We started with the complimentary garlic bread which was amazing. It had huge chunks of garlic and oil. We ordered the arancini appetizer and it was the side of a softball and so good. Our meals were all delicious. I had the bolognese bread bomb and my daughter has Alfredo with chicken. Both were so good. My mom had angel hair with meat sauce and I think her plate weighed ten pounds. We barely finished a quarter of our meals and took everything home. Had a great lunch outing with my Bride. Seated immediately, loved that they had a wide range of music playing softly. Our waiter was awesome, very attentive to all our needs, & answered all questions we had. Along with always having a drink there when we reached for it. Fiamma is an Italian Restaurant in Bethlehem located off of Schoenersville Road. They are open Wed - Sun 11AM - 10PM. This place has been on my dine list for quite some time, so I was excited to finally make it in. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. Walking through the front door the first thing I noticed was how loud it was. The dining room is small and super congested. Unless you're on the inside of a booth plan on people bumping into you all night. As far as our server goes, she was nice, but had horrible timelines. Our appetizers, salads, and entrees came out just a few minutes apart. We had a whole table of food because we didn't get a chance to finish anything. The food was good, not great. The bread was hard and most of the food was too salty. I really enjoyed my entree which was the Angel Hair Gorgonzola. The vodka cream sauce and seafood was delicious. This dish would have been a home run if they used a different type of pasta. There is no delivery but they do offer takeout. We placed a large catering order from Fiamma Italian Grill on September 14th for our daughter's 2nd birthday party. The food overall tasted great, but we had a very concerning and upsetting incident with the baked ziti. That evening, my sister served the baked ziti to my three-year-old nephew, and he was cut by something in the food. I asked her to send me photos immediately so I could notify the restaurant. On Monday, my nephew began complaining of stomach pain and was sent home from daycare. After consulting with his pediatrician, he was referred to the ER as a precaution and had to undergo an X-ray. Thankfully, no metal was detected. I reached out to the owners by email the same day. When I didn't hear back, I called on Wednesday, September 17th, and spoke with the owner. He was apologetic and admitted that they use wired cleaning sponges in their kitchen, stating that "once or twice a year, pieces end up in the food" and that it was "the beast of the industry." He offered to refund the baked ziti. I declined that offer and instead requested a full refund, given the seriousness of what happened: my nephew's injury, my sister missing work, and the fact that we had to discard all leftover food. I summarized this in an email, expressing that as a loyal customer, I hoped we could reach a fair resolution. I heard nothing further, so I called again on Saturday, September 20th. This time, the owner told me his lawyer had advised him not to respond and denied what he had previously admitted. I explained that I had been calm and respectful throughout and had deliberately avoided social media. He accused me of threatening him and said it could be considered defamation of character. This encounter got heated. The following Monday, his lawyer contacted me directly. We went back and forth until he suggested refunding half the order. Reluctantly, I agreed. He asked me to text over the receipt, which I did, but then said he would need to talk to the owner about next steps and would be sending a settlement agreement for my sister and me to sign. I made it clear we would not be signing anything, especially if it contained a NDA, but I told him to send it over and I would ask a colleague to review. He said nothing after that. Followed up Tuesday. No response. It is now Friday the 26th. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. I once recommended this restaurant highly, but after this ordeal, the lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism, I can no longer do so. read more

We were seated right away. The calamari was lightly breaded and served piping hot. The lunch entree portions are large enough for plenty of leftovers. The meatball will probably cover 4 meals for me. The veal parm was delicious! The red sauce is so flavorful. All the food tastes fresh and is well prepared. I had absolutely no room for dessert, so had the get the cannoli to go - it was also fantastic. We started with a rice ball, which was seasoned well, although overpriced, but aren't all restaurants? My partner ordered the penne Bolognese and I had the Chicken Marsala. The Penne has robust flavoring and plenty of meat, but the Marsala was not seasoned and not prepared like a traditional dish. It was in a watery gravy, chicken was not browned, mushrooms were thick, and onions crunchy. Portions were very large. As for service, our waitress was mediocre. Very dry very small and one was so hard you couldn't cut it with a knife. But once the entrees came it was a whole new story, they were incredible. The fried lasagna tower was worth it by itself but the gnocchi bomb truly sealed the deal for me. Do yourself a favor though if you plan to eat here. The food is great. Now, the parking is atrocious. The worst I've ever seen people park however they want. The lot is always completely full so you have to drive down the street and park in front of homes then walk 10 minutes. We had other people touching us as we ate. There was maybe a 12 top sitting next to us, one of them was incapable of moving, he could not move the table in front of him and a man sitting behind him , chairs touching. This place is so packed I honestly can't see it being legal from a fire safety standpoint, I'm looking into that. Stop being so greedy and take out a couple tables so people can eat comfortably. It's insane. At one point a busboy picked up a dirty high chair and lifted it over his head and walked it OVER all the tables so anything on the feet of that high chair Is now in your food or hair. Why did he do this ? Because there isn't enough room for a person to walk through let alone carry anything. One waiter, a guy that looks like he's on steroids ( you know which one ) stood in the corner and just awkwardly stared like a psycho. Another waiter with tattoos and a beard was constantly touching his face and beard and then handling food. Maybe things have changed since I was in the biz but holy hell. I honestly felt as though I was gonna have a panic attack just being inside. I wish I had taken a picture. Our waitress was great but she was a big woman and to have someone's belly or butt rub against you every time they walk by you is uncomfortable and off putting. If you can survive the long walk , push your way through the large group of male immigrants from India africa and Mexico waiting for door dash orders as soon as you open the door, hair from the waiters lip, dirt from a high chair and a anxiety ridden claustrophobic dining room full of sweaty body parts touching you at all angles and possibly dying or being trampled in an emergency go for it.
