We had the best cheesesteak last night!! Perfect crisp roll. I'm definitely going to order that again. Great service also.

The food is amazing! The service is beyond amazing!! I just love it there!! The workers are just so nice and friendly also!

We sat outside and the service was a bit slow for not being crowded that day. I ordered a taco salad and it wasn't really that good. My friends like it so I would try it again or just meet there for drinks. Street parking so be prepared to search for a spot if you're coming during a busy time. I would consider this a local dive bar. Nothing wrong with that but you will be staring at someone's yard when you're eating outside. lol read more

I picked one star because I can't pick negative stars. I was being harassed by a patron.As a single woman, I immediately stood up for myself. The bartender ease dropped into our conversations took a side with the other patron. I will admit I was upset as a single woman just trying to have a drink by myself and go home, but I tipped him anyway. I told him he shouldn't involve himself in our conversation because I thought I was sticking up for myself and he kick me out and told me to take my tip. How is that costumer service? I moved to the West Coast a few years ago, but I am ALWAYS sure to visit 3 Mugs when I venture back East! On my most recent trip, I was impressed with all the precautions they took to keep everyone safe while still maintaining a fun and relaxing environment! Our server, Gina, was so attentive, so sweet, gave us awesome recommendations, and made incredible drinks! Used to be my favorite place to go to especially since I knew the owners and staff but post covid the atmosphere has really gone downhill especially after some drama involving managers and ownership. The food is absolutely incredible especially for the price but it is definitely not a family friendly place to eat at and for young people to congregate at. At one instance there was a drunken man easily 30 years older than us trying to fight myself and my friend and none of the staff protected us. Then on a separate occasion I went there for dinner with my father and the bar was full but the dining room was empty. We concluded the reason why the dining room was empty was because the people at the bar were loudly cursing and talking about non family friendly topics (it was 5:00 pm if it was like 9:00pm that wouldve been a different story would not have minded at all.) and the bartenders didnt try to correct the behavior at all. If there is a positive change in the atmosphere its an easy 5 stars because the food is incredible but it is definitely no longer a family friendly environment for dinner like how it used to be. read more

Went Friday evening, service was quik... the young woman waitress was intelligent, attentive and friendly.... sat out on patio.. wife had $2. Coors light beer special and burger and fries... loved it... I had delmonico ch steak w fries... excellent.. 23 oz yuengling... $3.50 nice... Excellent service. Great cheese steak. Perfect wings. Everything was so fresh and awesome!! Prices very fair! We will be back! Ok we went back last night...a week later...wings are delicious. Service lacking. The waitress is also the bartender and its just too much for one person. Waited an unbelievable amount of time for the check and could hardly get her attention. 20 minutes without checking in on a table or even glancing in our direction is unacceptable. Waitress was nice but not able to keep up with dealing with 10 or so at the bar and 5 tables. Food is great....but they need more help. read more

A bartender/server would not seat us or wait on us because my family had Trump hates on due to us coming from a rally. She loudly and openly spoke about us to other patrons there and made it completely uncomfortable for us. My 9 yr old son took off his hat and wanted me to put it in my purse and both of my kids asked us several times to leave! I left a review when we left on their Facebook page and I was Immediately blocked by their manager, as well as then harassed by a patron of theirs on Facebook! On top of it all, the same bartender/server was talking to guests, making drinks and behind the bar with her mask completely down. I have emailed the place asking for the owner to call me ASAP and have not heard a word back from anyone. So in a nutshell we won't be back and it's sad because the food was good and good prices but because we support Trump we were talked about openly, treated horribly and complete outcasts in their establishment and then blocked from anyway of trying to let others know what goes on there! Sad world we live in these days that if you like Trump you will NOT BE WELCOMED THERE AT ALL and they will let you know it! read more

Wow! Super surprised at how tasty my perogies were. My boyfriend had a cheese steak sandwich n it was actually seasoned meat... The crowd seems like an awesome, tamer, classier bunch (like no girls makin out or beads in your face, 21 year olds drunk in the bathroom,etc) on a Friday night. What a shame this place has gone so down hill. When the new owners took over from Shruty's, we were so excited about how the food had tasted so fresh and much better. The grandkids and us loved coming here. Little by little, we started noticing the service going down hill, only having one person tending bar and trying to wait on tables at the same time. Very poor service. The cook must have left because the food started to deteriorate as well. We went in this evening for a nice dinner to a fiasco involving a drunk at the bar, everyone making a ruckus on how he was going to get home rather than taking the situation to the side and then the whole bar ending up getting involved. Ordered chicken orzo soup which came out full of potatoes and a ton of vegetables with maybe a handful of orzo??? Clams were dried out and tasted like something else that was cooked in the pot. Sat for 15 minutes with drink empty and finally asked for another drink. Bartender said he had to ring in some things and we told him we have been waiting 15 minutes, (which he served the people next to us on both sides as our drinks were empty and someone else that walked into the bar and passed us over again to serve him). The sad part about it is they had another person there tending bar and sent him home early right when more people started showing up. Again ???? Hence, the bartender made our drinks and then proceeded to mention that he did not appreciate the attitude we had. WHAT???? Well this ensued in an argument and the regular patrons of course chimed in to stick up for the bartender. I have worked in the restaurant business for 30 years and what a joke of service this place is. Good luck in your business....you just lost about 40 customers that I used to bring in there to watch football games, bands, etc. Been coming here for 30 some years and will never step foot into this place again. read more
