My wife, daughter and I were visiting the area and decided to eat lunch at Culver's. We always love Culver's!!!! Today I tried the Cod Fish Deluxe Sandwich with Coleslaw. This was the first time getting the deluxe. I thought it was very good and full of flavor. It was also very hot when it came to the table so I had to wait a few minutes to eat it. I will definitely get this again! This location in Bradenton was very nice and very friendly staff! It was also very clean. Thank you Culver's for a great lunch (as always) after a long day of traveling! read more

Culver's - Cod Fish Sandwich Deluxe with Coleslaw. This was very good!!! - Burgers Near Me - Bradenton, Florida

One of our favorite fast food places. Service is almost as good as chikfila, so that is a complement. Burgers are solid and the crinkle fries are on time. Don't forget the Concrete with Carmel before you leave. See our YouTube channel Coolest Life. read more

I went in to the store about 6:50 p.m. as the drive through line was outrageous. I ordered 2, 2 scoop turtle sundaes. It was very busy inside, and in that time I saw 3 different people bring back orders that were incorrect. I waited a little more than 15 minutes for my sundaes, but I saw then sitting on the counter, under the food chute near a heating element. When I got them, they were half melted. I didn't have the patience to wait for them to re-make the sundaes. Turtle sundaes typically have fudge sauce and carmel. My sundae had no carmel, and no fudge, but a tiny bit of chocolate on the bottom. My brother's sundae was made properly. If they ran out of fudge, just say something and I'd have gotten something else. It was pretty disappointing. read more

I don't live in the south and west so I haven't really experienced Culver's that much. But when I do I ALWAYS ENJOY IT. I usually only get fries but the ice cream NEVER disappoints. If you haven't tried the fries at Culver's YOU WILL LOVE IT read more

This is not a food review. My kid and I were at Culvers (cortez) yesterday and it was raining. The paint in the car park is extremely dangerous when its wet. It is literally like ice, if you step on it without thinking you will slip. I have never seen a parking lot like it, I can't stress enough how dangerous it is. I had a minor slip on the way into the building, pulling a muscle as I caught my balance. Luckily, I was walking slowly. When we left, I saw a lady on the floor in the pouring rain. She'd stepped from her car on to a painted line and hit the ground hard. Ambulance was called. She is badly injured. When the manager was told, the response was not what I expected. "Oh well it is raining". They didn't even talk to the injured party, complete lack of concern. Kicked at the paint for a bit and then went back inside. Not going back. Burgers are not worth a back injury read more

Had never had Culver's and although I only tried two things I thought it was good for fast food. Cheese curds didn't have the right texture of crispy outside and cheesy inside and were just kinda soggy but I liked the seasoning and it paired well dipping it into my cookie dough ice cream on a cake cone. The ice cream was great, the cake cone tasted like nothing and had the texture of styrofoam. read more

The three hamburger meals we got were cold. The indifference to quality control is astounding. This is the third time this has happened. I won't be going back to this Culver's anytime soon. Stopped in after previous positive experiences at Culvers.... But today this Culver's was just off... arrived and placed order with gentleman. Nice and punched in and repeated correct order. Friendly staff( +1 star). Then you get up to go get your food because surely it can't take 15+ mins to cook all our food... Mind you the restaurant was not full of patrons at 145pm on a Tuesday. 7/19/2022......yes I went up and retrieved trays of food after standing with my table tent order number to see what the holdup was. 2 hangry toddlers ask me why their kids meals were so long...(-2 stars) Accurate order - NOPE missing a fry (-1 star). Went up to a counter full of employees...no line to get my custard that came with kids meals... Yet another 6+ min process.... (-1 star). Food was good when we got it... But I expect this type of slow paced service at a sit down restaurant If you are looking for accurate and semi quick orders on spending $70+ on lunch... This isn't the place. Expensive experience learned by myself. Easy in and out of the parking lot. This won't get my business next time. We are on Florida vacation and looking for a quick bite. Questions reach out... I went through the Drive Thru and ordered a Cranberry Bacon Bleu Salad, a Sourdough Melt, Culver's Deluxe Burger as well as family size Fries and Onion Rings. The order was brought to my car I was told he had my complete order and I ask for it to be put in my backseat which it was. I get home only to find out that the Salad was in the order (I know just as much fault as his since I didn't check) I called and explained what happened and got an apology and they promised to mail me a Gift Card for the Salad. Now the food Everything we got was delicious, the Fries and Onion Rings we still warm and crispy and both burger were delicious as well. read more

I love the fish sandwich. Fresh bun with excellent dressing. Did drive through. Staff was friendly and took care of my order.

