I recently went in here and as a teen age girl it's kind of embarrassing to ask for menstrual products but the staff made me feel so comfortable and one employee went out of their way to get me a pad! They are so incredibly kind there and even when she got back she directed me to the bathroom to not put me on blast! This Starbucks was so incredibly kindhearted! At the drive thru I ordered iced macchiato and when I received my hot macchiato at the window I told her I wanted iced. Taryn was snarky and replied "that's why I asked you multiple times if you wanted iced." She snatched the hot drink and said it would be a few minute. The people working at this store are amateurs. I ordered a quad espresso and they gave me a double. I then told the person working the register that I did not receive a quad and she said they would make it right. After a few minutes, she said they had made my quad, but again it was a double. I order quads and doubles frequently and know how much should be in each, I spent the next 20 minutes speaking to Starbucks customer service who made it right for me. If possible, avoid this location, they do not know what they are doing here. read more

Worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. Wow. Just wow. The cashier seemed stoned or mentally altered in some way. One lady barista was yelling and complaining LOUDLY to all the other baristas about how everything they were doing was wrong. She was rude and snippy. So mad! Asked for pink Drink to be made with 1/2 coconut and 1/2 whole milk. I order it like this frequently and no issues and no additional charges. It was $11.74 for 1 drink and 1 brownie. I asked why it was so much and she said I was told to charge you sorry. I charged approx $3-4 for milk charge to have some of my drink be made with a different milk. Worst part my drink was an inch from the top. Come on!!! read more

Placed a breakfast sandwich and drink order and cancelled it 2 minutes later and requested a refund. The manager denied the refund but authorized me to stop by when I was nearby again for a free drink. When I made time to go back again another morning a few weeks later after waiting in the drive-thru I was told by both the barista and the morning manager today 'sorry that was too long ago'. Horrible in store customer service to a 15+ loyal customer. Not an issue of money but principle. read more

Convenient location on high traffic Tamiani Trail. Plenty of shopping center parking. Great outdoor patio - lots of tables - many with noon shade. All chairs and tables inside are blocked. Restroom clean. Order was right and produced quickly. Drive throughs were minimal while I was there even though located on busy road. One hitch: My Starbucks app said "Order Ahead Unavailable", so I asked about that inside and was told they had turned it off because they were short staffed. read more

This is my absolute favorite starbucks in town! I love all of the staff, they all know be my name and know my orders so well that when I forget to list a step, they remind me... you want light ice correct? I'm always thankful for that because I'm usually half asleep when i place my order..either from starting an 11 hour day at work, or being 9 hours in to that said 11 hour shift!!! The drinks always taste better to me when made at the worrington location. I'll go out of my way to visit this location if i have to. My only wish is that they were open later! ;) read more

I am not a huge starbucks fan but I always go here when a family or friend is in the hospital and I just need to get out of the building for a few. The parking is great except during the early morning hours, lunch and rush hour for obvious reasons. The staff is always really friendly and fast. One time they messed up my order and fixed it without any issues. The manger is amazing as well. I have never been in this starbucks where there isn't at least 2 or 3 people sitting around since it is right across the street from the Hospital. read more

I stopped in at this location on my way home from vacationing in Siesta Key and I found the service quit slow. There were only 2 baristas working and it was about 10:00am on a Saturday. The line was out the door, but hey when its the only starbucks around I guess you just have to wait. read more

Starbucks has a great deal of consistency, as it is a massive chain. This location is usually a little less busy and has updated furniture and a large "Bar" to sit at. Parking can be a bear, but it always seems to work itself out.... read more

I Visited this Starbucks twice now. The first time I was there they started bringing the patio furniture inside and moving and scraping the tables while mopping around me at 5:15pm when they closed at 6pm. Then, I went a week later and now they changed their hours until 8pm. At 6pm there was no inside seating except a couple big chairs. They were having an all store meeting and all the tables were taken by staff. The two times I have been here have not been inviting. I have not been to a Starbucks that closes that early. If you say you are open to a certain time, you make it inviting to guests until that time. There are plenty of things behind the scenes to be doing. Especially if you are trying to stay open later and bring in more business. read more

This is one of the best Starbucks I've been to. I used to work at a Starbucks several years ago so I can usually spot the good ones from the bad ones. I try to stay away from the really busy ones. If I lived in the area, this would be the Starbucks I would check out. I love the little bar area and the baristas are really friendly and personable. The true test is if they can make my drink correctly and fortunately for me, the one barista usually drinks the same thing so he knew what he was doing. read more

I think this is one of Sarasota's best Starbucks. Baristas are great, female day manager (not sure of her name, but has a colorful tattoo on one of her arms) is incredibly professional, knowledgable about all the brewing processes and patient with both Starbucks newbies and rich/bitchy/spandex/Sarasota mom regulars that demand everyone remember their triple skinny vanilla latte extra hot no foam. The covered patio outside is great and it's quiet enough during the day (not the teenage hangout that other ones are) to get some serious work done. read more

so i ordered two drinks mobile. i walked in and i got one drink and not there other. fifteen minutes go by and still no second drink. i said something and the sticker was in the trash. some crusty worker gave me a gift card for my wait. this was ok, until i go to a seperate starbucks and try to use the card and the card is empty. rat girl never put money on the card. i cant even say good drinks because everytime i go there the refreshers are watered down and frappuccinos too icey. read more
