These doughnuts are different, described as their Famous Layered Doughnuts, they are similar to a croissant in construction, very sweet like a frosted doughnut. Wonderful texture, super indulgent for me, and went great with a cup of their coffee. The Sandy Beach, described as like a cinnamon roll, did have a hint of cinnamon. But what I really noticed, besides the doughnut itself bring great, was the gooey white frosting on top and seemingly all over. The French Toast was similar, with a maple flavored frosting. Parlor is a small place, mainly a takeout spot, no seating inside but they do have a couple of small tables outside. In addition to a large selection of sweet doughnuts, they also offer savory ones, and a variety of coffee and other drinks. The person helping me was nice.

You can't go backwards cause there's people in front of you so they didn't put a sign out that they were out of carbonation meaning that there is no pop or soda so there was like 15 cars in front of us who all left with us but we had to wait another 15- 20 minutes for them to go. So then when we finally got out of there first fall was a good feeling because we're locked in position and who knows what can happen today. Look at the In-N-Out Burger when they were in a l bit further go through the light once it's a lot locked, locked position and that wasn't good. Suggestions fire the Manager making very poor decisions. When you're buying an eight dollar drink, you should put a sign out front saying that you don't have any pop so you don't get all these people in line where you're in a lock position and anything can happen to you i.e. In-N-Out Burger in Utah. This staff needs to be trained better. You need better Customer Service. You need to know when you need to go to the grocery store to purchase pop I was so excited to go to swag and I was totally disappointed. I don't know if I'll ever go back there who needs an eight dollar drink anyhow, you can make it my home for the fraction of the cost.

The man at the counter rudely told me that I had to pick up my food at the counter in the back. When I asked if they had nonfat milk, I was again met with an attitude and he said "we only have local milk and three dairy alternatives." It was very clear that I wasn't being respected because I wasn't a local. Imagine my surprise when a small/medium sized latte, with no syrup, was $9.10. Absolute highway robbery for an average latte. For food, I ordered an avocado toast with shaved egg. I had a much better experience interacting with the woman at the food window. She was incredibly kind, made an effort to talk to me and my food was ready 20 minutes early. It was good and fresh, but I now know that I'm not a fan of the texture of shaved eggs. I'm in Sarasota a few times a year and I will absolutely not be going back.
