Typical pizzeria plagued by dramatic inconsistency in food quality. I discovered this place by accident 6 months ago. Have ordered a half dozen pies. The first 3 pies were terrific- classic thin crisp crust, ample sauce, not too much cheese. The last 3 pies were terrible as though they were from a completely different pizzeria- thick chewy crust, virtually zero sauce, tons of cheese. Never going again... Conclusion: my search continues for a solid pizzeria than can prepare pies consistently well - not great half the time and complete garbage the other half. Seems quality control is horrendous at most pizzerias these days. Unreal! read more

Used to order a lot from jacks. Haven't ordered from them in a while, but I'm not much of a fan anymore. Ordered a plain pizza, asked for thin crust and extra crispy. The pizza is actually thicker than a regular pizza we would get, slightly crispy, and the sauce is actually really bland. Hopefully it's better next time. read more

The best pizza place in all of Warren County, hands down! This is like NYC pizza nestled in a tiny little suburb. We ordered delivery pizza tonight and it came EXACTLY as we had asked- 1/2 veggie lovers and 1/2 meat lovers - evenly-split down the middle + lots of oregano + well- done onion rings as requested. Crust was perfect and they even remembered the plates and the extra oregano on our pizza! (No one had ever delivered on that promise before).... So nice to find a place that CARES about pleasing their customers, and it certainly shows. Even the girl that took our order over the phone was quite friendly and courteous to us as well... This is our favorite new pizza place. We just found this place as it was recommended by a friend. So glad we found them! We have mostly done delivery but I also picked up from them in person as well. Everyone is so nice when you walk in-everyone says hello and greets you. They have a good selection of pizzas you can get by the slice. Very clean and well maintained. Delivery is awesome. When they say 30 minutes-they really mean it! The food always tastes like it was just made and it's wonderful that they deliver with only $10 minimum. The food is great and very reasonably priced. Cheesesteaks are great and the wings are awesome! If you order a speciality pizza, there is plenty for breakfast and lunch the next day. Toppings are plentiful. They have really great desserts too. Was in Phillipsburg for work, right up the street from the power plant and took a chance on pizza in North Jersey. By far one of the best pizza joints you'll find, I enjoyed the chicken bacon ranch slice with the a Cali Cheeseburger special and it will not disappoint!!! Updating my review; have been ordering Jacks again, and pizza has been consistent and delicious every time. Always have the nicest employees. Also I recently ordered Chicken Parm, pretty skeptical because most of the Italian Pizzerias/Restaurants Marinara sauces are pretty bland. I have to say Jacks Chicken Parm has to be the best chicken Parm in town. Perfect amount of cheese, good size chicken, and the sauce is delicious! I was extremely impressed with how good it was and will continue ordering from there, and will definitely be ordering the chicken Parm! read more

I do not recommend this place. Went there to order over $40 of food. I looked over the menu and in the section with entrees was a $16 option that included 2 ravioli and 1 manicotti. All the entrees on menu include choice of pasta. When I told them which pasta I wanted they told me pasta indent included with that item. I said , but it's grouped with other items that include pasta, why wouldn't that? They said because it already has pasta(ravioli and manicotti). I explained that the menu was misleading and I was going to leave and take my over $40 order somewhere else. The response was "go ahead, we will make that money anyway". So instead of satisfying a customer for about $1 worth of pasta , if that, they showed that they don't care about that because they make their money anyway. The owners wife and I'm sure the owner himself was the person I dealt with offered no resolve and we even rude enough to the point where I asked him if he had a problem and he threatened to call the police on me. Not the way a business should b run but since theres no other place in area , it is what it is. What a shame. I won't b going there anymore. read more

Bethlehem Location - Excellent Service and Food. Wait staff is extremely friendly and informative. Portions are very large, I did not see one person leave without a to-go bag.
