I mean it's ok. Drinks are good food is average. We ordered nachos and when they came to the table they didn't have pico. We asked why and the answer was "we are out of it". That would have been nice to know when we ordered. The BBQ pizza was supposed to come with red onion. It did not. Not wanting to cause a scene we just ate the food as we were hungry, Pinball machines are plentiful and they have some great machines but half of the stern machines are not connected to insider. The glass has a dirty film on all of them that some windex could clean. I assume they were out of that as well. My first impression as I entered.....subpar service. We awkwardly stood at the quasi host stand awaiting any acknowledgment from the multiple staff at the counter, or the ones scurrying by. They were indeed busy, perhaps overwhelmed, hence why we remained polite, but the poor reception made our experience even more underwhelming. We stood there for almost 10 minutes before anyone even looked at us and now there was a line of people that had begun as we waited. In passing, a staff member said.... "you can sit or get a drink at the bar if you want" and ran off. As mentioned, they were busy, which anyone could see, but how they handled the situation was not the best. We waited for our turn at the bar, gave our order of 2 drinks, and waited. And waited. (You get the point) There was somebody behind the bar assisting them with bar back type of things who did recognize we had not been served for a while, so she said something to the bartender and she said "they will have to wait".... Which we did, lol. Once served, we finished up within the crowd and then left. We had friends that came here and said the food was decent, but we cannot speak about the food because we decided not to stay after that experience. read more

In town visiting and found this place close to the hotel where I was staying. When reviewing the menu the Duck Jam pizza caught my eye and decided to stop in and try this place out. I am SO glad that I did. I was able to sit at the bar where Amanda greeted me promptly and said she'd be right back with the menus. She brought out the food and drink menu for me to review. I was pleasantly surprised that they had added a burrata and burrata pizza to the menu as well. So I decided to start with the burrata, but keep with the duck jam pizza for the best of both worlds. The burrata was prepared perfectly and I really enjoyed it. They added prosciutto to it as well which was delicious, but I didn't eat too much of that so I didn't fill up and could have some pizza. The pizza came out hot and looked delicious so I dove right in. It was a thinner crust pizza which is my preference since it does not fill me up as much and I could easily eat 3 small slices before taking the rest back with me for later. I was also super impressed with the drink selection. I went thinking it was a brewery and I would have different craft beers to choose from, but they also have some cocktails and wine to choose from. I chose to start with the drink Lavender Girl (see photo with ingredients listed), a white sangria, and their Wait...What?? American wheat brew. All of these were perfectly balanced and had some great flavor. Amada was a fantastic server with her local knowledge on places to go and try as well as the menu and drink selections. She had a lot of information on their menu and options available as well. I saw her talking with all the folks in the establishment and was always pleasant and friendly with everyone. Nothing was rushed and I was able to sit and enjoy the evening. After the enjoyable time sitting and chatting I did add a Lavender Lemon Drop (citrus vodka, creme de violette, alvender simple, and lemon juice) which was also a great refreshing drink. Went here during the Martin on Main event to try their beer flights. We liked all the beers except one. Also had a mixed drink which was okay. Wings were good and the service was attentive. The place is small with a bunch of pinball machines, along with Donkey Kong and Pacman. Good choice for a place to relax in Nazareth. read more

My wife and I are from out of town and we are heading up to Bushkill Falls, so we decided to stop for lunch. First time here, and the food is amazing!!! A nice little place to sit outside and enjoy a wonderful meal and time with friends or family. And the service is very nice as well. Will definitely be back if we come back this way. read more

What a great evening last night at Birthright Brewing in Nazareth, PA. The food, service and adult beverages were all outstanding, capped off by a fascinating chat with Wayne the owner/brewmaster. I learned so much about crafting beers from an expert with such a passion for what he does. It's the type of place where there is always something new and something yo learn. On the food side we had the Buratta and Prosciutto pizza, chili spiced cucumber salad, loaded fries and too many adult beverages. All were amazing. In this heat the selection of teas and lemonades with a kick are fantastic. Be sure to ask for Wayne because the stories behind his concept and each creation is worth the visit. Enjoy! read more

