Great family owned restaurant in Easton for Italian food! We got the calamari and salad for appetizers. The calamari was crispy and well seasoned and the salad was refreshing. Both apps tided us over well before pizza. The pizza was delicious! The dough was crispy, no flop, and the proportions of sauce and cheese were perfect. One pie was plain, the other was half mushrooms and olives, half meatball. I loved the meatball on the pizza - the meatballs were juicy and slightly firm. Just right. Ordered lasagna with side salad. 15 minute wait for pickup. Showed up on time & was told sold out of lasagna & had to pick something else. Ugh. Asked for eggplant and had to wait another 15 minutes. Got the order which was more expensive than the lasagna I wanted. The side salad also more than on the menu. Was charged $4.95 for the $1 side salad. Found the eggplant & pasta to be very salty. In my opinion, this is the best Italian Food in Easton and the general area. The pizza and food is always good and the owner Anthony goes out of his way to take care of his Customers. Some Pennsylvania Pizza places are not the best but, this has always been great. I have had Cousins cater multiple parties and everyone always raves about the food and they have these awesome rolls that you get when you order a few trays of food that are amazing. I love the mussels marinara and penne with vodka sauce the best but, haven't had anything there yet that wasn't good. They have great marinara sauce too--I wish I could make it that good! read more

This place has the worst Pizza I have ever eaten in my life. This is very sad since it is very close to me. I tried this place twice and the first time it was just passable. The second time I ordered the spicy chicken pizza. There was almost no chicken on a 16 inch pie. When I say there was no chicken oh, I mean there was less than 3 oz of chicken and what was there was burnt. The only other thing that was on the crust was some spicy sauce and even that was almost nonexistent. So basically I paid for a pizza crust. Not going for a third time for the three strikes. My friends often get pizza from here and we grabbed some grub a month ago when I was visiting them. The wings were cooked well and the buffalo sauce was a good mixture of flavor and heat. Wow! This NY girl just found her new favorite place to eat in PA! From the moment you step into Cousin's Pizza you can feel a difference from other PA pizza places. The workers seem incredibly happy and at ease working here and love to greet you with warm smiles and awesome conversation! I went to cousins in Dec of 2015 and was ready to order just a plain slice but then I saw the CHICKEN BACON RANCH slice! I was a little skeptical (I don't eat specialty pizza much!) but I was so SURPRISED AT HOW AMAZING IT WAS! I went and got my nails done next door, and then HAD TO COME BACK again because I couldn't get the idea of tasting their Taco Pizza out of my head! Well, the TACO PIZZA genius mix of tacos and pizza! This was a genuine reinvention of the pizza slice and I love it! I can only think of it as a huge soft taco! And for cheaper than most places around here! I've ordering from this place for years. Placed an order for a large pie, and was told it would be ahalf hour. Called them back after an hour and the guy said it would be delivered in the next 15 minutes. Pizza came another half hour which was cold!!!! Last time I ordered a pie from them it was burnt! We've just started ordering delivery from Cousins based on a recommendation from a friend. I've only had the pizza and the bread sticks, and was impressed. The bread sticks were ok, but kind of bland. They were what the name implies...bread shaped like sticks. Didn't seem to have any spices on them. Probably would have been better with some butter instead of marinara. Now the pizza was very good. We've had it about three times so far, and each time it has been consistently good. We always ask for it to be a little well done, and they get it just right. The sauce to cheese ration is very good, and neither over powers the other. The crust is both crisp and chewy. This pizza is also very good when reheated the day after. Delivery service is good, and their drivers are friendly. They aren't super fast, but they aren't slow which is good. read more

My husband and I ate here a few weeks ago and everything was great!!! I ordered the chicken parm dinner. I got a large portion (I had to take half home), the chicken was thin and had the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Oh, and the sauce is awesome... It's not right around the corner from us, but we will definitely make the trip over here when we want Italian. I am a Pizza buff and my 5 star rating is not comparing this to places in NY that literally have the worlds best pizza, however, in Easton PA you will not find a better pizza place and I would put it in my top 10 pizza places I have eaten at. The only downside is either the AC was broke or they don't have it but it was hot when I was there eating so I would suggest take out on a hot summer day. Other than that the pizza is great, the service was good, the chicken parm was very good and the salad greens were fresh. Stay away from the big pizza chains and check this place out! read more

This is my go-to spot for take out pizza in Palmer. Haven't had a pie as good as here from any other local joint. Pizza is always delicious - sauce is perfect and they use the right amount of toppings and cheese... Ask for well done pizza if you like a crispier crust. Sicilian pizza is amazing here too! The person who took our order screwed up our address and phone number. Our order took over an hour to arrive because of this. The food was cold, but we only sent back the pizza. After another 45 minutes of waiting, we called back looking for our pizza. Only to have the cook yell and hang up on us! We've order so many times and never bothered to mention the mediocre food, but after todays service, we are never ordering again. We will stick to Sal's! Surprised no one rated this yet... it's been here for years and has good reviews on other sites. The map on yelp shows the wrong location on the map, it's at Tatamy Rd and Corriere Rd in Palmer township. I think their cheese steaks are one of the best in the valley. Their pizza is always fine. Last Wednesday we ordered 2 pizzas, a dinner(chicken broccoli alfredo), and a hoagie. Very disappointing considering the great reviews. The order took an hour and a half to get to us. When we called after an hour to find out whether the order had left the guy asked us if we had put in an order, then told us it left 5 minutes ago(it arrived 30 minutes later). When the delivery guy did arrive he was using a phone swiper app to collect payment and had it set on a minimum 20% tip. When my husband said something, he made a comment about how he sets it higher for the higher end neighborhood we live in, then tried to set it so my husband could choose a lower amount but was unable to so we were forced to give him a 20% tip or nothing. We ended up giving him 20%, but the experience soured us on this place for sure. Moving on to the food. The pizzas were both cold; the kind of cold that means you have to pop on the oven to warm it up or you're eating official cold pizza(which our 5 kids find gross). I didn't taste them once they came out of the oven but the kids said it was good for PA pizza(we're from Jersey and just moved here). Dinner was ok, sauce was somewhat bland but the portion was large. The hoagie was the worst. I wasn't expecting much because we are from Jersey and are of the opinion you can't get a better sandwich anywhere, but this was a very poor introduction to PA hoagies. We got an Italian. It had 1 slice of each type of meat and cheese, the lettuce and tomato seemed ok, but the onion was not slices, it was largish chip like pieces. I'm new to the neighborhood and I ordered delivery one night and they told me they can only deliver pizza because their ovens were off or the chef was done or something. I ordered a medium six slice mushroom pizza and they charged me 1695! I did not have a menu to check their prices against, but I later got a menu and found out that that is not the price of their medium pizzas. I knew it was excessive and I'm wondering why I was overcharged! Definitely not my new favorite and I was hoping to really like it because it's the closest one in the new neighborhood.
