The restaurant would have earned a 4 or 5 stars rating but for the condition of the bun on our cheeseburgers. The service and food (except the hamburger bun) were excellent. However, like most restaurants that focus on the quality of the meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomato they forget about the role of the hamburger bun in the delivery of the items mentioned above. The buns fell apart during our meal preventing us from enjoying and ingesting the complete burger. Please for god sake, give us a stronger bn so we can enjoy the whole burger. read more

My husband and I went to this establishment tonight for dinner and at first were a little upset with the fact that we waited over 15 mins to even be greeted. Then we learned that there were only 2 servers working! This place was pretty busy too. Once our server came over, the night changed. Samad was extremely professional, sweet and friendly. Have only been to two BBWs...I mean BWWs (get your mind out of he gutters) in my life. Both have been fine experiences. NOTHING crazy, just fine. These places are run like well oiled machines. From the moment you walk in to the stickers they place on your wing baskets to ensure everyone gets what they ordered. What we got: -Order of mini fried corn dogs. I wish I could have these hanging from a fishing line while sitting on my couch. These puppies (LOL, get it?) are delish. -Friend pickles. Not crazy for the battle they used. Mushy and corn meal taste to them. -Order if small boneless, mild, wings. Simply chicken fingers with sauce. Knew that would be he case, but who doesn't love Chicken fingers?! A good five min later asks if we're ready to order. We said drinks yes and ordered two beers. About 8 min goes by and then they're poured. And they sit waiting for pickup. Waitress comes out of kitchen to deliver food to another table then goes to the bar area right next to our drinks. She stays there talking to other servers for 3-4 min. I'll try to keep this short. We got seated by a guy who seemed really pissed off. No hello, no smile. Very awkward interaction. No big deal. Everyone has a bad day. Our table was dirty when we sat down, crumbs, sticky rings from drinks etc and the menus were filthy. We should've gotten up and left. It takes our server at least 15 minutes to come over to even get our drink order. We put in our whole order with him right away because we weren't sure when we were going to see him again. Another 15 min go by and still no drinks. Then our food comes out, which is great, that was a really quick turn around time. But we still didn't have drinks, napkins or silverware. We ask our waiter for our drinks and he says of course, what did you order again ? We tell him and the drinks do come right away. My husband was brought the wrong order. At that point we didn't even care, we just wanted to eat and leave. We were never brought napkins or silverware. My fries were cold and definitely old. My husband and son got fries too and theirs were much better. My burger was so salty I took a few bites and that was it. Our server was a nice guy, just really slow and inefficient. I was a server here when they first opened this location and always thought the food was good, so long as it was hot and fresh. I love the nachos with chicken, and sampler as appetizers. When I have ordered both of these recently they were good. There was an occasion or two were the chips weren't cooked right and they gladly took it back and made me fresh ones. I also usually have to ask for more cheese for the nachos because there is not much cheese on them usually. I like the traditional and boneless wings. Last time I went the boneless wings were cold though, I didn't say anything because they were on special but if I did they would have brought me new ones. I ordered the snack size garlic Parmesan bone in wings which I have had before at other bww locations and they weren't as saucy as I remembered and definitely overcooked (Maybe they were sitting under the heat lamp for a while? Picture attached ) but I did eat them and dipping them in ranch definitely helped! My boyfriend got the buffalo chicken wrap with a side of cheese curds and really enjoyed it! I used to frequent before Covid and the food was ok. Tonight's visit was anything even close. First off the public displays of affection with the bus person and what seemed to be a non-employee was inappropriate. I ordered a wedge salad and assumed it would have been a wedge of iceberg and it came out with halved baby romaine. Not to mention it was not very fresh looking or trimmed. Also had the wing combo and was missing the coleslaw. Asked for it and out came a container of shredded cabbage with Italian dressing on top. Due to this we have been picking up in store to make sure we get our whole order. Today we had to order grubhub and shocker, a bunch of stuff is missing and the food we actually got is not good. I'm not sure why this location has such poor reviews - food is excellent, atmosphere is great, and staff is all very friendly. We usually even have manager checking in with us to see how the food is and often they bring along sauce and fries to sample per their suggestion. I really like the new BWW app as well to get points for free items. I love this place and we are not limited to any specific budget for wings and food. Great high quality food! read more

My wife drove 14 miles one way to pick up an online order. Got it home and was missing the tater tots and the bar b q sauce for a chicken finger order. Since the sauce is free it was kinda like too bad it's free anyway. Some people actually like the side as much as the sandwich. After calling we we're offered one dollar off our credit card for the missing tots. Wow, how about the 10% mandatory tip just for putting the food in the bag. After seeing commercial after commercial on TV, I was psyched when a Buffalo Wild Wings opened up a few minutes away. I was incredibly disappointed, though. My girlfriend and I went on an "off" day; there was no "game" on or anything. We got seated right away and the restaurant wasn't that crowded overall. There were plenty of TVs, though. I didn't like the "floor" where there is no separation between tables at all; I felt like I was in a cattle-shoot. I'm also not a fan of how there's no plates. Wings are incredibly messy and I had to ASK our waitress to bring us another paper basket to put our wing bones in, otherwise I guess I would've had to have thrown them on the table or the floor. The chairs are uncomfortable, and the wings and other foods are VERY OVERPRICED. In my opinion, as someone who has went to Starter's on 378 in Bethlehem for YEARS for Wing Night, go there instead. The wings are better, the atmosphere is awesome, and the people are more friendly. Plus, at Starters you're supporting a local business, not corporate America. read more

Aside from the NTN trivia, quite disappointing. This would be a good place to sit at the bar, have a pretty decent beer on tap, and enjoy some fairly mediocre wings while you watch a sports event or play trivia amidst the noise. I'd think that the bartender would give you better service than 3 servers combined, given our experience. Want to bring the family here? Don't. You won't be able to hear each other. We went on a Saturday afternoon at 3...and not during any major sporting events, either. The music was LOUD. The wait staff was even worse. Extremely poor. Rude, snotty, and not very attentive. Our server's name was Kelly and she had us pass our wings to EACH OTHER rather than move around the table to give them to each of us...and there was plenty of room to go around. She only came around once to check on us. She even forgot to take one of our orders (we were a table of five) and never apologized. Heck, the girl never even smiled. She seemed inconvenienced by us when we asked for more water and napkins. Oh, and it wasn't just her. The other wait staff was obviously just as inconsiderate and uninterested in doing their best. Three female servers right near our table (and visible to most of the dining area) got into an angry shouting match over who was going to serve a large table of 6. Then they began referring to our table for some reason...by pointing repeatedly. No "Table 6" or anything. Full on pointing...it made us very uncomfortable. The servers here need to focus more on the customers and save the teenage drama for high school or college. Leave it out of our dining experience. Very unprofessional. The food was good, but I expected larger boneless wings for the price...as well as wings that were coated with more sauce. Some were almost completely dry with no sauce on the outside. No matter how good the food might've been, the loud atmosphere and terrible service ruined it. Oh, and to top it off, there were 3 or 4 hostesses / waitstaff congregated around the "greeting area" when we left. Nobody said goodbye. Then, as we were exiting, another man was exiting with his family and asked us, "Did you guys just eat there? Wasn't it terrible?" I told him, "It was okay, I guess. Nothing great."
