After exploring Historic Bethlehem, we were very hungry and many places were very busy on Main Street. We found Fratelli Pizzeria & Cafe and it was what we were looking for and absolutely needed. There was easy street parking. Once we walked in, we were welcomed by the staff. There is a dining room with plenty of tables. We occupied one of the long tables and they took our order, but you can also order with them up front. I had a slice of the mushroom pizza and we shared an order of garlic knots. The mushroom pizza was very tasty. It is not oily. The garlic knots weren't too garlicky and buttery like I was used to so I didn't really like it too much. There is also a fridge with many beverages to choose from. The service is wonderful and you can feel the family warmness. The staff seemed to know everyone who walked through the doors. Definitely a great spot for your pizza cravings. read more

The pizza was your standard pizza. Nothing great or standout-ish. I've had better Wawa or Harris Teeter and I can't stand Harris Teeter. We asked for an Eggplant pizza so the best they had to offer was a Margherita pizza with eggplant added. Keep in mind they sold eggplant Parmesan sandwiches. If there was 1/3 cup of eggplant on there I'd be amazed. Anyway. They were nice enough but the pizza was unmemorable. Not a do over. read more

I was coming back from work after a 10 hours shift, I stopped to get a fresh meat lover pizza, I got home open it up, found out the pizza was old pepperoni pizza that they added the chicken and bacon bits on top of it, and the back of the pizza was so black as you can see in the photos, I called to let them know I was not happy with my order the guys was telling me I had heated the pizza to have bunted it. I'm not happy with this place and the way I was treated, is definitely my first and will be the last. read more

I have been a loyal customer of Fratelli's for many years, they have been nothing short of great. Even though a new eating establishment opened up within the same block, I stayed loyal to Fratelli's. The previous two experiences I ordered pick-up, my food was ready, and I had to wait five minutes to receive my food after I paid, while the son was on his phone texting behind the counter, in front of me, knowing I paid his mom. He made me wait until he was done texting on his phone, after he finished his personal business and then handed me my food. I confronted him regarding that order, and his response was that he didn't know my food was ready, yet he handed my food to me as soon as he was finished texting. Had he apologized, everything would have been fine, instead he told me to get the @&! out of here. I will frequent the new establishment moving forward. read more

My children and I were visiting the area and wanted a quick bite before traveling home. As soon as we entered the restaurant, you would have thought the staff knew us- we immediately received a warm welcome. The inside was clean. We ordered several appetizers and a pie. Ordered two X-Large pizzas one pepperoni one plain. A cheesesteak with extra meat . Fried mushrooms and a two liter. This was a big splurge meal for Halloween for the littles. The pizza was so thin and had hardly a drop of sauce on it. It was dry and I think they switched mozzarella cheese blend to a cheaper option because it was rubbery not the mozzarella pull they once had. The cheese steak was disappointing since we ordered double meat only to get a pretty chinchy cheesesteak. Mushrooms were obviously old and freezer burnt. What a complete bummer! Being a born and bred New Yorker I appreciate a good old-fashioned Pizzeria. I haven't eaten at this particular restaurant in over 11 years and I came back to new ownership and absolutely fantastic food , even better than I remembered it under its previous name victory . We had the pierogis, breaded mushrooms, cheese pizza with mushrooms, veggie stromboli, and works cheesesteak. Pizza is a classic thin crust. 16" gave us eight large slices. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet because it's our go-to. Honestly I haven't had anything wrong from here. I love their pizza, especially the Sicilian. Their chicken fingers are delicious, not the usual breading but almost like Italian bread crumb coated instead, which makes them far better than regular chicken tenders IMO. I often get the balsamic chicken salad as well, which is always a great option. We had guests over and ordered a taco pizza and the chicken bbq pizza and all our guests were raving about it. read more

Time to bump d'bump Fratelli's up a spot. My ordering habits with Fratelli's are sort of like that great album title by the Doobie Brothers - What Once Were Habits Are Now Vices. Let me be clear that Fratelli's is not going to blow you away with anything that they make but they are extremely consistent and nothing is ever bad. The pizza is solid for a local shop although it would be nice when you order a Neapolitan if they would actually do a better job of cutting it because it sucks when all of the cheese fuses together as a giant block. I don't eat them but I've been told that the wings are very good and the burgers are a decent value for the money. The only thing I would never dream of ordering would be the cheesesteak as that would be asinine when you have a place like Carl's Corner across the street which pumps out the area's best. The delivery times aren't going to break any land speed records (50 minutes is a good generalization) but at least it's free so no bitching about that. Overall this is solid yeoman Italian/pizza that fits the bill for hearty stuff that's priced reasonable in comparison to what you're getting. read more

I personally find the pizza here to be very good! The reason for the two stars is how incredibly thin and light the pizza is relative to the price. Very greedy IMO. A large pie will cost you in the neighborhood of 16$ - $20 - but one really hungry teenager or adult can eat somewhere between three quarters and a whole pie all by themselves. If a family tried to feed themselves with pizza here, it could easily cost $60 - $100! They are grossly overcharging for the weight of the pizza that they sell. Most thin crust in other good pizza places are approximately twice to three times the weight for the same price. We get full largely by the weight of the food that we eat folks! And that makes this pizza approximately double or triple the price of their competitors. Rip-off! read more

The pizza here is really good, one of the best I have tried in Bethlehem. It had a really good taste, super fresh, and not too much oil.

Excellent pizza (thinner NY style crust) and great sauce. Their wings are bomb as well, not greasy or soggy.
