First time here! These are in a unique donut category. They are more like very doughy dense and sweet croissants with icing flavors. They are super delicious. I could have used more Peanut butter and chocolate since there was only kind of a hint of peanut butter. Love all the flavor options! Lovely place with friendly people.

I love the donuts in this place. It was delicious between me and my family. We had four different donuts and they were all fantastic. It was almost like bitting intoto fried dough with toppings and I couldn't get enough. The only thing I would change about this location if particular is the staff and hope that next time they could be a little bit more friendly or at least smile at the customers from what I noticed, it's either they're having a bad day or they just don't enjoy their job

I HAD TO RUN to YELP to make a review!! i have yet to go into this spot but ive had their doughnuts TWO times this week!! a sweet guest that joined my bar brought back 2 halves of two kinds of doughnuts-- and by far the french toast is fantastic. i told all my coworkers about them and shared a bite so today my coworker surprised me with some!! i can't wait to stop in and i won't stop talking about this place!! my only constructive feedback would be having the campfire one taste more "smores" but still, tasty!

I have been following a keto diet for a while and was excited to see this new location had a menu of keto friendly doughnuts. I ordered the maple and the cinnamon sugar ones. The cinnamon sugar is OUT OF THIS WORLD, even if you aren't keto it tastes like a good old donut. Well done! I ordered my husband the Blueberry Hill doughnut, he said it was fantastic! And my dogs did not complain about their donut to split. Service was also outstanding! Cannot wait to try the maple tomorrow, and return to try others!

Today is National Doughnut Day (June 5th) and to celebrate I searched Yelp and found Parlor, located in Siesta Village. This worked out so well, they were even giving away one of their popular French Toast doughnuts with a purchase. My selection was their Sandy Beach, another popular choice that seemed appropriately named for being on Siesta Key. These doughnuts are different, described as their Famous Layered Doughnuts, they are similar to a croissant in construction, very sweet like a frosted doughnut. Wonderful texture, super indulgent for me, and went great with a cup of their coffee. The Sandy Beach, described as like a cinnamon roll, did have a hint of cinnamon. But what I really noticed, besides the doughnut itself bring great, was the gooey white frosting on top and seemingly all over. The French Toast was similar, with a maple flavored frosting. Parlor is a small place, mainly a takeout spot, no seating inside but they do have a couple of small tables outside. In addition to a large selection of sweet doughnuts, they also offer savory ones, and a variety of coffee and other drinks. The person helping me was nice. read more

We had a cheat day today. Headed to Parlor this morning. We may have been one of the first customers this morning. We had seen this shop on YouTube and thought we need to check this out. So excited!!! We came for one donut with plans to share, we left with four. Hahaha Blueberry Chocolate French Toast Pistachio So many to pick from. Lovely employee, sweet and all smiles. Excellent doughnuts! They are almost like a croissant (layered) with lots of different and delicious toppings. Very fresh! This would have been a total five star experience had the wait not been so terribly long (over 30 minutes). I give lots of credit to the girl working the counter alone... she stayed calm and was really hustling and super polite. They honestly lost business by having only one person working. At least ten people left line when they saw how slow it was moving. Otherwise the best doughnuts around and worth the wait! read more

I love the donuts in this place. It was delicious between me and my family. We had four different donuts and they were all fantastic. I was in a hurry so placed an online order. It was not ready and still had to wait in line. There was only person working at the time on a Sunday morning during spring break. When it was finally my turn and she went to fill my order, she waited to come back out and tell me the "the only ones" they didn't have were the ones we really wanted to try and the majority of my order. Donuts were good. I loved both the honey glaze and the maple bacon, but my sister said she wasn't a fan of the maple bacon. Salted caramel latte was good. Our server was great and very nice, seemed like he was only one there working very hard. Definitely worth a visit. No breakfast sandwhiches at the location I visited. Bathroom was not up to standard, but could have been fault of customers. read more

5 star donuts, reduced stars based return experience. First off best donut I have ever eaten (churro). Second, legit matcha. We will be coming back and highly recommend trying. Donuts and matcha were great, best in Sarasota and the Key! Adding we went back a second day- donuts still amazing. Service not so great. The two workers seemed overwhelmed and stressed with a few customers. Asked for a black iced coffee, but charged and received a latte? Employee stated they only make lattes and not coffee, which is odd bc their menu and advertising notes a brand of coffee? Very dissatisfied save coffee order somewhere else. read more

The donuts are amazing - light and airy dough (think cronut) with a variety of delicious flavors! My favorite was the French Toast donut. While I didn't try the coffees they also have a number of latte flavors and cold brews for those coffee lovers. Service was also great with fun ambiance. When I walked in the women at the register was friendly and welcoming when I mentioned it was my first time, showed me the menu and answered questions. They were reasonably priced compared to larger coffee chains. The coffee itself was well made, though a little more bitter than I personally prefer. My biggest disappointment was the overall customer service. while the person at the register was warm and friendly, the man preparing the drinks never acknowledged me even though I was the only customer standing there waiting. As a first-time customer, I felt largely ignored, and quite frankly thought it was rude that he could not say hello. What made the contrast more noticeable was that when as I was leaving, he immediately greeted another customer by name. The space is cozy and appears to have a loyal group of regulars and I would have loved to find that place to be a regular. I would have happily returned if either the coffee had really wowed me or the experience had made me feel welcomed. I went out of my way to come here, and I never got the sense that the barista cared whether I came back. So neither happened. The prices were fair and the latte art was beautiful, but the lack of hospitality left a stronger impression that the coffee itself.

Despite the sign on the door stating they are open 7 am to 2 pm Monday to Sunday, clearly today, Sunday June 7th , they chose not to show up to work.
