Then the hostess double checks and see that they put us down for Saturday. They were unable to find a way to correct the issue and there was no follow up or apology from the staff, as promised on the day. Huge disappointment and a waste of getting a baby sitter as well. Will not be returning.

The lighting was contemporary, and kept brightening then dimming, repeatedly throughout the evening. There was little to no decor, I'm assuming that was removed to fit the volume of tables. The food was as delicious, as I had remembered. However, my husband ordered the ribeye, and was told they were out of steak, but that the pork chop was a delicious second choice. Sorry...a pork chop is not comparable to a steak. An appetizer we chose was also no longer available. Perhaps if Bolete had stuck with quality over quantity, they would not have run out of our first choice options?