If you like a burnt slice of beef called a hamburger with 1 ring of a slice of onion, a tiny thin slice of tomato, and scraps of lettuce you're in luck, this is your place! Service is the only good thing! The manager apparently doesn't care about customer comments because he hasn't done anything to improve the quality of the food. We have been to this locations dozens of times. At a previous visit part of our order was a lg coke. We got a Diet Coke and got back in line to replace it. Again a Diet Coke. So today I ask if they would replace it. The very young manager said only with a receipt. There has to be discretion used. It's not like I'm some teen or homeless trying to get something for nothing. I would expect to be compensated for this. read more

They gave me the wrong type of chicken tenders. i asked for REGULAR chicken tenders and i received BUFFALO chicken tenders. They need to read the receipts a little bit more carefully because what if i was allergic. The service here is also unacceptable they threw hot oil at me and my child they also spit in my food and called my very own mother a whore they also stabbed me with a plastic fork. This is just outrageous and they also said they were going to ruin my life. Please get them in check. read more

Usually when we stop at the Culver's, it's really good but for the first time it was late. I got a chicken sandwich grilled I couldn't eat it. It had a spongy like texture. I don't know how to describe it so it was a complete waste of money so FYI, don't get a grilled chicken at Culver's at least not at 8 o'clock at night because I don't know what they do to it read more

This location consistently sucks. Seems to be a management issue. The service is piss poor in every aspect and the staff is barely competent, they can't seem to take orders correctly on the first try and even when miraculously entered correct can't seem to execute accurately. This evening waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for one concrete mixer and checked a few times but was told it was coming. 35 minutes in was informed the order was "lost" and then repeated the order and they made it wrong. Please replace management at this location and train staff properly. read more

For the amount of money you would spend on cheese sauce you should get your moneys worth but you don't. According to the rude customer service I got from the cashier he rudely explained that there is a small portion size of cheese sauce that is given for two dollars. To my surprise the sauce does not even fill half of the container given I am very livid. At least fill it to the halfway mark for two dollars per container. And next time loose the smart mouth on the cashiers. read more

extremely angry. There are 3 lines and I was in the middle. The people in front of me finished and I proceeded to step up to the register when a man cut from the 1st line to my line and proceeded to order until I said something to him. After back and forth with him on who should go 1st I ordered. I mentioned to the cashier Jade about this and she basically told me it was none of her business. Ok great I see she cannot process that this man just tried to cut me in line. Ok great it's over. He'll no. As I am filling my drink I see Jade talking about me with her co-worker. The double patty butter burger was delicious. Tasted like a backyard grilled burger. Had the fish dinner which was also very good. Three big pieces perfectly fried! I didn't really like the onion rings batter (just me) and won't get again, but you could tell they were fresh cut not uniform like prepackaged frozen. Fries were crispy on outside and soft inside. Very good! Had a flavor of the day custard and it was smooth and tasty! The young girl behind the counter was extremely helpful (our first time at Culver's) and did not make us feel rushed and answered all our questions about the menu. read more

The fish is delicious and meaty. I could eat it every day! Double strawberry ice cream was also wonderful.

