everyday is because most of the workers seem oddly sketchy. Normally I love this location. But me and my grandma wanted to stop for our favorite smoothie at 12:00pm. Took our order and then sat for 8-10 minutes and no one opened the window to even acknowledge us. No one was behind us in drive thru. We couldn't see anyone inside. No one took our money and no smoothies. A girl walked past and didn't even look at us, and then as we honked to get her attention she walked away.
