Randy's Pizzeria is a pizza shop in Southside Bethlehem located at the corner of Mechanic and Webster. One year and a few visits later, Randy's continues to satisfy. My orders are always ready on time and the pizza is delicious. On top of that, they have great prices! The NY style pie is seasoned and cooked perfectly. The ingredients are well proportioned and the crust has a nice crunch. I've been here a few times now and the pizza is consistently good. It's one of the best in the area for sure. I wasn't impressed with the cheesesteak or wings so you might want to stick to the pizza. This is a small place so most of their business is pickup or delivery. He so quickly said "yes, of course" to donating food to Donegan Elementary for our Family Teacher Organization meeting. We are thankful that he is part of our Southside community. Best pizza that I've had in the Valley and in a very long time! Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked with some darker areas which increase the essence of what pizza should be, chewy crust with a great flavor(fermented?). Very friendly service, passion is in the pizza! The best I have had were just that way. Growing up in Jersey and having friends that literally built pizza ovens in their backyards, this was very similar. Very impressed and will be my only pizza I eat moving forward. Her pies are mouthwatering delicious and downright comforting! They have the perf mixture of crust cheese and sauce ratio. Annnnd, the coup de grà are these massive russet potatoes that are fresh hand cut and dropped in clean oil! O M F G... if you need a quick meal to tired to burn your own food. Hit Randy up! Ive tried this place 3 times because it seems to have such a huge following. All 3 times I had it, I regretted it. The first time the pizza was too thick and salty, second time was the same thing. The third time my pizza was very undercooked and the wings and mozzarella sticks went straight to the garbage. It all just seemed like cheap frozen food. read more

A nice small place. I usually call in an order for pickup which is quick and they give me a usually short (~20 min) wait time which is perfect. They have easily accommodated requests like having the pizza well done. Always enough toppings, and overall a go to place for some good pizza. They even accidentally had a package for me (someone stole and left it open on their outdoor table). They were nice enough to get in contact with me over Facebook messenger to let me know it was there. Overall, pizza 10/10, package delivery contact 11/10. read more