WOW, we needed something fabulous to get the taste out of our mouth from icky seafood. This hit the spot, restaurant is very clean, counter help is very nice. We order a Turtle Sundae and a Banana Split, both were created perfectly. Two scoops on the Turtle Sundae and they put just the right amount of hot fudge, carmel and pecans. It was delightful. The Banana Split was out of this world it looked like the had split a whole banana the portions of the toppings were perfect, every bite was delicious. I ordered a waffle cone to finish it off. VERY DISAPPOINTED DAMON!!! If I could rate the location on Cortez, Bradenton Fl with a minus I would. I ordered two deluxe butter burgers and got two double butter burgers. The manager DAMON refused to give us the two deluxe butter burger that I paid for. I hope that management pays attention to this review because I left VERY unhappy. came in and ordered our food to go. it took 25 min to receive our order but whatever, they're really busy, understandable. drove home, opened the bags, and they forgot a sandwich and an order of fries. okay fine, mistakes happen, i live 10 min away, i'll go back and they can give me a sandwich and fries. i go in and i tell the guy what happened. he then turns around and grabs a bag that was sitting on the counter - not in the warmer - and hands it to me. no i'm sorry, not a word, just hands it to me. it's the food i ordered that had now been sitting there for 45 min and is cold. really? who wants cold fast food? the guy couldn't be assed to make me a fresh sandwich and give me fresh fries? NOPE! i had to ask someone else to please give me fresh food, and the expression on the woman's face was what i imagine her face would look like if i had asked her to sniff a homeless man's ass. after spending almost $50 on 3 "value" baskets, not receiving everything i paid for, having to come back, them trying to give me old food that THEY FORGOT to give me ALMOST AN HOUR AGO, and acting appalled that i had the audacity to ask for fresh food - i didn't even get an "i'm sorry!" that's really pathetic, and whoever is managing this place is clearly doing a piss poor job bc your employees have no idea what the words "customer service" mean. updated to add a pic of my undercooked chicken sandwich. i am so grossed out. i am not the type of person to complain to management/corporate, but this entire experience is so unacceptable that i am making an exception. read more

The order taker never repeated my order to me before sending it to be prepared. Also I gave in a bogo coupon for a butterberger that was never applied to my order and the order I was given was not what I originally ordered. The staff does not seen to care about providing good customer service and neither does the management at this location or the service would be better. This has been an ongoing issue at this location. This used to a good burger place, but the last 3 times I have gone there each visit was worse than the one before. Last two times the burgers were overcooked. Tonight was the worst of all my visits. I have visited this location several times, usually take out, and I cannot recall one time that the order has been correct! Today was no exception. The order was missing the fries, the fish sandwich didn't have the tarter sauce on the side, the lettuce on the sandwich was brown shreds and did not even cover the length of the bun. It was definitely a far cry from the advertised sandwich. Previous experiences have included missing items, cold food, stale onion rings, and being sent to park only to have the order lost (30 minutes)! I think I have given this restaurant enough of my business and time. The three star overall rating is very generous. But, there's lots of good restaurants in the area maybe even a good Culver's. read more

Food was as it always is at any Culver's. It's a quick go- to spot for a good burger or fish and there's custard. Service has always been Midwest terrific, except for tonight. After ordering and spending $40 for two people and a child, we sat waiting for our order. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Hubby ordered the cod sandwich basket. Within an instant of our food being served (we literally hadn't even eaten a bite) a youngish guy 17 or 18 stepped up to our booth and asked if everything looked good and was there anything else he could get us. My hubby asked for a little more tartar sauce for his sandwich. The guy reached across our food for the receipt on the tray; he pondered it and then said he'd be happy to get more tartar sauce for.... 35 cents. In disbelief, we declined his offer. Same guy came by later as we were getting up to leave and asked if he could take our trash for us. When I asked if we would incur a 35 cent up-charge for him carrying our trash, he apologized for the earlier ridiculous 35 cent request for a bit more tartar sauce. Yet, the apology was an entire meal too late. All in all, as I said the food was as good as any Culver's anywhere is, and we've eaten at more than a few throughout the Midwest. The experience should be the same EVERYWHERE. I can honestly say that I've never been nickeled and dimed over a packet of sauce at a Culver's, and it was a little off-putting. To the management, if this young fellow was "in charge" maybe a little more training on the aspect of goodwill with respect to reasonable customer requests is in order. He saved Culver's on Cortez a prepackaged tartar sauce, but lost some regular customers. We'll head to the Culver's on University or wherever in the future. Or maybe Chick-Fil-A where the customer is always king. read more
