I've never been impressed with this restaurant, but for some reason, my friend is. I went there tonight to buy $100 gift card for her for her upcoming birthday. Sometimes this place can be good but the other times, I'm seriously disappointed. Take today for example. I ordered boneless wings to go. Got home and I see what looks to be a popcorn chicken. This restaurant is amazing! Your waitress Christina was so nice to my peers and I! She got everyone's orders right and I appreciate her kindness and I will never forget her! The Big Tacos are to die for! What I did with my big taco was ask Christina for a bowl, cut up the taco, put it into the bowl, add the salsa, sour cream, and dressing onto the taco in the bowl, and eat it! That is one tip I recommend any consumer try out! You will have yourself a walking beef, or chicken taco in a bowl! You will thank me down the road! I hate 3 star reviews. Are they really worth leaving or reading?! I couldn't give 2- they are too nice. They don't deserve 4, so here is a completely useless 3 star review. The staff is uber friendly and accommodating. +1 The crab cake tasted like a hot dense wheat bread with the flavor of the sea. -1 The Cajun chicken salad was nothing exciting. The chicken was a bit dry but they added radicchio, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes when other pubs call lettuce a salad. +0 The place is sticky. The door, ugh. The floor, yep you get shoe stick. It makes you wonder how they clean the utensils or store the vegetables. -1 The prices were very good. +1 I wouldn't recommend the place for lunch. That said, if you're here enjoying your 4th Blue Moon (please enjoy responsibly!) I imagine this pub food is just great. For a Thursday afternoon I found it "meh" at best and I likely won't return but I truly do hope they succeed because they sound like great people. Local pub that we've been going to for years. Probably been 30 times or more. Good beer selection and bar food. Unfortunately, the food and service has just gotten worse with the last few times very disappointing. Used to love the wings. They last couple of times they have been cooked wrong, rubbery and tuff. They are also oversized for wings so I think they might be buying poor quality. The last time they got the order wrong on 2 of the three portions. The receipt had it right but the order wasn't. Will literally never come here again. Took 20 minutes for our drink order to be taken, sat 20 minutes waiting for two drinks. She finally took out food order and 30 minutes later told us two items couldn't be made as the rest of our order came out. Then came back again and told us they couldn't make the quesadillas because they were on the late night menu, so we had to change our order again. If our server had told us when the late night menu started, given us late night menus, order taken our food order within 40 minutes of us sitting there might not have been that problem. Not to mention the servers don't know when the kitchen closes or what is going on at all and say they are at the whim of their management who communicates nothing to them. So, next they brought our food out again saying the sautéed pierogies couldn't be made and brought out fried, forgot our other order of pierogies as well. We never got silverware or napkins. The food we did get looked like it sat dying in the window. This place is seriously garbage and we will never ever ever ever come back here again. The management no where to be found and leaves their teen servers scrambling. Never came to talk to our table or even offer an apology. Food is bland, not tasty, likely frozen and reheated, and overpriced. For example, the chicken parm was round, more like a patty, had unseasoned (jar?) sauce and was on a bun. They said it was a brioche, but not really.. It was about 12$, no sides. Wings are passable; flavored as specified and slightly crispy. Ok with a beer. Our server was good, she brought us hot food and apologized. When we were leaving, there was no one around- not even the manager! (She had come to our table after we complained about the food so we knew she was there) . The phone was ringing but there wasn't a soul around to answer it! My friend finally answered the phone and the persons questions! Not one employee even knew and neither did the manager. In 2 rooms the chairs were up on tables and lights out even though the place was supposed to be open for another 3 hours. Food was nothing like it used to be and far too expensive ! Always came here before they remodeled so tried it since they opened. Waitress who was very good said the drinks were at happy hour prices. Found out when the bill came that certain drinks were not happy hour prices. We understood tho cause she was probably new. The kicker was we just got the bill and I had half a beer left when another waitress by the name of Autumn if that's her real name told us to leave because of reservations for the VIPS whoever they are needed the table. It's historic inside, and has a couple of nice gas fireplaces that are charming, but the food is sub par, and the few times I've been recently, my burgers were burnt. Been there quite a few times because the beer selection is decent and I enjoy the atmosphere however every time I go the service gets worst. Last time I went on a Thursday night. We were a party of 4 and sat in the room adjacent to the bar. We waited a long time to be served, apparently they were understaffed because it turns out that the woman behind the bar had to come out to serve us. When i asked what IPA's were available on draft, she replied in a rude tone "they are on the menu." I know this may sound a bit petty but there are times that I really don't feel like reading the whole list of beverages especially after it took her about 15min to greet us and there was only 1 menu on the table for a party of 4. Needless to say service only got worse as the place got busier. I really hope management/owners improve their customer service to provide a better customer experience because the place has lots of potential. read more

Wow did this place go downhill! I had a buffalo chicken cheesesteak and it was putrid!!! I didn't even finish it because it was so bad. I'm not a picky eater whatsoever. With so many good bakeries in the area, you'd think they would go with one of them instead of cooking it themselves of buying bread from what I can only assume is the worst bakery in the area. The chicken, again I'm assuming, is from a can and they just put their sauce on it (the sauce is actually good, but you can't just put it on whatever and expect it to be edible). I also had the fried pierogies, which the outsides seemed like they had freezer burn before they cooked them (assuming again, but how do you screw up fried pierogies?!? Answer, just ask their cook). I also shared a lava cake and ice cream. Lava cake belonged in the trash. It was not a "delicious" baked good. It didn't even "lava" which who really cares about that part. It taste awful. The ice cream was actually really good. Overall one star at best. read more