A tiny brewery tucked in the middle of a semi-residential neighborhood and I'm here for it! Came during Trivia Night so it was crazy busy but once we were FINALLY seated, it was all good. On the menus were Valentine's Day themed cocktails, Mardi Gras themed food selections, and on the regular menu were an array of choices you can't find at any other place! Among those are topped fresh cut chips, apple empanadas, and hot honey soppressata pizza. We opted for the Disco Chips. A nod to the late night New Jersey diner favorite of brown gravy and mozzarella cheese. A little on the salty side but yummy. Also got the Bacon, Blue Cheese, & Brussel Sprouts pizza. AMAZING!!! With every bite, you try to figure out which flavor is the best part. Such a perfect marriage! Off the special Valentine's Day cocktail menu we got the Be Mine. Vanilla vodka, chocolate syrup, & Strawberry milk. Also got a Imperial Stout infused Chocolate Covered Strawberry on the house in celebration of the day. Such a cool place. Wowsie wow wow! First time here, service was great, very friendly and pleasant. Amanda helped with recommendations of pizza and beer. We chose the bacon, blue& Brussel pizza...... holy cow was it fantastic!!! All the goodness was evenly placed so every bite was so delicious! The flavor was fantastic!! The crust was crispy and chewy, yes, both!! Very nicely done. We also tried the Mac and cheese which did not disappoint either, very cheesy!! I had the pink cranberry cosmo, it was light, and refreshing, and amazzzzing....My husband had the coffee stout, he really enjoyed it as well. A great place for wood fired pizza with a perfectly chewy crust, pulled pork sandwiches & great salads. My husband, who is a beer aficionado, loves their beer. We stopped by after hiking nearby Jacobson environmental center. Great selection of beer. We especially recommend the ddh ipa and the grape soda. Layout is great. Our only knock is the bad pizza. They seriously have the best strawberry milkshake ipa that I have ever had. It's called fluffy fingers and wow it was amazing. Everything about this beer was perfect! It was smooth, the strawberry didn't take away the ipa taste but it was very much there. I sampled a few other ipa's and they were very flavorful. The margherita pizza was a good choice. The atmosphere and staff were enjoyable. I wish I could get more of that beer down here in Florida. I will make this a permanent stop when I fly into Allentown. This is a decent brewery that has some fun drinks and good pizza overall. We had tried their pizza and beers a few years ago when visiting friends and we stopped by at the brewery on our most recent visit to PA. I got a flight of beer and my wife got a cocktail and the drinks were pretty good overall; the beer ranged from very good to so-so (the peppermint mocha stout was off-putting), but my wife really liked her gin cocktail with a blooming flower. We got a pizza (half pepperoni and half margarita) and a beet salad with chicken. The pizza was pretty good overall and hit the spot for sure. The beet salad was a bit disappointing though as there was very minimal chicken on it and it was constructed strangely; the beet and heavier ingredients were placed on the bottom and the lettuce was placed on top. It's a nice brewery overall and I'd recommend a visit if you're in the mood for some drinks and pizza, but I would skip the salad. read more

I've gotten beer to go from Birthright twice now, and all the beers have been fantastic. Tonight was the first time I ordered food though, and it definitely will not be the last time. My husband and I have been wanting to try their bacon and Brussels pizza for a while, and it did not disappoint. But the true star, in my opinion, was their Slate Menu special of the week - eloté pizza. Mexican street corn in pizza form alongside a black rye IPA is my idea of the ultimate Friday night dinner. We are new to Nazareth, and I am so glad this is our new local brewery. Looking forward to many more beers and pizzas at Birthright in the future! read more

Thursday night is trivia night! I'm going to keep this review short and sweet. Its a local joint with average small town food. I have had everything from the pizza to the pierogi's its ok but it just has that feeling that I could make this myself at home. Will you find better food in the area for a date night with the wifey... in my opinion yes. But the best thing about this place isn't the food its the trivia. Thursday night is trivia night, and its trivia from the 1970 or 80s all the way up to the present day. Its a lot of fun and I'm glad that Birthright is offering this to their customers. read more

