Kevin and the staff, work well together, everyone showed a great love for the please , daggwoods may be a small little niche at this time however, I believe that they will be greater and more successful as time goes by allowing them to grow out of the small place, and into a much bigger place. Atmosphere and friendliness of staff 10 out of 10. Quality taste temperature of food and drink 9 out of 10. The only downside to the restaurant is that there's only six interior seating no exterior seating. The parking is very minimal. The restaurant is clean well lit. read more

Holy moly! Now THAT is a sandwich! We did the Caesar and the Joey. The Caesar is amazing! Delicious chopped Caesar salad, complete with croutons, warm breaded chicken, & bacon on a hero. Wow. The Joey is piled high with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, pesto, and tomatoes on ciabatta. It was a little salty for me but still fantastic. I may ask next time for less prosciutto and more cheese. The sandwiches are deliciously huge, fresh, and unique. Potato salad was creamy & mustardy. Would definitely recommend it to anyone craving a sandwich with a twist. I drove 45 minutes and received some of the best service I've ever had in my life. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing. They're parking places couldn't have been placed even more perfectly. There were a large amount of people here, but they were processed through relatively quickly and normally being rushed that quick you would think low quality everything was top-tier quality. Was absolutely starving and then all of a sudden I remember seeing this sandwich shop in my hometown that I have been wanting to try out so I headed there. Super nice guys greeted me as I placed my ordered through the drive thru window. They do have indoor seating but only about two spots available. It's small so if you are looking to eat there it may not be available. I ordered the "bills" which was buffalo chicken and ranch with cheese but I ordered light cheese. It was very good, buffalo sauce was not overpowering hot where you couldn't taste flavor, the chicken looked like it was fried and grilled....make that make sense but it's possible. Only thing I believe it needed was a wee bit more sodium but hey that's just me or I could have just added some myself. I did find the sandwich to be a little on the expensive side at a whopping $17.12 not including a side, Plus tip. I have my opinions and say yes...it's expensive but I will also say do it anyways! Support local businesses! This is one of them! Ran by a guy and his buddies! They take pride and passion in their work . We piss away $17 bucks, and we also spend 17 bucks on a franchised shitty sandwich so why not get it with fresh ingredients where they slice their own meats, cheese. It's a cool little spot! So good! We have been here a couple times and everything is great but the joey two times is my favorite and hugeee for the price they definitely pack the meat in there. They focaccia was fresh and I loved the roasted peppers in there. We also always get the pasta salad and I hate olives but i dont mind them in there. Stopped because it was close to the botanic gardens. Ordered the Italian chopped salad at the drive-thru. FRIENDLY and FAST service, more meat and cheese than lettuce (which you rarely see at most restaurants), perfect amount of dressing. The guy who took my order even popped outside to ask how the salad was when he saw me eating in the car. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area and try one of the sandwiches. The roast beef was perfectly rare, the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and it was all piled on a hoagie roll that was unreal. As an appraiser, I care deeply about value in everything I buy -- and while the price might look steep at first glance, the quality of the food, the size of the Dagg Sandwich, and the sheer amount of meat, combined with excellent service, makes it an incredible value. The two gentlemen behind the counter were outstanding -- friendly, helpful, and clearly enjoy what they do. Don't waste your hard-earned money on crap fast food when a Dagg's sandwich can literally bring joy to your heart. Really delicious, I had the club and a side of the pasta salad, the mozzarella in the salad was super fresh and made it so worth it. The Club reminded me of a sandwich I used to get when we were stationed in England at the sandwich shop on base. I wonder if I can convince them to add toasted pita pockets to the menu. I was envisioning something entirely different: sliced roast beef with melted cheese. Not chopped beef with chopped cheese that wasn't melted. It might very well be my fault for not paying attention to,the menu, so don't let this review stop you from trying the place.
