Slice of pizza and bacon fat - A single slice of cheese pizza with melted cheese and browned spots is placed on a white plate. The pizza has a crust edge and some toppings, with bacon bits and bacon fat visible on the plate. A fork is seen in the background on a wooden table.

The peeling wallpaper - I guess - adds to the ambiance?? But the bacon fat served on the pizza, that added $2.50 to the cost, was absolutely unacceptable and the "bacon" on the frozen crust could NOT rescue the pie. The photo shows the bacon fat I picked off the single slice.

California Cheesesteak Sandwich - Two cheesesteak sandwiches with lettuce and sliced pickles are placed in a white foam takeout container. The sandwiches are made with hoagie rolls and contain beef, lettuce, and pickles. The container is open, revealing the sandwiches, and is set on a marble countertop. The background includes part of a kitchen or food preparation area.

Every time I go back to PA to visit, I have to make a stop at this place! They have the best california cheesesteaks and cheese pizza!

the ceiling of the restaurant - The image shows a ceiling with a large, rectangular hole where drywall is torn and hanging down. The ceiling appears to be made of wooden panels, and the damage reveals underlying insulation or wiring. The room has wood trim along the ceiling edges and a wall with a textured, stone-like finish. An electrical outlet is visible near the damaged area, indicating an indoor setting.

Food is usually good. Sadly the pizza is no where near as good as previous owners made it. Crust is too thick and chewey. Also interior is disgusting lately. Big holes in the ceiling... terrible looking and rather disturbing to customers.

Okay what to say...? I'm visiting friends in Pennsylvania and have never had a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. So all the locals that we talked to said to come here; and for good reason. It is was wonderful. And now I see why "Kevin on Home Alone" was so crazy over a plain Cheese Pizza, if it was like this one...it's heaven. Wonderful food with a staff to match. If you ever travel to the Bethlehem area this place is a must.

Delicious breakfast in Hellertown at Nick & Noah's. Nice diner where you feel at home. Outstanding…read moreservice on a busy Sunday morning. The waiter couldn't have provided better service. He was so kind and patient explaining what French toast was to an older lady who had forgotten. So very kind!!! We ordered eggs, French toast, Greek omelette all were delicious!

Nick and Noah's is a small homely dining spot located in an old building in downtown Hellertown. I…read morefound parking on Main street, but you might find it easier to park on a side street. They kept a lot of the buildings older character so it'll appear as a "hole in the wall", but I found it warm and cozy. Seating choices include several tables, a long bar that faces the cooking area and a window seat for two that looks over Main Street. The staff was friendly and prompt. The menu has all of your breakfast standards, but also includes crepes. The lunch/dinner part consists of burgers, hotdogs, pierogies, tacos, chicken tenders and sandwiches. On the sweet side they have house-made baked goods, ice cream, sundaes, banana splits and milkshakes. My son and I stuck with breakfast. I had coffee and "The Shirley Special" - 2 eggs, 1 slice bacon, 1 slice thick French toast, breakfast potatoes $9.50. My son had a Turkey Hill chocolate milk, two eggs and a bagel. The Shirley was a good portion for the price. Everything was fresh and came out quick. My only nitpick was the bagel with my sons meal. It was a plain jane supermarket type of bagel. A place like this needs to serve some fresh local bagels! The coffee was a simple and tasty black roasted blend. Breakfast for two at $20 wasn't bad. The bathroom located in the back was small, but clean. I'd definitely return when traveling through the area. Thanks guys!