Happened to be in town and stopped by for lunch. Place looks smaller on the outside, but it goes back and opens up. They had a nice list of beers and other drinks too. Not being from the area I wanted to try a flight. They have a basically open flight policy. The tasters are $2 each and you can get as many as you like. I tried 4. Honestly 2 stouts, a red ale and a blonde, were all tasty. I preferred the stouts, but you really can go wrong. The food was also pretty good. We got the pretzel bites with beer cheese and cinnamon butter. We also got a pizza, the Kitchen Sink which is sausage, pepperoni, peppers, onions and we elected to go without mushrooms. It was tasty, a bit floppy, but a nice thin crust. Really nice brewery. I'd love to back and try some more brews. read more

This was our first trip to birthright Brewing Company. I wanted to check them out as I have nothing but great things about this place from my friends. I was really, really impressed with this brewery. The seating a cute aesthetic. All of the workers are dressed for the roll as working at a brewery and had a unique style about them. The food and beer here did not disappoint. We dropped in on a Thursday night (around 6 pm) and the place was decently busy. There's an diningroom off to the side along with plenty of room on the main floor/bar area. Obviously the beer is excellent, let's just get that out of the way. Drinks never got to the point of empty before we were asked if we wanted another. I ordered the Sour Ale. It was perfectly balanced and flavorful. The beers come in 4 oz, 8 oz or 16 oz sizes so it's easy to try out a bunch before you decide on something. Our server was really sweet, efficient and came back and checked up on us. And one thing I noticed was a small menu option. I actually enjoyed the smaller more defined menu. A lot of times, the menus at pubs go on and on and you're stuck figuring out what to get. But here, you get a front and the slate menu so what they do, they execute well. The only bad thing is the Shrimp Po Boy pizza was on the limited time menu so they might not have it next time I am here. Just be warned that this place has limited hours, they are closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and only open at 4 on Thursday and Friday. I will definitely come back another day, get the pickles and try other items. So good! Overall delicious food, huge portions, good beer. read more

This place is TRASH. Only reason why I ever go is to connect with a friend that lives near by....he likes to drink and stumble home since he only lives 3 blocks away. After going to this place for several miserable months and testing every one of their beers, I've YET to taste one that's passable. I get it.... microbreweries are "the thing" these days..... In my opinion, I believe these guys filter the toilet water into the beer....it's THAT bad (just an opinion). Want a nice liquor to compliment the crappy taste of the beer? NOPE! This place doesn't serve liquor....no whiskey, no vodka no gin.... nothing. You're stuck with clueless owners that serve ridiculously priced pretentious food that only millennials will find interesting. The wings are RIDICULOUS.....only Fred Flintstone would like those behemoth style "wood-fired" failures of an appetizer. I read somewhere where they were serving buttermilk biscuits.....who TF goes out just to order buttermilk biscuits?!?! They served them with strawberries, so....I guess they showed me!!! I can only imagine the owner reading this thinking, "if you don't like my establishment then don't come!". DON'T WORRY....I WONT! I also won't bring others with me to suffer while drinking the horrible tasting beer. I'll eagerly pass your establishment for one that actually caters to it's patrons. get a clue or go back to that cesspool you came from (owners are from Easton....we don't like those people). This place, tucked into an unassuming little street in Nazareth, PA is a real gem. It has an industrial feel, an open kitchen, and all the beer making paraphernalia to make you feel assured that it is brewed on site. What I loved the most were the giant industrial saw blade tables (files dull for your safety so no fear for the kiddies!). On the day that I visited I was not able to partake in the beer offerings which is tragic--I can offer you no wisdom here. The food however, was thoroughly researched. We had the wings, the cauliflower app, the mac cheese extravaganza and a burrata salad. All were delicious and perfectly prepared. We also ordered the Spinach chicken pizza and the truffle hunter. Both were excellent but the truffle hunter was a true thing of beauty. Can't wait to return and sample the beer. read more

Beer is just awesome , but my review is on the food, specifically the WINGS. I consider myself a wing Connoisseur, ok junkie. Had the Wood Fire Wings, chili and cocoa rub with homemade crumbled blue cheese and pickled shallots. Hot sauce was not buttery and thick. Just wow, cooked perfectly and many layers of flavor, paired with an amber lager. #heaven on a plate in Nazareth. I hope they keep it for awhile. read more
