I have only had cheesesteaks (California style, no tomatoes) and the cheese fries and both were delicious. To go, always. Never had a problem with quality of the food even with the drive home. Every time I have come in, there is always a regular in there. The staff seems to know names and have a rapport with each one. The last time I was in, the customer ahead of me was developmentally disabled and I was impressed with the woman at the counter's kindness, care, patience and friendly demeanor. She obviously liked the customer, knew him well, and knew his routines. Those are the little things that make a restaurant stand out from the pack....and make customer like me remain loyal customers. The only place in the Lehigh Valley I will go for pizza. There prices are reasonable, and the food is excellent. I've tried various menu items and they are all delicious! We moved to the Coopersburg area 16 yrs ago and my first objective was to find good pizza and that we did. Carlos Pizza is by far the Best pizza in the area. My go to is always a large Pepperoni. Always hot with just the perfect amount of cheese and great sauce ( which is key) The service is friendly and welcoming and because I order that Pizza all the time, they even know my husband as soon as he walks in! Poor meat lovers pizza. Oily sausage, meatball and pepperoni were the only ingredients. We also ordered barbecue wings. Wings were cooked hard and were not tossed in barbecue sauce. They poured sauce over a few of the wings. Finally we ordered chicken caesar salad. Lettuce wet and caesar sauce was a side item not tossed onto the lettuce. Cant believe that we are 1 hour from Philly and cannot get good pizza and wings. read more

Good food, bad service especially the older lady who constantly gives rude comments to everyone in the shop every time I go. For example, she told my girlfriend that she must not be good at the dance team she was on because they don't travel to Florida like her coworkers daughter. After that she asked us to buy several extra items like soda, and a candy bar. When we refused she got upset and told us that were the reason she doesn't make any commission. They need to get rid of her she ruins the experience every time I eat here. read more
