A redo of the famed Bradenton Boiler Room. I hoped to relive the past, but my first experience was not what I desired. . At 11:30 we entered for a Cheesesteak meal. Our waitress was there physically but we had to ask for utensils, more water and then she disappeared. As for the cheesesteak, who charges $1 extra for onions , peppers, and mushrooms. They do have $14 dollar@ per glass Cabernet, have they lost their minds??? Who wants wine in a traditional bottle beer joint.
Our Steak was lacking meat
And had zero seasoning. when we summoned our waitress she promptly brought us another tables check. The mantra of the new crew is Engineered to Satisfy (wrong) Fueled by Flavor (no taste) Forged in Bradenton (tourist trap). Out of faith and fairness I will return, and hopefully have a better experience. But remember this is not your typical South Philly joint.
P.S. no red wine with a Cheesesteak ever, what were they thinking read more
