Raw meat right in the center!!!

VERY disappointing!! Ordered a chicken sandwich and the meat was visibly RAW !! Couldn't believe it !!

    All Meat Skillet

Another errand day brought us into Nazareth looking for eggs! After talking to Mark over in the Game Center about eggs, he mentioned the restaurant was 2 doors down and so, we ventured inside to enjoy breakfast/lunch. Two sided breakfast menu plus 2 sided lunch menu. It's a lot to peruse and soon decided on a couple of bagel breakfast sandwiches plus a salmon omelette and an all meat skillet. The 3 slices of bacon on the sandwich was well done along with a medium fried egg and cheese on an everything bagel, $7. Great! Soon, our other choices arrived and they did not disappoint. The all meat skillet was a mixture of sausage, bacon, peppers, onions, cheese, hash browns all topped with 2 fried eggs and a slice of rye toast. Substantial, $17. The salmon omelette of eggs, capers and salmon throughout the entire omelette. Side of hash browns, slice of toast. Satisfying and tasty. $14. The cup of coffee, strong and hot. It didn't bother me it was self serve because as a server, the dining room can be very busy and it's nice to get my own when I want a refill. $3.50. It's a whole coffee bar in the corner with all essentials to make a great cup of coffee. The rockstar server, Sydney, made our dining experience delightful. She was on Pointe, super helpful and chill. A shout out to the cook for preparing and presenting fresh, hot food!

    Pancakes and bacon

Went here for breakfast with a number of family members. The place had been extensively renovated and was very spacious inside with plenty of tables. The waitresses were all very friendly. I was told the pancakes were good so I was looking forward to trying them. I ordered them with a side of bacon. Since we had a big party, it took awhile for the food to come out. I think my pancakes were left on the grill way too long because the bottom was brown and crispy, the tops were dry and flavorless. I had to use 2 servings of syrup just to eat about a third of the stack. The bacon was a nice size serving but came dripping of grease. Even the coffee wasn't very good. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

    Fruity Pebble Short Stack

Pancakes were good, a little dry and cakey but were thick and well priced for amount. I got a Short Stack of Fruity Pebbles (shown in image. Cheese burger came out with stale cold bun, but was otherwise fine. The accompanying pickle was great. Service was on the slower side, but since things are made fresh is understandable. Staff was kind and helpful. Women's bathrooms were very clean and charming. Tldr- food not great but everything else is.

This little hidden gem is a must try! It's truly set up like we used to do on the farm, long tables to being large groups. The food is excellent! I had mushroom toast! Sourdough topped with mushrooms, everything seasoning, shaved parmesan and two gorgeously gooey eggs! It was decadent! Our server was right on top of our needs and super pleasant. Price points are great also - great value for a delish meal. AND you can bowl here! Say what? You heard right, they have a room with games and full length bowling lanes! Go and enjoy a great meal and have a good time!

Friendly staff, good computer systems for the games, and a very reasonably priced food menu, make it a good spot to go and bowl or just hang out. Good selection of bowling balls too.

Honestly, the age of a bowling alley is not a huge detractor for me. Bowling alley "experiences" these days attempt to add on a lot of other demands for alleys, but all that's needed really are the shoes, the balls, and the lanes. I wouldn't be opposed to some nice seats too in between bowls. Bar-Don does feel like the kind of bowling alley I'd find out in the PA suburbs. Old newspaper clippings of heroic efforts from bowlers of the past. The American food-serving bar in the back, next to the arcade machines. Lanes where you have to manually lift and lower the bumpers. Some people find this outdated, but I'd say that this just means this place is classic and has longevity. I had a great time bowling here with good house balls, good lanes that I could continue to practice spinning on and not be completely baffled, and seating that was not super painful. That being said, there were some technical breakdowns between our two games. Our lane wasn't resetting at one point, and at another our ball return got stuck. Both ended up being resolved, and seem to just be par for the course if you come to an older place like this that's not running full cylinder like it used to. Final upside? A lot cheaper than the city, and honestly if anyone complains about the prices, then they need to get their bar reset.

Her husband reserved two lanes for ten people and we had two hours of bowling shenanigans! I really enjoyed the bowling lanes. They had plenty of balls per lane (no going around searching for one that suits your needs) and there was also plenty of space for all of us to sit and enjoy our food and drinks. Also, the bowling shoes were very cute looking! When we first arrived our lanes weren't ready yet, so we went into the restaurant to order food and drinks. By the time we ordered our lanes were ready and our waiter easily moved our order to our lane numbers so our food and drinks were delivered promptly. The waiters and waitresses that helped us throughout the whole evening were super kind and super attentive. Even on a crowded Saturday night. The drinks were good, and as to be expected the food was bowling alley food but that's not really what you are coming for. We all had a great night at a super fun bowling alley!
