My orders are always ready on time and the pizza is delicious. On top of that, they have great prices! The NY style pie is seasoned and cooked perfectly. The ingredients are well proportioned and the crust has a nice crunch. I've been here a few times now and the pizza is consistently good. It's one of the best in the area for sure. I wasn't impressed with the cheesesteak or wings so you might want to stick to the pizza. This is a small place so most of their business is pickup or delivery. They have a few bar stools set up next to the window if you prefer to eat there. Pizza - 8.1 Cheesesteak - 7.4 Wings - 6.9 Pizza - 8.1 Service - 8.1 Value - 8.2 Restaurant score - 81

Cheesesteaks are good, pizza is solid, calzones are very good and we haven't delved into the pasta or entrees too much. It is very convenient and reliable. The service is dependable but the woman who works the register and tables most days seems unbelievably unhappy on a regular basis. She just always seems to be in a bad mood, overwhelmed, and not happy to be there. It's too bad because I feel like this place could be a really nice neighborhood spot with just the slightest bit of positive attitude. Long story short, this is a great option for a quick lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed. Update after a couple years: I feel obligated to clarify my statements on the staff. After coming here regularly for a few years now I can say that some of the staff can seem gruff at first but treat customers well and provide good overall service. Just remember your number or face the consequences . On this order and the one previous I received a credit from Slice but still ended up paying $12-$14 for food that ended up in my garbage can. Keep in mind the orders cost between $32.00 - $36.00 after all the fees and service charges are added on. Always an issue with delivery, always late, luke warm food, and food is delivered under unsanitary conditions. Last night I ordered a Hoagie and breaded mushrooms @ 845pm; the order arrived approximately 10:10pm. So almost 1 1/2 hours for the delivery. Ridiculous! I live 7-10 minutes away from their location on MacArthur Rd in Whitehall, Pa. When I contacted them directly on both occasions to express my concerns, they are argumentative, defensive, and rude. The manager, last night actually asked why I order from them? SMH Instead of recognizing they have an issue with their standards as it relates to delivery, they blame the customer in my experience. The Manager last night says he knows me indicating that I have some sort of an agenda. My only intention/agenda is to order something to eat that is edible and I feel confident the preparation and handling of the food I order is done with high standards. Silly me! The delivery person has my order in a canvas bag not in a warmer bag. Previous order was delivered again without the benefit of a warmer bag and food was not protected e.g. sealed. The guy handed me my breaded mushrooms; the container lid had a burn hole in it! Crazy! To answer the Manager's question as to why I order from them; my choices are limited but rest assured I will not order from them again!
