    Garlic Bread

Fiamma is an Italian Restaurant in Bethlehem located off of Schoenersville Road. They are open Wed - Sun 11AM - 10PM. This place has been on my dine list for quite some time, so I was excited to finally make it in. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. Walking through the front door the first thing I noticed was how loud it was. The dining room is small and super congested. Unless you're on the inside of a booth plan on people bumping into you all night. As far as our server goes, she was nice, but had horrible timelines. Our appetizers, salads, and entrees came out just a few minutes apart. We had a whole table of food because we didn't get a chance to finish anything. The food was good, not great. The bread was hard and most of the food was too salty. I really enjoyed my entree which was the Angel Hair Gorgonzola. The vodka cream sauce and seafood was delicious. This dish would have been a home run if they used a different type of pasta. There is no delivery but they do offer takeout. We placed a large catering order from Fiamma Italian Grill on September 14th for our daughter's 2nd birthday party. The food overall tasted great, but we had a very concerning and upsetting incident with the baked ziti. That evening, my sister served the baked ziti to my three-year-old nephew, and he was cut by something in the food. I asked her to send me photos immediately so I could notify the restaurant. On Monday, my nephew began complaining of stomach pain and was sent home from daycare. After consulting with his pediatrician, he was referred to the ER as a precaution and had to undergo an X-ray. Thankfully, no metal was detected. I reached out to the owners by email the same day. When I didn't hear back, I called on Wednesday, September 17th, and spoke with the owner. He was apologetic and admitted that they use wired cleaning sponges in their kitchen, stating that "once or twice a year, pieces end up in the food" and that it was "the beast of the industry." He offered to refund the baked ziti. I declined that offer and instead requested a full refund, given the seriousness of what happened: my nephew's injury, my sister missing work, and the fact that we had to discard all leftover food. I summarized this in an email, expressing that as a loyal customer, I hoped we could reach a fair resolution. I heard nothing further, so I called again on Saturday, September 20th. This time, the owner told me his lawyer had advised him not to respond and denied what he had previously admitted. I explained that I had been calm and respectful throughout and had deliberately avoided social media. He accused me of threatening him and said it could be considered defamation of character. This encounter got heated. The following Monday, his lawyer contacted me directly. We went back and forth until he suggested refunding half the order. Reluctantly, I agreed. He asked me to text over the receipt, which I did, but then said he would need to talk to the owner about next steps and would be sending a settlement agreement for my sister and me to sign. I made it clear we would not be signing anything, especially if it contained a NDA, but I told him to send it over and I would ask a colleague to review. He said nothing after that. Followed up Tuesday. No response. It is now Friday the 26th. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. I once recommended this restaurant highly, but after this ordeal, the lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism, I can no longer do so.

Make sure to have a reservation because it gets packed easily especially during the weekend. Honestly, the best Italian food in Lehigh Valley. From the free garlic bread to the pasta, it was delectable! Only thing I wasn't crazy about was the crab stuffed mushrooms. Service is great and casual ambiance.

Creative hearty Italian dishes that are unlike anything else in the area. Had the Brooklyn chicken Paramus which was done with a vodka sauce and garnished with pepperoni. The lasagna is delicious and stuffed with meat and cheeses.

I came here with a big group of friends for a celebration. It was very cozy and crowded place - I take this as a sign that the food is good. However, I will say that I was a little sad because there were no pre-meal bread served to our tables. I got the pork chops and they were good. The serving size is incredible & I'm pretty sure I was able to get 2 more meals out of my leftovers. What shined here was the tiramisu. WOW. I have no words - other than that I wish I could eat it every day. It was impeccable (and trust me, I've made my own tiramisu before too). Would HIGHLY recommend coming here. Don't leave without trying the tiramisu!

Warm rolls with olive oil and fresh garlic were amazing. And we enjoyed them with Caesar salad with homemade dressing. Drinks are part of a great meal. I tried Limoncello Mule and brother enjoyed Tropical Italian drink with Bolognese entree. Fiamma makes amazing tomato sauce, which was served with the huge meatball dish. Ricotta cheese in this meal was also very good. Waiter we had that day was attentive and awesome. On another day we tried blackened scallops. Tomato, onion and squash stew on spaghetti meal was very good. Scallopini with sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes and demi-glaze brown sauce made fresh in the kitchen was a good meal. On first trip to Fiamma, Lollipop Lamb Chops with arugula was very good.

I have been following this restaurant on Facebook forever! I live in NJ and went to Wind Creek for my mom's bday today so I thought it was the perfect time to try it. WOW!!!!! Absolutely delicious.

I don't know how I missed reviewing this gem! Foods always consistently excellent - get the meatball! You will fight your family for the left overs. The service is impeccable, value is incredible and honestly I can't find one less than stellar thing to comment on to make this more balanced - they are amazing and if you haven't gone, you're missing out!

Came back from Italy a while ago and craving for some Italian food but wasn't as good as Olive Garden. Very pricey for the traditional meatball so the appetizer was ok in my opinion.

First time I visited was for lunch. As soon as I saw the menu, I knew I needed to order the Wild Scotch Egg (difficult to find). I also had the half portion of Fish and Chips. The Wild Scotch Egg consisted of hard boiled egg and sausage, which was panko fried, sitting on Guinness fondue and crisp arugula, topped with Parmesan crisps. I really enjoyed this. The outer breading was light and satisfyingly crispy, while the egg and sausage interior was expertly cooked, tender and well seasoned. Cheesy fondue sauce was rich and creamy. Parmesan crisp was a nice, tasty touch. The beer battered Fish and Chips were also yummy. Fish was succulent, perfectly flaky and flavorful, while the Steak Fries were wonderfully crunchy, full of true potato taste. I knew I needed to return in order to try the Sticky Toffee Pudding, one of my all time favorite desserts. This was served warm, with Earl Grey tea date sponge cake, paired with sweet sticky toffee sauce and clotted cream. So deliciously mouthwatering and decadent! Service was good. The waiter was warm and easy to talk with. Everything came out in a timely manner. Prices were quite reasonable. I'm glad I came across this place to have my fill of some British classics!

My husband's wedge salad with grilled chicken was actually tasty, and the pierogies were probably the best part of the meal. One frustrating part was that I specifically asked for the pierogies to come out before our entrées, but they ended up arriving after we were already served. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, so I'm not sure how that happened. The place looks cool from the outside and was convenient for where we were going, but overall the experience didn't live up to expectations. With so many other options nearby, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

After she dropped our food to the table we didn't see her for an hour despite trying our best to flag her down and asking the other waitress to get her for us so we could have our bill. The owner was working harder than this waitress collecting our empty dishes, asked us if we needed anything, cleaning tables( our waitress removed a used empty glass when she seated us) and I have no clue where she went or what she was doing that while time that she failed to see if everything was okay, we needed anything/refills or were ready to the check. Instead, since my daughter is a regular, she gave us a tip to sit at the bar and order food. Service is much better. Every time we've gone there the food has always been good. This time I got a chicken philly cheesesteak and it was delicious also! Can't say much about the crowd. It's definitely a spot for the younger groups to hang out since the college is so close. The bad thing about that is that they don't respect you at your booth if you are in one just for food. They stand right in front of your table in groups talking and you have zero privacy and it's actually a bit suffocating.
